About this apartment rental
Beach Service Included! This gorgeous unit located on the 2nd floor of building 3 has spectacular views of the pool and beach. The updated kitchen has a unique curved bar with a built-in wine cooler and service sink. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a large flat screen TV with beautiful views and access to the spacious balcony. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and private balcony access. The master bathroom also has a separate dressing area with double sinks and large shower. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a flat screen TV and the guest bathroom has a stand-up shower. Unit has free WI-FI.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We absolutely loved our stay! From waking up with a cup of coffee on the back balcony while looking out into the Gulf, to the quick access to the beach, we loved every second. We can only hope it’ll be available again for our trip next year :-)

We’ve stayed at El Matador before and we’re very happy with this condo. The property is a little older but very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Our specific unit was beautiful.

The stay here was nice and clean just like pics with one mishap of being locked out of the condo for 3 hours after coming back from the beach with 3 small children when it was time to cook dinner due to a door malfunction where the code stopped working. The owner did not respond at all to my messages during the process at all and has yet to apologize for the inconvenience which is very unprofessional. Thankfully the condo managment team stepped in and handled it appropriately giving us another unit to stay in until a locksmith could get us back to the unit 3 hours later. They changed the lock the next morning and refunded us for one night for the inconveniece. nice place to stay, but no communication from the owner at all after checking in.
