Located in Townsend, this attractive cabin for $153 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Cabin Name: Cozy Cove Beautiful cabin just right for a HONEYMOON, Romantic Getaway or Anniversary weekend. Features one bedroom, one bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower, game room loft with a full slate pool table, fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, free wifi and more. This cabin has a flat/black top driveway for parking. It is large enough to park a truck and trailer if you are coming on motorcycles. FOR OUR PET FRIENDLY VISITORS: PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO RESERVATION. We reserve the right to refuse any pet at any time. We would like for you and your family (including the four legged members) to have the best vacation ever and appreciate your willingness to abide by these guidelines. *We only accept dogs, no cats allowed. We only accept 2 pets per reservation. *We charge a $70.00 per pet fee which is not refundable. *Your dog must be on a flea maintenance program. (Like Frontline, Advantage, etc.) *Your dog must be crated while left in the cabin alone. *Your dog must not get on our furniture. If we find pet hair on our furniture upon your departure, you will be charged $10.00 per each quilt/comforter/sofa that must be cleaned to remove dog hair. *If your dog damages our vacation home in any way, ie, urine on the carpet/floor, chewed furniture/walls/doors or molding, you will be held responsible for the damage repair costs. *Your dog must be leashed when on the outside of the cabin. FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $1000 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. Please note that this damage deposit does not include damage done by a pet. CANCELLATIONS In order to receive a refund of your advance deposit/payment, you must contact us in writing 30 days prior to your arrival. A service fee is deducted from all refunds ($50 plus tax). There are NO refunds on cancellations within the 30 day period prior to your arrival date. *Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Location was perfect, close to restaurants, coffee, Cades Cove, and other attractions but private and quiet. The property is exactly as described. The check in process was simple and easy! Can’t wait to go back soon! The perfect cabin for a cozy and relaxing getaway to our favorite place.

Wife and i agree that this was the best stay we have had. After 3 kids 8 grand childern......we needed some us time. It was all we expected and more. We come to the area 3 times a year or so and this was by far the best. You could not ask for a better cabin for a couple.

The cabin was in a cute hideaway very quiet neighborhood. Great for a couple wouldn't recommend with small childeren. Overall a great place to get away from the busy everyday of life.

I recommend renting this property for anyone who likes hiking and caves and shopping and just out sight seeing.. everything was very close.. we tubed the river which is minutes from the cabin.. pigeon forage and gatlinburg about half hour away with beautiful scenery on the way. The cabin was clean and very well kept..My family and I look forward to renting it again in the near future..

Very pleasant stay. The cleaning crew had the cabin nice and clean and prepped before we got there. Located in a very quiet area, which was exactly what we were looking for. Enjoyed sitting on porch watching the bunnies play in the mornings.

The property has a King sized bed, a pull out couch and a pull out love seat upstairs.
It is small, but was adequate for our needs and seems to be well-maintained. A good value for a family memories to be made.
