About this condo rental
Located in Gatlinburg, this charming condo for $99 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. **COVID-19 Update! All of our condos are cleaned with antibacterial cleaners according to OSHA and CDC standards. Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. Condo is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is included. Frequently Asked Questions: 1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. Please bring your own pool towels. 2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags. 3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot. 4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed. 5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date. 6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in anytime after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure. 7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Oak Square is our go-to during our winter visits because of the location and indoor pool. It's a quick walk to the strip from here. The unit was incredibly comfortable and very clean. The decor is top-notch and very well done. Our family of three was very happy here. Would recommend.

In all honesty, when we pulled up to the place and I saw the next bldg with clothes and sheets hanging all over (in winter) I was a lil worried. Somehow I thought we booked the cabin adjacent to property, but it was a condo fixed up like a cabin on the INside.
Owners did a great job making the most of this cozy space. We walked to so much which was good because finding a Lyft or Uber was tough. Overall a great stay.

The listing advertises a hot tub and wifi. Neither exist at this location. The condo itself is beautiful and great if your looking for just a place to sleep at night. We enjoyed our stay just wish the wifi and the hot tub would of existed as listed

Cute, Clean, and a Little Misleading
First, let me say that we really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. There is the possibility of a return visit.
Pros:
It is in a great location. A 3 minute walk to OberGatlinburg.
Comfy Bed
Clean and Convenient
Communication with owner/property manager was quick and easy
Cons:
The stove did not work well. It took 25+ minutes to brown ground beef.
The door lock was quirky. It was hard to get it to lock.
The curtains on the sliding door were long and easy to trip over.
My daughter and I had a lovely stay. For the price point, this was great. I was a bit bummed because the listing said that it was 0.3 miles to the aquarium. In reality it was closer to 0.8 miles. Not a huge deal, but in a 96 degree heat wave, every little step matters.

I do not believe there is a more convenient place to stay in Gatlinburg. We were just steps away from everything. The condo was so cute and the owners could not have been nicer. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We chose to eat out and only use a coffee cup pre washing it. There is no one on duty in the office to check in and get a parking pass so you have to park and hope you don't get towed. We throughout our stay and no one was ever there. Building is dated but Condo was nice.

Little Bear is right near Ober Gatlinburg and just a short walk to everything in Gatlinburg. My wife and I had such an awesome time and didn't have to drive at all once we got there. Definitely a 10/10 and we look forward to returning in the future!

Great property. Great location. Loved the decor. Very clean. Only issues were that we could not stop the bathtub dripping. Also, bathroom and kitchen vents are very full of dust. Bedroom AC vent blows directly on you while in bed. If those could be addressed it will be the perfect property.
