Judy and Jason's VRBO was Cozy, as advertised! As we requested, Jason met us and oriented us through the gate to the apartment in the back, which was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the trail whistles nearby, as they weren't too loud. Jason also recommended some neighborhood restaurants to walk to, and Judy came out to say "Hello" too, as she was busy on the phone. Some of the GFCI plugs didn't work until we reset them, and only one of the two apartment keys worked, but we got by. We left a voice message for the owners, and we didn't hear back from them, but they did reply to Text and communication through VRBO.com
We would recommend Whiteaker Cozy and we would stay here again.

I returned for the second time to have a change of scenery during these strange times, and I had the loveliest time. It was the perfect home base to work during the day and explore all the nearby bars, restaurants, and trails. It was really nice to meet the hosts and put faces to the cozy space.
It is near the train tracks, so you’ll hear choo-choo’s at night, especially with the windows open (I don’t really mind and enjoy seeing occasional trains while out and about during the day).

When they get the air conditioning in it will be better. Weather seems to be changing towards the warmer side. It does cool down nicely after the sun goes down through morning. Enjoyed the stay, had nice shade on the patio to stay cool.
