Directly beside elevator, laundry room, building is beside the pool and the beach! Great location. Beach was not crowded because it is on a semi private part of beach! Had a great time and nice place to stay!

No real issues, but it was aggravating to set out looking for the lockbox on the side of the building. The building number was excluded. Just FYI, that front door is badly damaged. It has the appearance of someone kicking it open while it was locked.

This location was great if you are looking for something around Destin, but not so close to the hustle and bustle of the town. It’s a short drive to shops, boat rentals, and restaurants. You’ll definitely need to drive to get places. It’s not very friendly when it comes to walking, besides to the beach! Easily a 3 minute walk, and it was gorgeous!

Anytime you stay at a place and think -- this is exactly what I would want if I were to live here -- then you've got the right place. I mean, I'm not sure I'd pick the exact same decor, but it was a great place for us to finish off our road trip vacation.
