This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has an unimaginable Gulf of Mexico view! The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great meal. There are three TV's, so all of your entertainment needs can be met simultaneously. Wake up to the sounds of the gulf crashing along the coast. With room to sleep six, this unit makes an affordable getaway for a large family or two families who wish to share a unit.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Beautiful set up and view. Water pressure in the sink was a minor issue. Didn’t find reason to make management aware due to the pressure in the showers being perfectly fine. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was comfortable but needs lots of updates. Most electrical outlets didn’t work, the master bed headboard was broken and flopping back and forth, couldn’t get the locks on the sliding glass door to lock properly. Seemed clean just much older than I thought it would be. The ceiling needs to be painted in a bad way, it looked pretty yucky like maybe water stains all over. Not much water pressure, but was fine. Convenient to most things and I did love the views.
