About this cabin rental
The Eagle's Nest is a newly-built, authentic, handcrafted log cabin with all the modern amenities. It sits on a bluff overlooking the Ohio River and serene, Kentucky farmland. Located 5 minutes from I-64 in rural Crawford County, Indiana, the cabin is easy to reach. Although the site is not totally secluded, guests have plenty of privacy. The cabin will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms, and has 2.5 baths. It also contains a fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill and private hot tub. Sit on the covered deck and watch the riverboats pass by!

Overall this was everything we could have wished for, and some. As soon as we pulled into the lot we were speechless. The view is amazing, and the cabin was perfect. Karen was so generous, and explained everything we needed for the weekend thoroughly. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin, and how lived in it felt. We got to hangout with Swifter the cat all weekend, and it was honestly perfect. The hot tub is amazing during both the day and night, and the fireplace is perfect. The grill already had a full tank of propane ready for us to go which eased the stress of forgetting to bring propane/charcoal. Everyone in this community made the weekend so much better. The hospitality we received was incredible. We are from Chicago so this was just so nice and different. Would 100% recommend going to the overlook restaurant (and ordering the dried pickle spears and catfish). Thank you so much Karen for making this weekend so special for us!

Beautiful cabin very clean awesome view of the river even from the Hot tub and the fire pit. Karen was a great host and replied quickly to any of our needs. Great relaxing place to come back to after day at amusement park and a day of exploring mega cavern in Louisville and then a canoe trip. Definitely be back to stay again.
