Nestled in St George, this attractive condo for $236 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to one of the newest and premier properties in St. George, Utah. Beau Soleil, or Beautiful Sun features 4 spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with King beds while the fourth accommodates seven in bunk and trundle combinations. The oversize living, kitchen and dining area includes two large, leather couches that make into two full size beds. At 2600 square feet, the overall size of the condo, even when fully occupied still provides a feeling of openness. The aesthetically appealing décor is subtle but not overwhelming. Natural colors inside that complement the landscape outside instills the warmth of the St. George area. Beau Soleil makes you feel like your home away from home instead of a vacation rental. Each bedroom is equipped with a 40” flat screen, high definition television for private time, while the great room serves as a gathering place with a 65” curved screen for the viewing pleasure of everyone in the living and dining area. Cable TV and DVD player are provided. While the ample deck area serves as additional dining and lounging, the view of the Estancia resort and pool makes this condo worth the trip. Keeping an eye on the youngsters is easy from this second level vantage point. The raised pool, hot tub, pickle ball and basketball courts are all visible directly at eye level from the condo. When not watching the kids, the oversize windows provide a picture perfect, natural portrait that brings the warmth of the resort into the condo. The evening view of the soft accent lighted pool creates a calming ambiance that will keep you from closing the blinds. While you’ll find it hard to leave the comfort of the condo there is plenty to do in St. George and surrounding area. Breath taking Zion’s National Park is 45 minutes away. For a longer excursion, the north rim of the Grand Canyon can easily be done in a day. For something closer to home there are several golf courses in the immediate area. The Green Valley Spa and tennis club is adjacent to Estancia. More of a naturalist? There are hiking, biking and ATV trails right outside your door. Or if you just want to take in a movie there are several movie theaters within a 10-minute drive. And the world renowned Tuacahn Amphitheater for summer plays will keep you coming back. As for eating establishments, the choice is unlimited. Whatever you look for in entertainment, you will find in the St. George area. During the winter, a day trip to Brian Head Ski Resort can get you back at the condo in time for an evening dip in the year-round heated pool or relaxing hot tub. During the summer Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are a short 20-minute drive. Beau Soleil is the starting and ending place for a fun-filled vacation. We came down with my my husbands sisters and their families. We had so much fun and the house was perfect for our needs. We loved the large living spaces, the large rooms and the kitchen. Our kids loved the bunk bed room. The patio was wonderful. We will come back 100%. We are already planning to hopefully make it a yearly thing now.
Thank you so much for the quick communication when the pool key was missing. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. Overall it was amazing!

2nd time staying here! We love it. Having 4 private bedrooms and baths is the best! And great view of the pool from balcony. Lots of room and very comfortable.

Everything was outstanding. The funny thing was that in the nightstand there was a piece of a granola bar left in each drawer. I didn’t check all nightstands but thought it wa funny. In the cabinet above the sink was a half Estes. Cookie tray. Cleaners need to check for leftovers. Perfect otherwise! Showers were fully stocked and bath towels were nice. Plenty of toys for kids.

This place is AWESOME. Check in was a snap, clean, great view of the pool, shade all day from the great back deck. We went in with really high expectations, and man were we wrong. The pictures do not do it justice. This condo was way more than what we expected. It exceeded our expectations by a lot. We will most definitely stay here again. Our family loved it!!! Thanks for helping us make some great family memories.

I’ve stayed in this condo complex before and as usual it did not disappoint. This unit had four huge bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen with all the tools, and lots of space for our group of friends. The whole complex has a great vibe, lots of families having fun, and the pool complex is great. Highly recommended!

Great Place for a family vacation for all ages

Awesome accommodations
Loved the location, amenities, and the size of the condo. We took advantage of the basketball courts, pool, and scooter rentals. We enjoyed having access to a grill and full kitchen, my kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Weekend Getaway
The condo was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The kids enjoyed the pool and pickle ball court. The condo was clean, very spacious and has a nice decor.

Very nice property. We liked the facilities. It's not 'totally' furnished in the kitchen. We managed with some work arounds. Could use some replacement/upgrade of some of the kitchen utensils. We liked the spacious single floor, plus it has two water heaters! We had a broken light in a ceiling fan in one of the rooms. Called the mgr. He called his maintenance person. No show. So we had to use the bathroom light and/or bedside lamp. The condo is VERY sound proof. Outside party one night, we could barely hear them inside. Barely hear neighbors. Pool was nice and so were the pickle ball courts. Reggie was very good to work with. We left a beach towel behind. He worked with us to get it back!!
It was a bit confusing going between vrbo and hostfully. Vrbo showed we still owed and hostfully showed we were paid in full. But it worked out in the end. All in all, I highly recommend.
