Situated in South Haven, this lovely house for $405 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Recently renovated spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath historic home. Situated on 1/3 of an acre in the city, the property features a fabulous deck overlooking The Celery Pond - perfect for family dinners & nightly gatherings. This home boasts an open floor plan with a large kitchen opening to the generous back yard, a main floor laundry, living room, dining area with large table, & a den which houses a daybed for extra sleeping! Upstairs are 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring a great deck overlooking the expansive backyard. Both bathrooms have double sinks & one features a jetted tub and the other a brand new gorgeous large shower with sitting bench. Renovations in 2018 & 2019 include: Freshly painted; new carpet, hardwood, & tile floors; updated laundry room, downstairs bathroom, & kitchen with new granite counter tops & breakfast bar; new concrete patio. New 2020 renovations include new 6ft wooden privacy fence surrounding the back yard, large fit pit, new deck furniture, restained decks, and remodeled upstairs bathroom. Fall of 2021-updates include a new shed with bar and Smart TV (fall 2022). Within walking distance to downtown (less than 10 min walk) and beach (12-20 min walk depending on beach). Tot Lot with basketball courts only 1 block away. Downtown includes restaurants, wineries, bars, boutiques, and souvenir shops. June 30th -July 28th we will be doing week long rentals with a Sunday check in and check out. For the safety of the home, there is a ring doorbell located on the front porch of the property.

This was a wonderful home to stay for a ladies get away. We could walk to town, to the lake, to the bike trail and to the restaurants we wanted to go to. The home was clean, and had everything we could have needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and had a camp fire the last night. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.

I love this quiet neighborhood conveniently located walking distance to both town and the beach. The house's large backyard is an absolutely perfect entertaining space with a bar, tv, fire pit, and deck looking over wetlands and a pond. This city house with country views offers the best of both worlds. The owners were quick to respond to all our inquiries. It was a wonderful long weekend spent in South Haven.

This was a fantastic stay and we could not recommend it more. The location was close to downtown and all the South Haven Attractions as well as being near to the highway and major stores. The property itself is in a neighborhood but the backyard really gives the feeling of being somewhere more remote. Our kids enjoyed the yard toys and we all enjoyed the space inside where we could all spread out and relax.

Stayed here with a group of 11 adults and we had a blast! Use of the beach chairs and wagon was perfect and we walked to North Beach and downtown. We also loved hanging on the back patio in the evening and had plenty of space in the house.

I want to thank the host for allowing my family to entertain their property. The host were very accommodating considering we came through the blizzard of 2022. The space is very welcoming and super close to grocery stores, pharmacies and the interstate. They have everything you need in the house, everything we could think of was there. My family enjoyed and plan to visit again in the summer, thank you again!!!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in South Haven. The home was updated with charm, very spacious for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The backyard was beautiful, my daughter loved the sandbox off the patio and the porch swing. I was very pleasantly surprised by all the extras they had including toys, kid items, bathroom essentials, beach gear, etc. It’s a quick walk right into town, and there’s a cute park just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this Conger St. property. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was the perfect size for our 11-person family group. The bedrooms and the common areas were comfy, and the spacious backyard and nearby park gave us plenty of room to spread out and play. The hosts responded quickly to answer a couple of questions. We would stay here again!

Spacious house with huge yard overlooking the large Celery Pond. Beds were comfortable and lots of room for our family of 8 adults. We could walk to town, ride bikes on nearby Kal-Haven trail and used the fire pit almost every night. Great place for summer vacation!

Tim his house was perfect for our weekend away. They had everything we needed for our 2.5 year old twins and our 7yo son. There is a tot park at the end of the street. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly. Walking distance to downtown. The back deck overlooks the waterway and my youngest son was loving the boats. Would absolutely stay here again.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the next door neighbor & given a book about slaves, REALLY. The house overall is very nice & communication with the owner was very good. The only issue I had was the refrigerator was dirty & the upstairs toilet was filthy. I Complained to the owner & she offered to send over the cleaning service.

Great location to the main strip. Wish it didn’t rain all weekend so we could have enjoyed the outside deck and the yard…but the bi level was great for the kids and adults to have separate levels. The kids absolutely loved the bunks, it helped a lot with 6 kids! Only down side, is I did reach out via text one time about something and never received a response but showed on the text that the recipient “read” the text.

House was welcoming and homey. Enjoyed use of the backyard firepit and deck area. Short distance to wineries, shopping and food made the location even better. There was lots of space for our large family to enjoy time together as well as in our own space. Great weekend getaway.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and invited friends to join us. We had such a blast! The house is adorable, updated, and fit 7 of us comfortably. We loved the view from the deck in the backyard! The house had everything we needed; along with walking distance to the downtown/beach areas, plus close to the highway and grocery stores. The hostess is very pleasant and accommodating to work with. We will definitely be renting here again!

The house has an amazing back yard and is so close to town, you can leave your car in the drive for the week. The owners provide every possible thing you could need for outdoor/beach fun - chairs, wagon, umbrella, tents, etc. It's a great house.
