This unit has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai with both partial ocean and mountain views. Included in the unit is a flat screen television in the living area, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. Included in your reservation is FREE PARKING worth $35 per day! Parking garage height limit is 6 feet. All was well, except when we communicated that the kitchen faucet was dispensing only a dribble of hot water. The owner's response was to thank us for bringing the matter to her attention. We expected the problem would have been fixed immediately. We spent several days having to transfer hot water from the bathroom to the kitchen in order to wash pots and pans. We didn't complain about the sliding doors to the bedroom being inoperable...the fact that the bedroom doors couldn't be closed was nevertheless a very annoying condition.

We were very happy with this place. The location was close to everything, walking distance. We loved that the parking was included. It was easy to find, and the directions in the listing were very accurate. The condo was great! It looked exactly like the photos and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for a great stay!

We couldn't ask for more. Easy access to beautiful Waikiki Beaches. A secure parking garage. Endless Restaurant Choices. As soon we walked in, this Family of Three felt right at home.

Fantastic location only a block from the beach, close to shops and restaurants, easy access to highways. Unit has an ocean view from the lanai/terrace. Includes covered parking, which is great for this district. Elevators are difficult to acquire on checkin or checkout days. Unit is amply supplied with paper products, towels, and kitchen needs. Would stay here again in the future.

Great location. Walking distance from many food, shopping and beach options.
The included parking is really nice, but you could buy your own week-long pass for $150.
The 4th floor has a pool, hot tubs, gas grills and lots of lounging area. Convenient.
Laundry facilities on every floor.
The elevators are a little slow, but this building has 37 floors, so there is bound to be some waiting.
The owner of this unit does not live locally, so there may be some disconnect in communication.
I may come here again.

The property is in an Excellent location, only 2 short blocks to the beach & main shopping.
Communication with Monique was easy & all enquiries promptly answered. The unit had plenty of amenities, beach chairs, towells, etc.
Apart from the unit being slightly dated, everything was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed.

The unit was lovely, clean, convenient, but saying it had an ocean view was a stretch.
After check-in, the handyman came to replace the garbage disposal, which was not an inconvenience at all, and he gave us a few tips, but wished he cleaned up better.
I have rented in the Waikiki Banyon several times, so I was expecting a few things like other units I've stated at.
I was disappointed in the amount of 2 drinking glasses, and only 2 coffee mugs were provided. We had to go buy more mugs and filters. Having 1 roll of paper towel and no dish towels was a bit frustrating. There was only one ice tray, so we had to buy ice. Since VRBO are homes away from homes, a nice broom and dustpan would have been appreciated to sweep up the sand. I don't mind cleaning up after ourselves.
A safety issue was the air conditioner outside the slider door, water leaked from the air conditioner and spread along the slider door, along the lanai, which made going in and out very slippery. Maybe install a water catchment.
Other than those few things, we enjoyed out stay. Condo is beautiful, clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, furniture was well kept. The beach chairs and a nice sized cooler, came in handy, and so did the ironing board.

Very clean, fully loaded with everythi g you would need on a vacation. Comfortable furnitureand bed. We felt a sense of comfort and welcoming. I would definitely use this service again.

Great value and location. Clean and lots of amenities. Manager Monique was quick to welcome and respond. Free parking was nice to have and plenty of parking. It was better than I expected since i had bad rentals in the past. Took a chance here and it paid off. I would come back.

Unit was as advertised, very clean, great views, amazing location. Loved how close we were to so much, the beach, restaurants, shopping...The unit was nicely updated, and the building itself was great, we utilized the pool & playground while we were there. Parking spot was a huge bonus. Having beach amenities available was a plus as well! Would absolutely stay again!

Everything in room was as expected except the drapes in the living room would not close. It looked like it may have been off the track. For the most part it wasn’t a huge deal because we were up and about early. Otherwise the location, room, and instructions was great. I would recommend and stay there again. Also a nice bonus to this VRBO is the parking space!

We were a family of four, constantly on the go, using this place for breakfast and reheating dinners when needed. Compared to other cities we've stayed in, the cleanliness and furnishings here were exceptional. The parking and entrance security were reliable. The beach, zoo, and mall were just a short walk away. While this place may be better suited for couples or families with teenagers rather than younger kids, we managed fine. It would have been helpful to have a few more dishes and perhaps a vacuum, although the broom sufficed as long as no complains about little trapped sand here or there. We weren't sure if the TV was working, but having internet access was the most important for us. We appreciate the great communication and the pleasant stay!

Great location to the main area of Waikiki without being too loud. Close walk to the beach as well. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. Monique is extremely responsive which I appreciated greatly.
Parking had several floors which was sometimes hard to find a spot in the evenings. Elevator wasn't too bad, but can be particularly slow even when 1 is down/being serviced. You could be waiting for an elevator for 5-10 minutes.

This location was perfect, so close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. I appreciate the dark blackout curtains in the bedroom as well The beach chairs and sand toys were a hit with my toddler! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The condo we stayed at has a great location with free parking to boot. We could easily walk within a 1/4 mile to access the beach, restaurants, shops and markets. The parking itself was in an attached structure to the complex and had an entry guard there 24 hours a day. The unit itself felt nice and felt clean when we started the week, and we loved that it had a balcony where we could sit out there and enjoy the views and breeze.
The issues we had were that it could get a bit noisy even with the windows and balcony door closed. We could hear revellers in the middle of the night and police and fire department at least once a day; perhaps this is normal as it is Waikiki during Easter school break. The second issue was mid-way through our stay we started to notice insects appearing in the unit, which got steadily worse in the days remaining.
Overall though, I think this is a great place to stay and would likely consider staying there again.

It’s super short walking distance to beach and excitement - always had a spot to park car which is very limited in Waikiki. The condo was clean and I felt safe. Mattresses have been covered completely with plastic cover to prevent any bed bugs. The bed was comfortable and Monique was always available when needed for questions.

Beautiful well stocked condo! New furniture ! Convenient to beach , restaurants and shopping! ! We are quite a few meals on the rec deck using the gas grills! Nice pool and hot tub! Free parking and wi-fi . Monique is great to work with!

the property was very clean which I feel is very important, location was perfect and communication with host was excellent We had one small problem with entry door which was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Overall very satisfied and would recommend this property

Located close to the beach and shopping. Walking distance to the Zoo. On a main bus route so if you like to take public transportation to get around I would recommend. The busses will take you to Pearl Harbor as well as the airport. Bus Route 20 goes to the airport. Also, there were a few things not working in the unit such as the door to the bedroom but I am sure it can be easily fixed. I would stay there again.

The towels were thick and smelled fresh.
The beds and pillows were fluffy.
Full size fridge and freezer. Had every appliance and dish we could need.
Laundry was convenient! Bring your quarters (2.50 a wash/2.50 a dry). So worth not having to tote extra clothes.
Close to everything yet quiet.
Boys loved the pool.
Elevators worked well. Parking was convenient.

Perfect for our family of 4 to stay.

We really loved our unit at the Waikiki Banyon. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Monique thought of everything and we absolutely loved our stay!

Absolutely incredible stay. Location is amazing and the unit is perfect for a stay in Hawaii. We travelled with our 3 month old and had a fantastic time in Oahu. Free parking!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described. Check in process was as simple as it gets. We didn’t have much contact with Monique which is a plus bc we had no issues during our stay. We did reach out to her to let her know we arrived and departed and she quickly responded.
Pluses: elevators were fast, PARKING, short wak to beach, shopping, restaurants; lots of kitchen amenities, beach chairs and umbrella and more
Negatives: if I had to list one, I would say that I wish the bed was king size vs queen, but nevertheless it was very comfortable.
We would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you again, Monique, for the hospitality!

The process from arriving to leaving was literally quite seamless. Monique's instructions were spot on. There was absolutely no trouble with parking, keys, or entry.
There were 3 things I was looking for when booking a place somewhere on Oahu: free parking, full kitchen, and pull-out bed that was bigger than a twin. Monique's place had all 3 things I needed and to top it off, the balcony was an additional bonus!
On top of the 3 things that were required for me above, the place was equipped with towels, a cooler, and beach chairs! It was great to have access to all those things as first time travelers to Hawai'i.
The location was spot on. It's literally a less than 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach + strip. I'm rather glad the condo wasn't on the strip and gave us some sense of calmness from the chaos.
The only downside to our stay was that the door separating the bedroom to the main living area could not shut so we couldn't necessarily have quiet and privacy whilst in the condo from our friends.
To summarize, I would highly recommend booking here. I believe you definitely get your money's worth. Once I come back, I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was Perfect!
Everything from check in to check out was great. Monique provided clear instructions for the check in process, and the unit was ready when we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave, but when it was time to go, we again had clear communication and timely responses on what was needed to be done before we checked out.

Good space but had some cleanliness issues
The manager was easy to reach and always replied quickly. The unit is spacious but floors were dirty so we were constantly having to wipe or wash our feet. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and a dirty spatula with food particles in the drawer.
Other than that, it was fine. But this location, while convenient, is loud with partiers (waikiki banyan has always been a party hotel for 20 plus years) so just be warned about that. It has nothing to do with the owners of the unit.
Elevators are very slow and can take up to 10 to 15 min in the mornings because the housekeeping team for the hotel uses the same elevators as guests (freight is next to public but all mixed use).
