We loved our stay, it was great for our family of 5 to spread out with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the location, and the view was amazing! Being on the 16th floor made it feel like we were looking out the windows of a cruise ship. The deck chairs were super comfortable and we absolutely loved hearing the ocean. Loved having a washer and dryer and lots of extra sheets, pillows and blankets. Definitely could have used more wash cloths, hand towels, dish cloths and dish towels though. This may have been one of the cleanest beach rentals I have experienced. The tile floors were very clean, free from sand, and the kitchen and bathrooms quite clean. The only downsides were that the inside of the kitchen and bathroom cupboards, along with the dresser drawers, really needed a good cleaning. Also cleaning around the perimeters of the rooms- baseboards and corners. We did stay at the end of the season, so a good spring cleaning would solve this. Should we return to Ocean City, Maryland, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Sara was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the boardwalk and were pleasantly surprised to find many of the stores still open in October. We found lots of great restaurants and had perfect weather for most of the week!

I have stayed at the ocean grand several times. There is a reason my family and I keep on coming back. The ocean grand is the nicest building in Ocean City. This particular condo has an awesome uninterrupted view on the ocean side. When we weren’t on the beach my family loved sitting at the window, or on the balcony just looking out at the ocean and the beach. The unit has been updated and has been comfortably decorated. Everything you need is available in unit, from kitchen appliances to clean linens and towels. My kids loved having nice TVs in their rooms for wind down time. My family and I have a high standard for quality and cleanliness and we feel very comfortable recommending this unit to anyone looking for a great stay at the beach. Booking and communication with the owner was smooth and efficient. Don’t hesitate to book with them for your next trip.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The condo had an amazing oceanfront view! Sunrises did not disappoint. The unit was clean and had all the comforts of home. Our family stayed at this beautiful condo in Ocean City for a week in August - ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! We had a terrific week of family bonding and relaxing. Sara was a terrific host and we appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, the perfect location, the amazing view, and ability to just unwind and enjoy the beach for a week - awesome!!! We loved seeing dolphins swimming out in the ocean from the balcony with our morning coffee. We made good use of the kitchen for our breakfast and dinner meals - the condo was well stocked, and we had everything you could need. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs, which are kept in the on site storage area. Thank you Sara - we are looking forward to staying here again in the future!!!

Place was very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and all amenities were as advertised. Views from the balcony were outstanding. Beach access close and easy. Had difficulty receiving emails from owner. She went out of her way to resend them to insure I had all the necessary information. Can’t go wrong with this condo.

This is a very nice property in a great location. The owner Sara was very responsive to our questions and arranged for a maintenance problem to be quickly resolved. The kitchen is well equipped and the unit is spacious. Great view of the ocean. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Sara was helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. The location was terrific and close to so many restaurants and attractions. The view was absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable for our family. The building was easy to navigate and we enjoyed the indoor pool and gym each day.

When we arrived, the place was not cleaned as promised, sheets were not washed, and there was a clogged toilet that was not unclogged for 2 days until snaked by maintenance (not available on Saturday or Sunday). The condo is nice and location was convenient. After we cleaned and washed the sheets,, the remainder of the week was fine and we enjoyed our stay. The owner, Sara M., was nice to deal with and apologized for the lack of cleaning and clogged toilet. She tried to make things right.

We rented this lovely home as a quick spring break getaway from NYC and it far exceeded our expectations. First, the ocean view is simply amazing. The unit is exactly as pictured and was exceptionally clean. Sara was a terrific host who made us feel welcome and communicated efficiently and kindly. The Condo is on a beautiful beach that was mostly empty while we were there. We ate at great restaurants (The Hobbit and Fager's Island). The boardwalk was super fun for the kids. Overall a great trip away. I would not hesitate to book this wonderful place if you find it available. Worth every penny.
