we had an excellent stay. We were able to access the apartment easily, all instructions were easy to find. It was cute,

Overall we had a good stay but I feel the price was too high for 3 nights all in.

Location to town was good. Property had been remodeled which was good

The booking process was terrible. I got an email about 3-4 times saying our stay had been canceled and when I called the actual lodge they had to reconfirm that it had not been cancelled. The lighting in the kitchen and dining room was extremely poor. Bulbs were out and they were not LED. The whole place seemed dark even with the rest of the lights on and the drapes open. Also suggest getting a recycle bin for the unit or overall property. These are simple things that could make a big difference.

The stay was welcoming

helpfulness never stayed other then in hotels. when needed to contact front desk was available at that time didn't have to wait.

lovely condo. inconvenient for Winter Park skiing.

very comfortable beds. well stocked kitchen.

the shuttle to Winter Park to ski ended up being quite an issue. We thought it would very convenient but it was not. Although the shuttle stop is right at the parking lot, the bus only runs once an hour and requires a change of bus lines. in addition, on the way back, the line that comes to the condo stops running very soon after the lifts so we got stuck. we ended up taking another line that came close and two in our party hiked with ski boots on back to the condo for the car. That wasnt great.

Upon our arrival, staff checked to ensure the property was ready for us to enter… it was not. My husband was first in and commented on the dirty floors before I walked in. I let the staff know, and they offered to have cleaning come by again, but at 4:30pm on a Friday, the first evening of our vacation, and presuming it would be the same team that “cleaned” before, not exactly what I had in mind. I vacuumed throughout (food crumbs and dirt everywhere, including the couch cushions) and wiped down the kitchen counters, cabinets and dining chairs. I was told the Property Manager was at another site at the time and off for the holiday weekend, and would be back Tuesday. It’s Friday and I have not received a call. I completed the feedback survey the property sent Tuesday (3 days ago), plenty of time to get a call before responding to this survey on Booking. Overall very telling about this property management company. Otherwise, the unit location and layout were good.

Location and sleek upgrades to the interior

Unfortunately, the hot tub is closed due to Covid, which I understand but that was a nice feature when we stayed here last year.

There's no direction going into the property,the address on our email is different, we arrived at 10:30 pm, there's no arrows, signs,numbers,letters to know which condo to go to.
