The location and the house itself are exquisite, with Sourdough Creek just over the back fence, Bogart Park on the other side of the bridge, and on a dead end street just 4 blocks to Bozeman's downtown. Just walk across the bridge and you're at Bogart Park's weekly farmers market, also home to Bozeman's only outdoor public pool, and a large park with playground and summer band concerts. Lindley Park, home to the Sweet Pea Festival, and Pete's Hill trails and recreation area overlooking town is just two more blocks away. And with Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies just 15 blocks away, you won't even need to get in the car to enjoy the town's splendors. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and beautifully refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen, bathrooms, and a covered back porch on the way to the yard complete with a fire pit. The pictures say it all, this house has been in the family for three generations and was completely redone in 2015, inside and out.
