About this condo rental
Situated in Ketchum, this attractive condo for $345 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This Bridgepoint condominium is situated in a quiet neighborhood just 5 blocks from the center of Ketchum and 1/4 mile from the Bald Mountain River Run lifts and gondola. It is very close to the Big Wood River trail system that in the summer is used for walking/biking and in winter for cross country skiing or snow shoeing. Ketchum's free Kart bus stops only feet away from this complex taking you to the ski lifts and town on a frequent schedule. The year round hot tub is great after a long day of skiing, hiking or biking. The condo was fully remodeled in 2022 and 2023. It is very comfortable and furnished with a new 55" smart TV, cozy, clean furniture, new appliances, and a fully remodeled kitchen. Both bathrooms received new granite countertops, new sinks and faucets. We also installed new high grade carpet and pad throughout the living room and both bedrooms. The mattresses are high quality and nearly new, as are the linens and pillows. Master bedroom includes mission style bed, HD television, DVD and Play Station. Master bath has large shower, tub and double sinks. Guest bedroom has unique queen over queen log bunks. Guest bath has large shower and tub. Plush towels in both. Fully equipped modern kitchen. New LVP floors. High ceilings. Living room has large sectional, down cushioned chairs, ample lighting and a gas-ignited river rock fireplace. Large windows boast views to the east, west and north including Sun Valley's own Bald Mountain. Small private deck and fenced yard include chairs and BBQ. Our condo has been meticulously cared for, kept tidy and clean and is much more comfortable and modern than most two bedroom units. Beautiful, comfortable, & well-stocked. Wished K-cup would have worked after I purchased Decaf Starbucks—had to go with instant decaf. Clean with wonderful bath towels & extremely comfortable beds! The owner always responded before & during my stay. Definitely a do-again!

Great condo!
We had a great time in this fully equipped condo! The owners were very helpful and sent us all the info we needed for great restaurants and places to visit. The condo was 7 minutes walk to the slopes and very clean. We loved that it was close to both the slopes and Ketchum. We will definitely be back!

Great place and amazing location!
We loved our stay at this location. The condo is very nice and conveniently located. We were able to walk to town and the mountain each day. There was plenty of space for 4 adults working from home at the large dining table. The hosts were very accommodating and even let us check in early Saturday so we could ski without having to worry about our bags! Would definitely recommend this place!

week long business trip
The owners were great in communication and also beyond accommodating my schedule change. The condo was much nicer than it appears in photos too.
The pillows and bed were very comfortable.
Water pressure and temperature were good.
It is walkable to and from the town center but a little further walk than previous stays. If I had my little kids the walk would have been too long but I enjoyed it and walked daily for dinner.
One minor thing to mention; the master bedroom is next to the road which is still out of the main town area and quiet but if you're trying to sleep in one day and not be up and out on an adventure the traffic can be heard. It was not an issue but the queen bunk room would be more quiet. Maybe they could add heavier curtains over the blinds which will help dampen the sound?
The outdoor area is completely private and nice in the afternoon. The hot tub is also quiet and not busy so there were times I would be the only one in there. The overall condo complex is quiet and cleaned and I couldn't hear any neighbors.
I would definitely stay again!

Condo is beautifully furnished and maintained, furniture and beds are very comfortable. Appreciated the pantry supplies, bottle of wine, etc. Plenty of linens and towels, all of very nice quality. We biked into town for dinner; hiking and biking trails were close by. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable home with excellent access to town and mountain.
Downtown Ketchum is a 10 min walk and the shuttle to the mountain, which comes every 30 min, is about 150 feet away and 2 stops. Door to mountain is less than 5 min. The home itself is very comfortable for a family of four.

Nice layout, convenient location...
Was in Ketchum for a bicycling event, with family. The event started and finished in downtown Ketchum, and the property is a nice walk from downtown. It's also easy to get to a park and a ski hill, that has trails for hiking and trail running. The property has two bathrooms for the two bedrooms, and a comfortable living room adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. There is a nice little patio outside, that was a great place to relax on unusually hot afternoons. Everything was in working order. Recommended.

Loved this condo. Such great personal touches in the decor. Super comfotable living room to hang out in. Beds and linens were the best ! Only negative was the outside space. Not really nice to sit since dusty deck and unkempt (dead bushes/uncut grass). These are easy fixes and then it would be perfect. Great location to town and River Run. We highly recommend this home. Out teenage girls loved th queen bunk beds!!!

Wonderful stay in Ketchum!!
Great, little condo with a view of Baldy. We watched parasailers float down the mountain every morning! The location was an easy walk to the River Run Lodge as well as downtown Ketchum. We came to celebrate my mother-in-laws 80th birthday. Ketchum offers some great restaurants and we went to the skating show at the Sun Valley Lodge one night, which was beautiful! The condo is well-equipped and had everything we needed. Tug even called us to make sure we were able to get into the condo upon arrival. We all had a great weekend! Thanks so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo!

PERFECT HOME
We had a wonderful time in Tug's condo. The location is great as it is within walking distance of both downtown Ketchum and the River Run base area. The unit is clean, modern and efficient. Tug was a wonderful host and it was very easy to initially get in and to depart. It made for a very pleasant holiday week.

Perfect Sun Valley/Ketchum Condo
This condo is extremely comfortable and has everything you need for a very relaxing stay in Sun Valley/Ketchum! On top of that, Tug really went above and beyond in helping us when our flight to Idaho was cancelled because of weather. We had to change all of our plans to shift one day later, meaning we needed an extra night in the condo at the end of our original reservation. Tug was very understanding and worked with us to make that happen. Crisis averted! Every detail is taken care of in the condo, they haven't missed anything! Our two teenage boys loved the huge bunk beds in the second bedroom, and we were very comfortable in the master. It was very cold during our stay (not in the condo) so we drove everywhere, which was very easy. It would have been a long walk to River Run and the main area of shops and restaurants in Ketchum, but I'm sure it would be been nice in warmer weather. We also loved the hot tub, which is a short distance across the small parking lot from the condo. This is the perfect place to stay!

Secret Hideaway
This quiet, tranquil, home is just what the doctor ordered. When I stay here, I don't want to leave. When I am away from it, I want to be there. If I am stressed in my every-day life, I just picture myself in Tug & Kari's home in the mountains. It is quiet, clean, and comfortable. It's easy for people to maneuver in this home, not bumping into one another. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The living room is set up in such a way, one can curl up with a good book, or one's laptop, or perhaps a nap. Their home is located in a quiet spot that is still within walking/biking distance of downtown Ketchum. If you're visiting overnight, or for an extended time, you will want to stay here.

Once again, perfect!
Our family rented this condo for the second time in 3 years. This time there were 6 of us. We found the property to be just as enjoyable, comfortable and convenient as our last visit.The condo lacks for nothing. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with all utensils, pans, and appliances, and a complimentary welcome case of beer and bottle of wine are in the fridge upon arrival, The second bedroom now has a set of queen bunks, which worked out perfectly for our 4 twenty something year olds! Additionally, there is an on site hot tub which was wonderful for soaking after long hikes or bike rides.
The location of the condo is also perfect. A 2 minute walk to the base of Baldy and the bike path, and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. Ketchum is just a fun place to be when you're done with all of your physical activities. Great restaurants, lots of live music, interesting shops, art galleries etc. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Ketchum!

Exactly what was needed!
Great condo, great owners. My wife and I really needed a nice weekend away and this place fit the bill. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable bed, and at the end of the day, we loved hitting the hottub. We enjoyed walking in to town for dinner/drinks as needed, as well as biking around town/along the nearby trails and even fishing the Big Wood and (after a short drive) Silver Creek. We were even impressed by having some of the little things we didn't initially think about (like coffee and butter.)
