About this apartment rental
This two bedroom, one and one half bathroom unit is located on the fifth floor and has a fantastic Gulf of Mexico view. Your comfort comes first which is why you'll love the lush carpet throughout the condo. Plenty of light will shine through when you swing open the balcony door leading to the view of the Emerald waters. Enjoy a cocktail or a great meal while you watch the sunset from your balcony. With room to sleep six, this unit makes a very affordable vacation choice!
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Very easy check in, even with us arriving late on a Sunday. Very helpful staff and property guard.
Condo is on the 5th floor of building 4 and had an excellent view of the larger pool and the beach. Condo was clean and well maintained. Some stains on the carpet and larger appliances are a bit dated, but still work well! Beds were comfortable, great view. Be prepared for the sun out your window in the master bedroom in the morning as the windows face east (forgot to close the blinds a couple days)! Balcony is large and includes chairs.
My 2 kids (11 and 7) absolutely loved their room and we enjoyed the large amount of storage space for clothing and food/items.
Property management is very attentive. Previous inspection prior to our check in noted a leaking garbage disposal and reached out on day 1 to have it checked out again. Maintenance person was very attentive. Management reached out again the following day to confirm disposal was not leaking. Amazing staff!
Pools are well maintained and lots of seating around both. Easy access to beach and rentable chairs with umbrella are available. Resort is at the end of the strip adjacent to the dunes, which results in less people on the beach. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful beach themed condo! Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and walk out on the patio for a cup of coffee with the waves and an ocean view. Clean and spacious for the 4 of us. My only issue was getting the check in key for late check in. The lock was stuck and I couldn’t get the overnight drop box open. The security guard did not know the code and the after hour number went straight to voicemail. Luckily my mom was able to get the lock unjammed and we got the key. Property management didn’t return our call until 9am the next morning. Overall, the condo was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. We will try to get there before late check in next time! Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Great views, bad window blinds and one slider door not working. “Vintage” kitchen cabinets need to go. Toilets functional but ancient. One shower only connects to two toilets. Clean and comfortable. “Ghetto fabulous”. Best beach ever though!
