I've been to Amsterdam many times and always stayed in the centre. This property is a pleasant 30 minute tram to all the must see sights and the walk to the tram was through a lush green space .Grocery was just a couple tram stops away. Erwin was the perfect host and met all of our needs.

Great accommodation. Very cosy and comfortable. About a 30 minute tram ride from Centraal Station which allows you to enjoy a tram ride through parts of Amsterdam you wouldn't usually see. Perfect if you want a spot right away from the action but still within easy striking distance. Erwin is a lovely, friendly and helpful guy.

Great way to experience Amsterdam. Property was clean and well equipped. Host was very attentive to questions we had coming from USA.

This studio is clean and well decorated but lacks some important conveniences. The location is nice and easily accessible to public transportation into Amsterdam Central. It is good for a weekend stay but not for a week long stay. I chose this place because it had a washer and dryer however they were not in the unit itself. They were available just up the stairs. But when I asked to use them, a key was needed and both the washer and the dryer were full. I ended up walking up the stairs 4 times to check on when they were available. This cost us a morning and into the afternoon. The bedroom upstairs was very warm and the window could only be opened a small amount. There was no luggage rack only one bench for 2 people's luggage. Also, no bar in the open closet area which would've allowed hanging a few clothing items for a week long stay.

ruhige Lage des kleinen Hauses, Parkmöglichkeit am Haus gegeben, kurzer Weg zur Straßenbahn oder Metro, Dank Tagesskarten für ÖPNV war Amsterdam streßfrei, da sonst in der Innenstadt Parkmöglichkeit recht rar sind, tolle Stadt, tolle Museen (Rijsk-Museum, van Gogh Museum, Museum Ons’ Lieve Heer op Solder! Esgibt aufgrund der Platzverhältnisse im Haus von Erwin keinen Esstisch, aber mit Klapptisch haben wir Frühstück gut hinbekommen.

Studio idéal pour 2-3 personnes : pour les repas la table basse est un peu trop basse (dommage qu'elle ne soit pas réglable) sinon tout est nickel. le coin est calme, le propriétaire accueillant. le studio est bien situé permettant de gagner le centre d'Amsterdam en tram assez rapidement mais permettant aussi de sortir d'Amsterdam en voiture facilement pour aller aux alentours tels les jardins du kuckenhof ou le village de Zaanse Schans . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Klein und fein und für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend. Supermarkt ist fussläufig und 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Tram in 10 Minuten. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Es war einfach nur toll. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir schon herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Nach kurzer Erklärung war es unser Zuhause für die nächsten 7 Tage. Wenn wir fragen oder wünsche gehabt hätten, hätten wir einfach neben an klingeln können, denn da wohnte unser Vermieter. Es war einfach nur schön 😊

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam. Das Studio ist sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vermieter Erwin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

This property was exactly as advertised. Very nice and clean in a great suburb just outside the main part of the city. Easy to get to from the airport and easy public transit in to town.

Super expérience, hôte très sympa et arrangeant, appartement joli, bien équipé et situé dans un beau quartier (tranquille et vert, on a vu plein de lapins gambader près de la maison!), on recommande. Merci Femke et Erwin ! :)

Nice apartment with all we need, very comfortable, located in a pleasant suburb of the city. Free parking right next to the house, tramway 2 station near-by that goes straight to the Centre. Erwin was a perfect host: always available for questions and extremely helpful and friendly.

Nice holidays in this apartment. Car parking close to the house in a peaceful quiet environment. The tramway 2 (leads to museum quartier, to amsterdam center and to central station )is six min far by walk and subway 15. The owner is really kind and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay and Erwin was always available via mail for questions. Simple check-in, free parking right next to the house, a tram station is near-by (8 walking minutes) that goes straight to the Centre.
