This 2 bedroom unit is centrally located, providing convenient access to the tennis and basketball courts, both pools, the recreation building and the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has been recently renovated to include new flooring, paint, and granite countertops. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. Relax in the plush living room and enjoy the tremendous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The one bathroom floor plan provides a second vanity next to the guest bedroom for added convenience. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Everything was very clean and location was the best. I would of liked some sort of spices to cook with, but that does not change my rating of the stay.

We had a great time, it’s a good location close to the beach , nice pool and the condo was clean and surprisingly stocked with extra items we needed.
