About this condo rental
Located in South Patrick Shores, this charming condo for $172 per night is a great option for your next break. Located on quiet Satellite Beach (no public access in the immediate vicinity), just south of Cocoa Beach, north of Melbourne and just one hour from Orlando and Disney. This 2nd floor unit has a superb direct ocean view from the balcony and every room in the unit. Our condo has recently received a full exterior renovation bringing the mid century architecture back into style. For 2024 we have no pool available as a new one will be built in 2025. Outdoor access is limited as the sea wall surrounding our building was just completed but we hope to offer beach access again mid April of 2024. The nearest beach approach which you can walk to on a sidewalk to or drive to is 1/4 mile south on a1a. Larger beach approaches also to the north and south a few miles away. We offer beach chairs, kids beach toys and beach towels for you to use at the beach. All rooms are tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need. The master suite includes a King bed, large dressing area w/ built in vanity, walk in closet and full bath with granite counter tops. The second bedroom includes a Queen & Twin bed with sitting area and oversized closet. Both bathrooms include a shower tub combination which is ideal for bathing young children. Ocean views can be seen from every room. Beautiful views from our unscreened and recently redone balcony, overlooking the beach with a southern view of the coast line. We offer private, secured free wi-fi. We also offer desk space in the kitchen to work while on vacation. Newly installed coin operated washers and dryers available on each floor of the 6th floor building. Our building is not a hotel but a condominium which is owned by owners many residing in the building. We have many friendly helpful neighbors onsite. Keyed access is required into the lobby which is a great security feature many buildings do not offer. Free parking onsite for one car during your stay. All common areas are currently being updated for future use. Two elevators or stairs are available. Great for a vacation with the kids or even better, a romantic get-away for two. Lay on the beach or just sit on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view. Minutes from I-95, for easy access to Orlando, Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Beach, or Miami. This property is not for family staying, the house was very dirty and had a smell, the host is very cold on responses and dry, I will never recommend this house for kids, my son 14 months could not sleep, started to vomit by the smell so I left the next day, I text the host and never got any response back! Horrible!

We were very disappointed with this unit. We were unsure of how it received it's occupancy permit. Closet door was broken, electrical wires exposed, kitchen lights flickering always, master bathroom was unusable because ceiling was coming down, No curtains in the master bedroom ( the neighbors could see in) the couch sat awful. We would not recommend this unit.

Condo was great! Lots of space and nice kitchen, living area and patio. There was construction going on weekdays but it didn’t really bother us. Very short walk to beach access while the construction was going on and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Jennifer was great communicating with us.

We had a great time in our week on the beach. As described in the listing the build ing is in the middle of an upgrade. Owner was very clear and accurate letting us know what the construction activities would be during our stay. I felt the construction crews were respectful and did what they could to keep the noise to a minimum and work 8-5. All the building residents I met were very nice and welcoming. The TV, internet and appliances all worked well. Nice comfortable place to spend a week.

This is a great property. The owners are wonderful with great communication. Satellite Beach is incredible! The beach is very sandy with very few pokey shells and rocks. We fished and caught many species. We saw tarpon and tuna busting bait between 30 to 150 yards off the beach. We saw a bunch of dolphins and seas turtles right off the beach. The property itself is very nice and very clean. It had everything we needed. The view from the screened in balcony is incredible! The property is very close to a Publix and there are many restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time without children with is in 25 years. Place is quiet and the people very nice. Right on the beach. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and the Air Force flying maneuvers. We loved our stay! Owners answered all questions super fast and friendly!

This property suited my family perfectly. My husband and I were traveling with our teen, preteen, and toddler. Besides the amazing ocean view and pool, there was an on-site game room with ping pong and beanbag toss. Everyone had a fun activity that they enjoyed. For me it was doing yoga on the porch as the sun rose over the ocean and my husband enjoyed jogging on the beach. The condo was clean and charming when we arrived and Jennifer was always quick to answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves being right on the ocean, the charm of Cocoa Beach, and vicinity of NASA.

Perfect beach stay!
We were down for AAU Junior Olympic Games track meet and stayed here for the closeness to the meet as well as this place is right on the ocean! Amazing people to work with, check in process was so easy and the condo has everything you need to enjoy some beach and pool time, and they gave some really awesome recommendations for dining and things to do. Location is so close to so much! Made the stay so easy & We loved our time and highly recommend!

FABULOUS!!!!
I would have to say this was one of the best vacations I have ever had. We loved the condo. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The area is also great. Private beach and we got to see two huge sea turtles come on the beach. So cool!!!! Lots of seashells to collect. Easy check in and out. Jennifer was amazing and kept us informed of any happenings. Very pleasant to work with. Thank you again Jennifer!!! We will deffo be back!

Great getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Second floor, right over pool and looking south was nice. We had rented in this bldg a few other times so were familiar with area and age of bldg. Having the water this close is priceless. The owners of this condo are very kind and easy to work with. We hope to return.

WOWSERS!
This place exceeded all of our expectations from the location, cleaniness and amenities in the area! The beds were super comfortable and the furniture is well made. Nicely equipped kitchen with all the necessities and more. The owners are professional and provided resourceful information prior to check in. The building is slightly outdated, but the association is working on common area renovations. Secured building and friendly full timers. Definitely recommend this place!

BEST beach getaway
We wanted to getaway before school began for our girls, and this was the BEST beach getaway!! The condo was like home away from home and so comfortable. Everything was simple to communicate and easy to check in and out. They had all we needed for the beach there already and there was no need to go out and buy it. The views and accessibility to the ocean is like no other. Everyone we met there was so nice and helpful and the owners are the sweetest and so helpful!! We will definitely rent again from them!! Thank you for your hospitality!! We appreciate it more than you know when we were so far from home!

Property was well kept but old. Could use a few more amenities inside such as larger pans, more than basic silverware, towels were very few. We had to spend several hours just washing towels. Bathrooms could use bath mats. (very slippery). And a soap dish in the bathrooms would be great.

Just right
We enjoyed our stay here, it was comfortable and just what we needed to recharge for our vacation. The kitchen is better than anywhere else we've stayed! It had all we needed. The living room/dining area was very comfortable, and we also enjoyed sitting on the deck/porch in the morning to hear the waves.

Great find on the beach!
I work several weeks a year in Orlando and decided to rent a condo on the beach and commute. Glad I did! My parents and kids joined me and while I was at work they enjoyed the pool and the beach.
What we loved about the property:
1. Location (even though Cocoa is closer to Orlando, the commute to Satellite Beach is faster due to fewer stoplights)
2. Beach views from every room except the bathrooms! And great beach views at the pool too!
3. Large, well appointed kitchen
4. Elevators and shopping carts made it easy for the grandparents to interact with the condo
Other thoughts...
1. This condo is not fully rehabbed (think peeling paint on the ceiling in places) but the owners have taken care of the important things.
2. The hallways outside the condo are VERY musty but very clean. The condo was a bit musty too, but we bought some glade plug ins and were good to go.
3. My opinion is the low price of the condo offset any shortcomings.
The condo owners have two condos in the building. We stayed on the second floor, but I imagine the the 4th floor views are even better and would consider that for next time.
We would definitely stay here again.

Easy location on the beach
The condo was a great location in proximity to the beach. I did. Or have to worry crossing the busy street to get to the beach. The pool was nice when we could not be at the beach. Neighbors were nice and helpful.

Wonderful memories!
We were all impressed with our condo and the scenery was just awesome. One evening after a rain, we saw a beautiful rainbow over the beach and caught it on camera! Turned out to be a picture that I will frame!

Great Family Vacation Home
The home and owners were wonderful. The residents of the building were both friendly and helpful. The condo had everything you would need for a great family vacation. The place was very clean and well maintained. Only minutes from Walmart, supermarket, and 7-11 is right across the street. Will definitely look to book her again in the future.

3 star condo, 1 star leasing process
Overall average condo with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience booking this condo. 4 night minimum listed though it was requested that we stay longer. I'm glad we didn't. Unfortunately, the day prior to our check-in --while already on vacation-- the owners e-mailed a 6 page lease document to sign and get back to them in order to get the key code and check in info. Jennifer confirmed that this was not mentioned in the previous months since we booked (I thought maybe I just missed it) and she apologized as she "knew we were cutting it close on time." When the electronic version did not work, it was suggested that we go to the local Staples once we got into the area to print, sign, scan, and e-mail it back (again -- we're already on vacation not to mention traveling 3.5hrs to get there with 3 kids 5 and under and an arrival time of 8pm!). We changed our vacation plans that day and got the lease agreement taken care of though, after already completed, Jennifer did end up sending our check-in info anyway (I couldn't take any chances that our young family of 5 wouldn't have the place we paid for that night). The lease was extensive as were check-in and check-out instructions. The other residents of the building were friendly and helpful. The building is old but clean. The condo's kitchen and parts of the bathroom have been updated. The view is wonderful from the living room and balcony. However, there were things like areas of plaster that were repaired and never painted, mattresses were thin with noisy/creaky bed frames, windows didn't work/open, TVs not straightforward to operate ("pointers" were sent to us though admittedly owners stated they're not "expert at this"), burnt out light bulbs, closet doors off tracks... The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean. We mostly spent our time further north around Cocoa Beach and would stay that direction if we were in the area again. We had a nice time, enjoyed sunrises from the balcony, Jennifer refunded our security deposit quickly but overall it was a stressful process and not as nice/updated as we thought it'd be.
