This home is near it all and away from it all, all at once! From your home you can walk the beach with your morning coffee and watch the sun rise, then in the afternoon you can watch your children wriggle their toes in the clean Lake Superior sand and splash in its crystal clear waters. Come evening you can enjoy a meal and glass of wine while listening to the sound of the waves. Walking into the home you are welcomed by an open kitchen surrounded by tall windows offering a 180 degree view of Lake Superior. There is a sun room open to the kitchen that provides a place to relax and take in the sights of the lake, McCarty’s Cove, and the Marquette Lighthouse. The first floor includes a dining room, a living room with a gas fireplace, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a bunkbed room. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a sun room with floor to ceiling windows ideal for watching 1000 foot freighters glide by on Lake Superior. This home sleeps nine people and includes one master bedroom with a king sized bed, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a second story sun room with a day bed, a first floor bunk bed room, and a queen size pull out couch in the living room. The home is well-appointed with a kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, and utensils. The bedrooms have comfortable linens and down comforters. The home has two bathrooms with an ample supply of towels. The home also includes WiFi and a television in the living room with Netflix. Outside the home is a large deck with an outdoor dining set and outdoor seating perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the waves roll onto the beach.
