Close to town and short drive to Winter Park
I didn’t know there wasn’t AC in the summertime but was very grateful for the box fan in the unit. With the windows open at night it stayed quite cool.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Good location with a trail by the river.
The guests above us were extremely loud. Our condo was nice, but I like staying on the other side where the river backs to the back deck. The outside of the buildings could use a little updating.

The location was wonderful! Beds in rooms were comfy. Great for a ski in and out trip where you will just sleep there.
Had the bare minimum of everything. Okay for a couple nights if your just sleeping there. If you have kids, bring games for entertainment. The hot tub hurt our eyes due to chlorine so we got out right away.
