Situated in South Haven, this charming house for $470 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Plan your next fun-filled and relaxing beach getaway at "Fun Haven"! This beautiful and spacious home has four bedrooms and 2.5 baths (sleeps 12) with modern décor, open floor plan, hardwood floors, and upgraded finishes making it the perfect place for your vacation by The Lake. Designed as a retreat for families, friends, or multi-families to have fun all day at the beach, exploring the charming town of SOHA, relaxing at the heated community pools, hot tub and clubhouses, and making memories and laughing together back at Fun Haven House playing family-friendly board games, social games, video games, water toys, and yard games. The house also features a new paver driveway and private front patio with propane fire pit table and seating for four. Our modern beach décor includes granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, central air, full-sized washer/dryer, smart flat screen TVs, 4K Blu-Ray players, video game systems, garage toys, WiFi and a natural gas grill. The LARGE Master Suite has a king bed, smart TV, dual-vanity sink and luxury tiled shower with glass door. Two bedrooms with queen beds sleep two more guests each. A bunk bed room sleeps 4; bunks are twin XL so adults can fit. The playroom den is designed for kids and adults alike to play with video games, board games, and a smart TV, but also has a comfy sleeper sofa that sleeps two more guests. Baby-friendly amenities including a pack-and-play crib and high-chair. The garage has a custom-made arcade with built in fridge, two stand up paddle boards, a kayak, life jackets, golf cart (additional charge for the week), beach chairs, a beach wagon, and yard/beach games. The back patio has a 6 person picnic table with umbrella for family meals outside. Just steps away from our back patio is a community fire pit to enjoy the beautiful Michigan sunsets, with another by the amphitheater in the neighborhood. Our house is dog friendly but please no cats. The Harbor Club community is South Haven’s newest destination for those seeking an active outdoor lifestyle. It is just a half mile to Newcome Beach and 1st Street beach and connected to the Woodland Harbor Marina where you can rent a boat, golf cart, or kayaks or canoes. Tucked among 40 acres of preserved woodlands and wetlands and within blocks from Lake Michigan, homes in this community evoke cottage living all year round. Renters have access to the brand new community all season pool with a retractable cover, outdoor hot tub, and clubhouse plus the Marina community clubhouse and heated pool which is situated on the Black River and empties into Lake Michigan. The new all season pool is only a minute walk away from the house and the marina pool is a third of a mile walk. The community is enveloped in beautiful scenery, flanked by bike paths and walking trails, and within a stone’s throw from the City of South Haven where there is an abundance of activities and dining options. Stroll through the quaint downtown district and browse specialty shops, bookstores, and boutiques and sample some of the best cuisines that the area has to offer. Spend the day at the beach, or enjoy trout fishing in Lake Michigan from the pier, or visit the famous South Haven lighthouse. Other points of attraction are wineries & breweries and the ever popular Blueberry Festival in August. This is a new construction neighborhood. Please be aware that new houses are going up, and we don't have control of the construction schedules of the other homes.

Our family gathered here for three nights. Wonderful accommodations. Well stocked kitchen with cookware and plates. Loads of games to play and toys for little ones to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our multi -generation weekend getaway at this South Haven home! What really set this home apart from other VRBO's we've stayed at in the past was the quality of furnishings, linens and touches. It seems like they really put a lot of thought and care into the pieces the owners have selected for the home.
The location was great- a quick golf cart ride to the beach, pool or downtown area. We loved the neighborhood so much!
Our aunt has mobility challenges and the first floor den worked great for her to sleep in! She said the pull out couch was a "dream".
The owner was kind and responsive!
We will definitely be back.

Great home for either a quick extended weekend or vacation! Conveniently located to the beaches and downtown South Haven. The option to rent the golf cart on site with all beach/entertainment amenities provided, this home offers it all! Once the 2nd pool (in the subdivision) is completed just 50 yards away, this will be the prime location. The Owner - Russ was Outstanding! Very responsive and willing to assist. We highly recommend Fun Haven for your next trip!

The house was wonderful. It accommodated all 12 of our family members. We enjoyed all the extra amenities the house offered. The only downside was the every other week recycle pickup. We were on the off week, so we had half the can filled from the previous renters. By the time our week was done the can was totally full so now the next renters will have a full can until Monday. Overall it was a great week.

The house was great for our group of 10. We opted to use the golf cart for the week, which was great for getting to the beach and downtown. We also enjoyed the extra amenities included in the rental - games, toys for the kids, video games, paddle boards and kayak. One downfall was that 3 rooms had to share a bathroom - obviously we knew this going into it, but it was a bit harder than we imagined going into it. Great rental!

Our accommodations were great. The house was at a good location for riding our bicycles or golf carts to the beaches, kids park, down town area, bike paths, restaurants, shopping and the marina. Our family vacation was awesome and so enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental home. The owner was available for any needs or questions. We definitely would come again!

We had an excellent time at Fun Haven despite the cold and rainy weather. The home is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family. We played many games and had many laughs. The golf cart was nice to have during our stay but only got to use it maybe 3 days because of the weather. I would recommend Fun Haven to anyone looking to have an enjoyable vacation which is close to the beach!!

Traveled with my sister, 2 nieces and 2 children (age 2 and 1.5 mos) for a long weekend getaway. Loved the lake themed decor! House was just as described and pictured. Clean, tons of space, all the amenities, good location, everything cared for. Childrens toys a plus! Kept out 2 yr old busy the entire time.
Although the weather was a bit of a bummer (cold, rain), the big living and kitchen area allowed us to hang out, binge on a Netflix series, drink the wine we purchased from local wineries and cook a bunch of food in comfort and with all the necessities. Gas grill was a plus!
Beds were super comfy with lots of space for our crew. We didn’t even need the room with the bunk beds. Very nice to have the washer/dryer upstairs.
Great for a family or multiple friends getaway. Would love to come back in the summer and take advantage of all the beach toys and supplies that they had to offer.

This house was really a fun haven! Had a whole game and toy room for our little ones. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need: towels, coffee, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, etc. The house was also very clean. We will be back.

Beautiful place with plenty of space. Very clean and modern. Special touch with s’mores :) The owners responded immediately if we had questions. I recommend the golf cart as this will take you to the beach and into town without a problem. Definitely recommend staying here, did I mention the comfy beds? You won’t be disappointed as they thought of everything for a comfortable stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Funhaven. The house was spacious, clean, and furnished with just about anything you could want. Lots of games, video game systems, tvs for days indoors. Conversely, well stocked outdoor activities like cornhole, kayak, paddle boards, and more. The golf cart was a must. Our 8 year old loved it (and so did my husband)! We spent days on the beach and came home to a lovely setting. Russ was incredibly responsive when we reached out about the arcade not working. Even though we weren’t able to fix it, we found that we didn’t even need it because there were so many other things to do. A vacation to remember!

Beautiful house! Everything we needed for our family of ten. For a family with children golf cart was an added plus. Plenty of games, puzzles, childrens toys to keep everyone busy. Comfortable beds and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely return for future vacations.

Fun Haven is a wonderful home with lots of toys for all ages. Very clean and provided all the essentials. Beach access is a short walk; made easy with the wagon available. Future neighborhood pool will be a house away, while current pool is a brisk walk or quick golf cart ride.

Beautiful property
House was perfect. The hosts had all of the little extras - shampoo in the showers, spices left over from others, tons of beach toys available and games to play. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The backyard space is small but that’s how the neighborhood is. Only thing we didn’t care for was the bunk beds because the bottom bunk was way too low. No one felt comfortable sleeping in the bottom bunks but we were able to use the den pullout couch instead.
