CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES * Must be 25 or older to rent this property. * No pets allowed. * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. * No smoking allowed.

Great three week stay! For a winter getaway it was cooler than desired, but having time along the beach is always a highlight. Some minor issues arose with the condo, itself, but response to our concerns was immediate and mostly effective. We highly recommend staying at San Carlos Condominiums in Gulf Shores!

Very nice unit! Went off season so things were a bit slow and not much open past 6pm. Trails were great to walk in the State Park! Fort Morgan was great! Would come back during peak season for sure!

Highschool Bestie - Girls vacation. Class of 1988. We had a wonderful time. The condo and it's views were amazing! It was clean and comfortable! We rarely left because we didn't need to, we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The location was great and the beach stunning. Drinking coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins each morning was a treat. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a getaway. I would definitely go back.

The view through those glass doors and from the balcony- cannot be beat!!! Everything was just gorgeous. Condo was stocked and there was nothing that we 'wish' they would've had that wasn't there. It was a fabulous week.

Our family had a great week in Gulf Shores! We were there August 5-12th, so there was not much of a crowd, with many already heading back to school. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4, which includes my husband and I and our two teenagers. It was nice that each bedroom had king-size beds and its own adjoining bathroom.
The location on the beach was beautiful and very convenient. We could walk to restaurants and shops and it was nice that many beach activities like jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides were available right from this beach.
The only thing the condo was lacking was a Keurig coffee maker. I hate making coffee with an old-school coffee pot, especially when just making 1 or two cups.

This condo was beautiful. Described perfectly and slept the 6 adults and 2 kids in our family very well. Great seating in the den and plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy the gorgeous view! Just a couple of FYIs: We cooked pizza rolls in the oven and the oven clearly cooks hot because it set off the smoke detector well before they were even done. There wasn’t even smoke. We also could not find a volume control on the dryer buzzer and it’s loud enough, the neighbors probably heard our laundry being done. Having a 3 year old and 1 year old needing quality nap time, this mattered lol. Those are both minor and I would 100% give this 5 stars on the condo itself and the communication at check in, but am docking a star because we submitted a lost and found ticket a couple hours after check out and were told that housekeeping would absolutely find the items and they would be mailed back. We left some bathing suits hanging in the laundry room and had the doors closed as we were headed out. It’s now been 3 weeks and after reaching out a second time, nothing has been found despite a detailed description of what we left and where they were. Overall, we would absolutely book here again. You just have to be careful to not leave anything.

The property is perfect .. it has everything you need for a nice vacation. My family enjoyed all of the amenities right by the beach. The view from the unit was so amazing hearing the sound of the waves and listening to the waves and viewing the beach right by the veranda. The weather was So beautiful not so hot and not cold but was a little windy when we were there. This unit at San Carlos Is very nice, the bathtooms the bedrooms and kitchen was clean and has all the amenities you need making you feel you are still at home. I would go back and stay again in this unit on my next trip

Great property, beautiful views. Property felt very homey without being over the top beachy. Ice maker was great to have and very useful. Easy check-in/out process. Very fast elevators and never felt like we had to wait long for one. Beach got a bit busy but overall was a great time. We had a 1 year old with us and they were able to include a pack-n-play with the rental for them to sleep in. Made traveling a bit easier since we didn’t need to bring our own. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our stay. The view from the deck was fabulous. Three couples had enough room with 3 king sized beds and 3 bathrooms. Be sure to bring all kitchen cooking spices, oils etc. since only dishes, pans and utensils are supplied. The management was very responsive to any other questions.

The property was clean and had everything we needed to have a great time. We plan to return again soon. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. There were plenty of dishes and the cookware was in good condition. The view from the balcony was amazing! This 3 bedroom unit, with each bedroom having access to a private bathroom, was the perfect size for our family. We also enjoyed the King size beds in every bedroom. It is close to everything and we could walk to several great restaurants and shops. We visit the area often and we all agreed that this was the best condo we have rented by far.

This is a beautiful unit! It is as the pictures. The whole experience was simply beautiful. From making the reservation, getting there and definitely the stay!!! Management stayed in communication with us to ensure all way well!!! We wil for sure stay here again!!

This unit was immaculate, well furnished and the perfect location for a family holiday getaway. The 3 BR, 3 bath setup was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped including up-to-date appliances. The gulf-front location was perfect and just a few blocks from the main road into town with unlimited restaurants and stores. We were only 15 minutes or so from The Wharf entertainment area.

This was the perfect place to stay for a sibling get-away! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! We were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo was perfect for the five of us and had plenty of places to sit and relax. We spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean waves. It was just what we all needed.

This condo was beautiful and in a wonderful location! The check-in process was a breeze and super quick. We did notice that when we arrived, the floors had not been mopped and our feet would turn black if we didn’t wear socks or shoes which was kind of annoying, but overall, we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I, our two adult children and their respective spouses, and our grandchild. Each couple had their own space (each bedroom having a king size bed and a bathroom is perfect) to enjoy when needing to decompress or have quiet time, but there was also a generous amount of common space to enjoy family time in the condo. We loved this condo and definitely plan to go back.

Room was clean and views where awesome. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms was great for family of 5. Walking distance to the Hangout and stores. Easy access to beach. We did get ants in one bedroom on 3rd day, sprayed the room myself and no more ants for the last 4 days of our stay. Will definitely stay in San Carlos 909 again.

Location was ideal!! Super convenient beach access within walking distance to local attractions like the Hangout. The condo was clean and the layout was spacious for a large group to enjoy. We stayed there with family for our son to attend the Perfect Game World Series. The location was convenient for the Orange Beach and Foley sports complex. Owners provided great communication about the property and checkin / checkout procedures. 10/10 would recommend and we’d gladly book the same spot every summer!

We did have 2 small issues (top latch on door broke & 1 of the toilets wouldn’t flush), but the Property Mgr immediately fixed them both. We had 7 people in our party & this place was large enough for us all…you won’t be disappointed!!

The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need. The deck, outside seating and views are outstanding. The cleanness of the property was outstanding as well. The condo property was also outstanding with a great and very clean pool, great restroom facilities and 3 well functioning elevators. Best property we have ever rented. You will be amazed!
