About this apartment rental
Gorgeous condo in a beautiful, well maintained water front complex. Two blocks away from the beach with supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and more within walking distance. The complex features a heated pool, a hot tub, a tennis/pickleball court, and a clubhouse with a gas grill. This furnished condo is spacious with an open floor plan and includes a newer sectional couch and wood furnishings in both in living room and bedrooms. The spacious kitchen was just updated and includes a large closet pantry, new cabinets and countertop and new appliances. The balcony is one of the largest ones in the complex and overlooks the pool area, docks and intracoastal waters.
In the heart of Madeira Beach, Boca Vista Condos is part of a small barrier island community along Florida's Central Gulf Coast. Boca Vista is near famous John's Pass Village and just a short walk to the beach. Completely furnished with large balconys with great views.

The entire property is situated in a beautful spot in Madeira beach, but the owners of this unit are gems! They take care of their property and our family very much enjoyed our stay! We hope to come back again! Thank you for helping to make our stay a memorable one!

Condo property still recovering from the hurricane. Weather was great but we had no heated pool. Upgraded kitchen looked beautiful and the inside parking was an unexpected plus. Definitely returning next year.
