Nestled in Nipomo, this attractive house for $185 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The Black Oak House is inviting, clean and stylish and is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We are in a wonderful location perfect for vacationers as well as weekender's. The Black Oak House vacation rental is best suited for short term stays ranging anywhere from a single night visit up to a maximum three week stay. We are very close to Trilogy, the beach and many popular central coast wedding and party venues! Totally private - cozy hideaway ideal for two people, possibly up to four people. Guests have complete privacy. However, your host is nearby – ‘invisible but available’. This peaceful home has one (1) bedroom with one (1) queen size bed and one (1) double (full size) bed, a sitting area, large walk-in closet, TV and a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom has french doors leading out to the patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and also has french doors that open onto the patio. The kitchen is well equipped with full size appliances for all of your culinary needs. This house also includes a dinette area and kitchen counter bar with stools. The entire house is bright and cheerful with natural light. This house is nicely furnished and has all of the comforts of home. Featuring; high speed secure WIFI, HDTV, streaming, and a clothes washer and dryer. Outside you will enjoy a nicely landscaped fenced patio. Includes a full size Weber propane grill. There is parking next to the house for up to two vehicles. Black Oak House rental is situated behind the main house on a private road. There’s lots of space surrounding the property and behind the house are 8 acres of open space with many oak and eucalyptus trees which are home to various wildlife. Including soaring hawks, quail, bunnies, owls, hummingbirds, butterflies and horseback riders. There are 3 fabulous golf courses in Nipomo: Blacklake Golf Resort - Three 9-Hole Premium Course Monarch Dunes Golf Club- 18-Holes & 12- Hole Challenge Course Cypress Ridge Golf Course - 18 Holes – Par 72 San Luis Obispo County is truly a paradise and The Black Oak House is your personal portal to that paradise. Our Central Coast is undeniably the most beautiful and unspoiled area on the California Coastline. There are so many things to do and see that are close by or a day trip away. I spent Christmas at Black Oak house with my son stationed at Vandenberg. It was the perfect location, central to what we wanted to do at SLO and Santa Barbara. The fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook him all the meals he was missing.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. It was ideal for 2 guys golfing 36 holes in 30 hours. I would rent it again for the next golf trip.

We stayed for a week. Has all the amenities if you want to stay in which we did for the most part. The house is close to the main house as well as neighbors so voices do carry. I found myself talking in more hushed tones than I typically would so as not to disturb the peace. We visited San Luis Obispo about 20 minutes North and also checked out downtown Pismo Beach not too far away. PiWhole Pizza on Tefft was fantastic and the local Vons had everything we needed for groceries. The host was around if needed. We ran into her 1 morning as she accessed the entranceway area where our car was parked to get her horse feed out of the shed there at the top of the driveway. We frequently heard rural sounds of horses and a rooster crowing. The home was immaculate and has a very spacious feel with cathedral ceilings and doors leading to the outside patio from both the living room and the bedroom. We may come back next year for our annual trip.

We had a lovely stay at the Black Oak House. It was very quiet and a nice neighborhood to be in. Access to the freeway was only minutes away.. the beach is not too far.. a ten min. drive to Pismo Beach.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and privacy of this place. Located between Santa Maria and Arroyo Grande, it was perfect for all the things we planned to do and provided a relaxing space to come back to and cook up our own meals. The scenic drives between towns reminded us why we love our state so much.

Great spot-- very peaceful, private, and clean. About 15 min easy drive to Pismo. I personally liked the faint sound of livestock and chickens.

Very nice property. Country like atmosphere. Very clean and well equipped. BEWARE!! You’re paying almost double the posted rate from all the fees… Service fee, Cleaning fee, Damage Insurance fee. Nuts!!!

Came to CA for a girls weekend getaway and stayed at the Black Oak House. It was clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing, with a full kitchen, easy access to highway, restaurants and beach! It was a great weekend! Next time, I’ll bring the family :)

For us this was a short visit driving through to our main vacation. We opted for VRBO vs motels for the comfort. It was what we expected and more. We'll definitely stay there again if we are passing through.

We found this place to be well maintained, private and comfortable. My son and I were visiting colleges in the area and this was the perfect spot to crash for the evenings. The house is attached to the main house but the way it’s designed you do not share any walls, you have your own side of the driveway and door access which maintains a very private experience. We never saw the owner once. The only thing that could have made the stay a little better was faster WIFI as it is simply a ~10Mb relay from the main house which prevented my son and I from gaming together in the evenings as we like to do when we have one on one time together but there were good movie and physical game options available as alternatives. Would definitely come back if we are in the area in the future.

This was a great place for our central coast trip with our three month old son! This is a particularly great property if you’re traveling with a little one. In unit laundry, a full kitchen, a safe side yard, ceiling fans for the little one to stare at, plenty of room, and separate spaces for hanging out without disturbing a sleeping baby. Very clean too!

Great experience. Beautiful home, I could live there. Super nice neighborhood very peaceful. Freeway close short drive to restaurants. Recommend Jockos is fantastic with reasonable $ share the meal it’s huge. Need reservations.
