Situated in Linden Hills, this charming condo for $101 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is an ideal property for visits of 30 days or more. Just two blocks from Linden Hills shopping and dining and Lake Harriet, this beautiful second floor duplex apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the neighborhood and lake, and quickly get downtown, to the airport and to suburbs. It's spacious and bright with tons of windows and great layout. Business travelers and vacationers alike will be at home. The modern kitchen and bathroom complement the 20s architecture style. Comfort and privacy all around. The three bedrooms are ideal for individuals or families. The third bedroom can be used as an office or a child's room. The neighborhood is a favorite for our renowned restaurants, biking, strolling or shopping. Tucked away in its own pocket of loveliness, we're also right near Lake Calhoun, and Uptown, 50th and France and an easy trip to Downtown and the airport. For those who appreciate location, this spot is where you want to be. Recreation, nature and amazing food are within a few blocks. A charming brewery, fine liquor store with gourmet deli, great bakery and food coop are also within walking distance. In fact, this neighborhood is made for walking, biking, x-country skiing and eating. At 1350 square feet, the apartment gives you room to stretch out. The windows on all four sides of the apartment allows warm light to stream in. The three bedrooms are nicely separated, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the living room—with a 4k Smart TV—and dining room allow for many spots to relax or do work. Guests have the full apartment to themselves. They are welcome to use the back deck above the garage as well as the free laundry on site. The apartment is an easy Uber or bus ride from the airport and to Uptown, Downtown, and to the southern suburbs with large shopping centers and movie theaters. There's ample on-street parking right in front in addition to one garage bay.

While we enjoyed the location greatly, and the host was attentive, friendly and available, there were some things about the property that were not ideal. For example, the furniture was uncomfortable and kind of college-frat-house quality. The pillows and towels were old and practically unusable. And while generally clean, certain parts of the property were not, e.g., the sink, linen closet and laundry room. Basically the property, while quaint and wonderfully located, was old, a bit musty, and not particularly well updated. For the price, it was a good value, but it could have been much better.

Perfect accommodations
This is a charming, comfortable place in a great location. We walked to dinner the first night and found several very good options. Beth is helpful. She made sure we knew about the snow emergency parking rules. We will stay here again when visiting the Twin Cities.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely Linden Hills duplex. The home is just two blocks from great walking and biking paths around Lake Harriet and two blocks from the small village of Linden Hills (great shopping in a few stores and good eating too). The rooms are nicely spaced apart -- allowing our family of four with two adult children to have space for alone time and space for togetherness. Our stay at the duplex was awesome! The duplex was quite clean, on a quiet residential street just blocks away from some great restaurants and Lake Harriet. We loved the thick bath towels! I would highly recommend this home.

Charming home near Lake Harriett
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! The home has all the basic things you need and Beth was a most gracious host. She quickly responded to our questions. The location is perfect for a family, just 2 blocks from Lake Harriett and Sebastian Joe’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would very likely stay here again.

Excellent option for visiting Minneapolis
Well-kept 3 bedroom, second-floor unit within walking distance of Lake Harriet, neighborhood shops, The Wild Rumpus bookstore, and the excellent Rose Street Patisserie. A few minutes drive to excellent Uptown restaurants. Kitchen equipped for preparing simple meals. Good WiFi access. Plenty of room to keep kids occupied. Owner is highly responsive and thoughtful, even provided welcome snacks. We had a fantastic stay!

Great stay in Minneapolis
Stayed four nights In this lovely apartment. It was clean, well equipped, and had really comfy beds. The bathroom had fluffy towels and a good shower. Four of us had plenty of room to spread out. I especially liked the dining room for meals and lots of conversation. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were able to park easily on the street. The owner, Beth, responded quickly to messages and was a pleasure to work with. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Great Location! Beautiful Apartment. Five Star Host.
Beth was a warm and welcoming host - kindly overlooking our family's miscommunications and leaving a few sweet surprises for us to enjoy once everyone arrived Friday evening. The apartment was well appointed with nice linens and everything we needed to make ourselves at home in the full kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to call it "home" again when Lake Harriet hosts their summer concert series.

Perfect place to stay to visit Minneapolis, especially if you’d like to be near the lakes!

Charming, cozy, and quaint apartment in perfect location!
We stayed in Beth's apartment with another friend and her son for a hockey tournament (read "in the dead of winter"). Not only was it clean, charming, and ideally located (close to shops, skate sharpening needs, and food), but felt like a warm oasis when we came home. Beth was lovely and attended to our every need. The kitchen, dining area, and living room were generous in terms of size. I would say that the only downside with two families was that the third bedroom was a bit small for us. That being said, overall, it was a great trip!

Location, location, location. And very nice property.
Loved being close to my son, daughter in law, granddaughter and brand new grandson. An added plus was being close to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful Lake Harriet. Beth was great to work with and always answered our questions.

Great property, location and owner!
Do not hesitate to rent this space for your trip to Minneapolis. It is clean, convenient and just the right amount of space for a small family. The owner is super responsive (within seconds of a text) and very accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised to find many of the things I usually have to bring already in the apartment (i.e. shampoo, dish tabs, paper towels, hand soap at all sinks, etc). Parking is right in front and never an issue. You can walk to many cute shops and restaurants (if you like Thai don't miss the one right in Linden Hills - 7 minute walk) and for times you don't want to drive or walk, downtown Minneapolis is a $15 uber. Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot in beautiful Minneapolis neighborhood
This Linden Hills spot was a perfect place to gather with family. Plenty of room, comfortable, cozy spaces. Ample parking, quick drive to anywhere in and outside of the city, and just a few short blocks to the lake and charming shops and great food. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable, Beth!

This duplex is just a short lovely walk to Linden Hills's terrific restaurants and shops and beautiful Lake Harriet. Well maintained property on a pretty street, clean, spacious and attractively decorated. The queen sized bed was very comfortable (we didn't use the other 2 bedrooms). Lots of windows and light. Beth is great to work with, responsive, pleasant and accommodating. There are stairs of course since it's an upper level duplex so just something to keep in mind. We very much enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this duplex!

Lovely, spacious gem in Linden Hills
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely 3-bedroom apartment, with its spacious living room, dining room and full kitchen on the second floor above the owner's single-family home. The beds were quite comfortable, a top issue for me. The bathroom was small and slightly dated, but perfectly adequate.The owner had installed a large, modern shower head, which was a nice touch. The owner responded promptly to all my questions and concerns and was flexible about allowing my friend and me to drop off luggage before the official check-in, which I actually did not need. She offered dining suggestions that were right on the mark! The neighborhood is a gem, just a short walk to Lake Harriet and to two nice small shopping areas. I would not hesitate to visit here again--it was a true home away from home.

simply lovely!
the duplex was everything as described. Roomy, comfortable beds in a great area. Beth is on point with everything and we highly recommend her property. Four stars only because access to the deck is on top of the garage in the back of the yard. would have been nice to have better access to that.

I rented this unit for visiting family. They couldn't have been more pleased - and Beth is a very accommodating host.
