Nestled in Wildwood, this lovely condo for $340 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath Condo located 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach on a quiet street. The unit is setup to accommodate families of 8 or less with 6 or less adults. Booking is restricted to those 27 and older. During the summer rental season minimum stays of 3 or 4 nights is usually required. The unit has a garage below the unit with parking available for up to 3 cars off street parking. Condo is located in the center of it all, a short walk to the convention center, beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, bus station, ect... Unit is equipped with a full kitchen with all modern appliances, gas range, coffee maker, dishwasher, and pots/pans/dishes/utensils for 8 or more people. Dining area table has seating for eight people. The unit has sleeping accommodations for up to eight people as follows: Master bedroom has a new pillow top queen size bed and new bed frame. 2nd Bedroom has a new pillow top Queen size bed 3rd bedroom has a Full size bed, a twin size bed and a rollaway bed Living room has a pull out couch with a queen size bed. Unit has a large flat screen HD plasma Smart TV in the living room area, a Smart TV in the 3rd Bdrm and a smaller wall mounted one in the master bedroom. Some of the other amenities are, Wi-Fi, washer/drier, CAC, covered deck area with a patio set, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and games.

We arrived in Wildwood by boat, so our stay required a few special accommodations. Maria was great in her communications with us, and with her arrangements to have us provide us with linens and towels. She provided a very short list of items for us to bring like paper products, and what we found when we arrived was that the condo was very well stocked. Whether the items had been left from previous tenants or not we don’t know. But what we do know is that we really did not need to take toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as it was all there. The condo has some age to it but was very clean and comfortable! 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk kept us central to everything! We had a great 3 night stay at Maria’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The apartment was as described. It was comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. You have to bring your own towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc., which we didn’t mind, but it something to consider if you’re traveling with limited space. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave us recommendations for places in the area. We had a good time. Everyone enjoyed our trip.

We were only spending a couple nights at the beach as a break between city stays in DC and NYC. It would have been great to have more time. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 6 and a well-supplied kitchen, which we didn’t get to utilize much. The beach items were great to have. The linens not being supplied was a bit of a surprise, as it wasn’t in the listing, but it does seem to be the norm for the area. Overall, it was a great stay, and I wish we’d have had more time!

This is our 4th year staying at Maria's condo. It was another awesome stay! As usual, the condo was clean and quiet. Maria is so easy to work with and always available to answer my questions. My children love this condo so much they call it their "other home." Thank you so much, Maria!

We came to Wildwood for the BCMF. The place was great! It was clean, plenty of space, and a close walk to the Boardwalk. The A/C could work a little better, but the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The host does let you know you have to bring bedding, towels, and other basics. This was new to me from renting VRBOs. Overall, a great place and happy we were able to secure the reservation for such a busy weekend.

We stayed here to celebrate our son’s 15th birthday because he loves to come to the beach around this time. We were very happy with the accommodations and the communication with Maria was flawless. She was very detailed in her instructions and it shows because the house is neat and orderly. Our only complaint was the beds were too soft for our taste but that’s the chances you take when you go on vacation.

My family and I loved our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. In Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants etc. Maria made it easy and carefree to rent and check in. The street was quiet and had plenty of parking. I only wish we stayed longer. I would highly recommend.

This is now our third year staying at Maria's condo. The property is always clean and ready to welcome us. The location is super; easy access to beach/boardwalk and many restaurants. Maria is so easy to work with and makes the whole rental process a breeze. We stayed here with a young child and a baby and the condo is definitely kid-friendly. She has beach toys in the garage and some toys/games in the condo itself. We hope to be back again next year!
