Nestled in Gatlinburg, this lovely cabin for $289 per night is a great choice for your next break. GREAT VIEWS AND EXCELLENT LOCATION CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN GATLINBURG If you are looking for cozy, quaint and freshly renovated cabin that provides views to remember for a lifetime, you have found it. This totally remodeled cabin will not disappoint! "All About The View" is appropriately named. The view is spectacular. Regardless of the season views are breathtaking. The view is 180 degrees and can be enjoyed from an over sized hot tub, outdoor dining table or through several widows from inside. Resort pool is available in season! Conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg (just 2 miles) and Pigeon Forge. The parking is on flat drive and roads to cabin completely paved providing easy access. "All About The View" is totally renovated from roof, exterior, walls, floors, windows, heat and air, appliances, furnishings and more. This is a rare cabin whose view is normally reserved for larger and much more expensive cabins and chalets. Hard to find that "million dollar view" in a smaller sleep-6 cabin. The chalet is very tastefully decorated and offers a wood burning fireplace in Fall and Winter season. Beds are super comfortable and both king sized. A separate floor offers a comfortable futon within a media area room. This room has a 55" big sized flat screen, Spectrum cable and DVD player. The room also has books and a kids play area. (This room has outside access only. No stairs from inside chalet. Perfect for teenagers!) Only 5 minutes away is downtown Gatlinburg. Only 10 minutes from famous Glades Arts and Crafts District. Only 10 minutes from Rocky Top Sportsworld and 15 minutes from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are 20 minutes away and can be reached via back roads to avoid traffic . Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge is only 15 minutes away. Our stay was both relaxing and exciting! We loved the cabin. The beds were comfortable. All the necessary gear for cooking a meal at the cabin was available. The view is breathtaking! We even got to see a black bear nearby. We highly recommend All About the View!

Clean and inviting with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The hot tub was great on the cold nights with a sky full of stars. Comfortable and cozy with a 5 minute drive to Gatlinburg and a 20 minute ride from pigeon forge I felt very safe and secure and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area.

The view of the smoky's was amazing! The hot tub was great, interior was cozy. Could use some updates especially the bathrooms and bedrooms could use a fresh coat of paint. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the place and there were a bunch of ladybugs in the kitchen/dining area. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Had a wonderful time at the cabin. The weather was perfect. We took full advantage of the brand new deck and the wonderful views. Soaked in the hot tub everyday after hiking. The cabin was perfect for my fiancé and myself.

Overall I would say our stay was a success. Like some of the other comments it shows that it is newly renovated but still seems like more work can be done, but it is a nice rustic cabin. We did pick up a few things as we could not find a broom, and a few items could have used a once over, but beds were comfortable. The majority of our time was spent trail riding and exploring and coming back and spending time in the hot tub or drinking a glass of wine while sitting in the rockers. We also saw the local bear like 4 times too.

Look, I am a Marriott and Westin guy…take this for what it’s worth. The view indeed is awesome. The house is clean as were the beds. Does it need a deep cleaning? Yes, but look, you are out all day and crashing at night with this amazing view. Also, it’s a rental, what more can you ask... Everything was provided for. We saw bears and that was awesome. The pool isn’t much to be desired but that’s not the owners fault. The hot tub didn’t work when we got there but it was fixed in a day! It totally helped with the view… I would recommend. Also, The deck was of no worry.

The view is awesome! This was a great home base for a busy days in the Smoky Mountains. The entire family enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the views in the evenings! Daniel was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The property was beautifully located and decorated! Perfect for our family of 5. Loved the downstairs area to send the two older kids. Loved having multiple TVs so when we got back at night we could all unwind. AmazIng view even during a severe thunderstorm. The only thing I found myself wishing for was a laundry basket or hamper to carry laundry up when it was pouring rain! Improvised with a trash bag. The host was very prompt responding to any messages. Would absolutely book again.

The house was great! I was a little worried after reading recent reviews, but the house was clean, and the deck and stairs were sturdy and safe. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The area was quiet even with neighbors. Kitchen had all basics needed for cooking. Highly recommend!

We stayed here 3 nights with our 14 year old son and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The view is unmatched and we spent a ton of time on the deck or in the hot tub. The cabin was clean and looked like had new curtains and bedding. Owner was helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for views, this is your place.

The view from the deck (and the living room) is absolutely gorgeous. I found myself taking a picture, or multiple each day from the deck because each day the weather gave us something slightly different. The cabin worked well for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Communication with the host was super easy and he was very quick to respond.
All that said, the stairs to the lower half of the house are NOT safe. The stairs are tilted as they are pulling away from the house/remainder of deck. Especially at the base of the steps you can see where the nails are pulling out. I used them gingerly only to do a couple quick loads of laundry. I wouldn't let my children remotely near them. The cabin could use a really deep clean and the towels could definitely use replacing.

Perfect place for our family of 5 (3 kids). It was a beautiful and convenient location. While neighbors are close you don't see them while in the cabin or hot tub. Very quiet. Enjoyed the hot tub daily. Having a full kitchen was great for making meals and not always have to eat out with the kids. My kids enjoyed the playroom downstairs when we had some downtime from other activities.

This is a great cabin, had everything we needed. It definitely needs a deep cleaning. That’s my only complaint. The bathrooms and baseboards definitely need a good cleaning. Over all great stay!!

This cabin has pros and cons. As the pictures show, the views are outstanding, whether seated in a rocking chair or in the hot tub. Other cabins are close by, but there is still a feeling of privacy. Unfortunately, the home below us is having a deck replaced, so there was construction noise we didn’t expect. The cabin is also in a good location with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and with lots of bird songs and a visit from a raccoon.
However, this cabin needs some TLC. While overall the place was clean and attractive, the bathroom baseboards either need scrubbing or repainting, as do the bathroom walls where black mold may be growing. The second bedroom’s bathroom is shared with the living area and the door to the living area would not stay closed, which is a problem when two couples are staying there, as we were. There also was no drawer or cupboard space in the second bedroom which made storing clothes rather creative. The deck needs to be re-stained. Some of the curtain hardware in the living area is loose and hanging from the wall. Bring your own pillows unless you like flat ones, and while the mattresses are comfortable, they do squeak. There were enough plates and cups but cookware, especially for four, was skimpy. We did not use the downstairs space.
Overall, the four of us had a very enjoyable time but the owners might want to do a walkthrough and spruce things up a bit.

Location is perfect, but we wouldn't stay here again. I have never given a VRBO home less than 5 stars, but I didn't feel this experience could justify an exceptional rating. I have to agree with the last review that the cabin could use some TLC and maintenance.
We did NOT find the cabin completely clean, all sinks were unwashed, chairs and sofas blatantly covered in food crumbs. They did send someone out the next day to address with a spray bottle and paper towels but by that point we had done better.
The cabin could use some TLC and did not reflect the quality shown in the photos. We were missing a chair in the kitchen dining area (new set is ordered but no help to us), the baseboards and walls were showing wear and tear, and bathroom mold? The main bathroom door can not close (latch) and naturally swings open at all times, and a deck with a gate that could not easily be latched securely closed due to the decay in the wood on the latch, the deck also had many loose and broken boards and washed out support posts. The hot tub was less than stellar in cleanliness but more importantly was insufficiently stocked with chlorine for the week.
That said, it is a great location, the road is quiet and easy enough to access and served its purpose, it was just not great.

I chose this listing for our family vacation over spring break because of the views. We loved the little rec/play area downstairs (kids could be loud, mom could enjoy the views in quiet). We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after long hours of walking. Even though there are neighbors, you can't tell anyone else is around. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Couldn’t brag enough about this place. We used it as a jumping off point for exploring gatlinburg and pigeon forge as well as hiking. Views were great, stay was wonderful, hot tub as well as everything else was clean and neat. Owner was very quick in communications for all of our needs. Will be back!
