About this condo rental
Located in Beaver Creek, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Spend your mountain vacation in this luxurious studio condominium in the most desirable complex in Beaver Creek. McCoy Peak Lodge is located adjacent to Chair 1 on Beaver Creek Mountain and provides all of the amenities needed for an incredible ski vacation or weekend away in the mountains. McCoy Peak offers unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access and includes a private locker room, hot tubs, a heated parking garage, and an award-winning great room. This condominium is on the ground floor and is one of the closest units in the building to the slopes. It features a resort kitchenette with granite countertops, refrigerator, full size dishwasher, 2 burner stove and microwave oven. The condo has maple hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a luxury king size bed (and rollaway twin), and a washer and dryer. Along with its luxury finishes, one of our favorite features of this condominium is its convenience. The locker room is feet away from the slopes, so you won't ever have to walk in those bulky ski boots during your stay. If you get cold or need a quick break from the slopes, come in for a cup of cocoa. At days’ end, hop in one of the hot tubs, then relax by the beautiful wood burning fireplace in the great room while watching skiers take their final runs of the day. All the fine dining and shopping of Beaver Creek Village is a short walk (less than 5 minutes). If your legs are really tired, Dial-a-Ride (the free shuttle service) is just a phone call away. We love our mountain condo and know that you will enjoy your stay. Hope to see you on the slopes! Please note: the condo is able to sleep 2 comfortably in the king size bed. We do have the additional rollaway twin for a small child. A family of 4 would not fit in this unit. 10.71% tax rate. $125 cleaning fee additional as well as $79 property damage protection fee (in lieu of a deposit).

Could not get any closer to the slopes! Very convenient location and well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

The unit is perfect for a single person or a couple; although it's a bit smaller than expected, it has everything one needs to have a good time. The fridge is small for an extended stay, but we made it work. The location is incredibly centralized and comfortable. The facilities are comfortable, and the ski-in/out from the locker room is perfect.

True ski-in/ski-out. Woke up, put on our gear in the ski locker room, and shredded to the lift down the slope. Ate lunch in the room using the kitchenette. The fireplace was perfect! Opted out of taking a shuttle from the lodge and walked down the bunny slope to the village to catch the restaurant bus into Avon. We have stayed at a few places slopeside in Beaver Creek and this one is the best yet!

Cozy unit with everything you need for an awesome ski vacation at Beaver Creek. Parking and check in was super easy. The unit is steps away from the beautiful lobby and grands views of the slopes, perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
The slopeside hot tubs are the perfect way to end a long day on the mountain.
The bedroom and bathroom are large and comfy. The small galley kitchen is well equipped.
Would definitely recommend to friends.

Everything was great, well...well stocked, clean, easy access to BC Village. The receptionist was tremendous! If I could book this again for next year right now, I would.
The only thing the owners might want to consider is a new refrigerator. It appeared dated, the ice maker did not work, and the temperature not even. However, it was not a great inconvenience.

Great location. Just a short shuttle ride to the village or about a 7 minute walk to the Park Hyatt. The condo was good size for a couple and 1 small child. We didn’t use the rollaway bed that was available. It would take up a lot of space if used. The furniture could use updating but otherwise it was great. The pictures of the condo were exactly as it looked. There isn’t someone that is at the lobby most of the day. Everything was clean. Overall a great experience.

The unit is smaller than I expected, and it felt even more so since there are two large chairs that take up lots of room. We noticed there is a pullout cot in the closet, but there would be no where to open it, not that we needed it. The bathroom was large in relation to the unit and very clean. Small kitchen with mini fridge which is great for breakfast and quick meals. The final disillusion was that the window faced the front of the building, and it had no curtain only a shade, so to have daylight come into the room you would have to open the shade all the way up and allowed viewing from passersby either walking into the main entrance or pulling into the garage. But there were many days that there was a full piece of plywood and a full piece of particle board covering this only window. I communicated with the unit manager and she was not aware of this taking place. Every single day we were there in the early to late afternoon the wood was there and then sometimes removed or sometimes not. I gave up on the daylight and instead focused on my enjoyment skiing on the mountain.

It was such an amazing location. I really would recommend staying here. Worth every penny. The ONLY problem I had was that it is located right on the first floor where everyone can see into your window so we had the blinds down the entire trip. Not a big deal, just something to consider if you really have to have the windows open.

This was a perfect place for me and my 2 children 12 and 10 to get away for a few days on the slopes. Close to Beaver Creek and all the shops and restaurants. Probably best for a couples or a family with one child.

This condo was perfect for the 3 of us! The parking, ski access, ski locker and rentals, shuttle, and location to the village. My only suggestion is to plan ahead and make reservations well before your stay due to covid restrictions and capacity.

Perfect location
This property is excellent, but for no more than two people. It was very clean and the location was amazing! The only problems we had were that there was no one at the site to answer any questions about the area and you really could not cook breakfast. Do not try to cook bacon (no frying pan) because the ventilation is horrible. Other than those two things, this place is just wonderful. The little extras like the fresh flowers, coffee, wine, and water were an added plus!

Great place. This room was very convenient for loading and unloading. Going to the locker room and going to the hot tub not to mention clicking your skis on and taking off. My biggest gripe was the drive from Denver airport to our location and only because it was snowing like crazy. But once we were there it was amazing. Our rental is a must for every active couple wanting a get away ski trip! Ps.... Shuttles work great and lots of choices to dine.

Loved the location of the property and the easy check in process. Unit was super clean and well stocked for our convenience. We really enjoyed the ease of getting out to the slopes with slop-side location and ski lockers for our use. Can’t wait to come back.

Check-in process was easy, ski lockers are big and convenient, slopes are steps away from the room. Can’t beat the location for access to the mountain.
The room itself is well-suited for 2 people and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Amenities like bottled water, toiletries, keurig w pods, etc were very nice touches. Small kitchen is more than adequate to prepare small meals w cooktop and microwave. Bathroom is large and has both a tub and shower. We didn’t use the fireplace but it added a nice touch to the room.
