About this condo rental
Nestled in Corona Del Mar, this lovely condo for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Live the Corona Del Mar lifestyle in the gorgeous 3 bed, 2.5 bath fully furnished vacation home. Carnation Oasis is located on the ocean side of PCH, perched a half block from Begonia Park and walkable to CdM’s most popular restaurants and amenities. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the inviting outdoor courtyard with gas firepit and barbeque grill. Large 2,000 square ft lower unit condo with some interior stairs. Inside the home you will find high end furnishings, renovated kitchen, good sized bedrooms, and lots of natural light. Get the most out of your experience in Orange County! Walk the kids to play at Begonia Park, put your feet in the sand at Corona Del Mar State Beach, then head out for some dining and shopping at Corona Del Mar Village without ever getting into your car. Fashion Island Mall and Newport Center are less than 5 minutes away driving. John Wayne airport is 15 minutes away. Home is stocked with linens, towels, beach chairs and beach play equipment. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. Dining room with seating for 6. Master bedroom features king sized bed, gorgeous master bathroom, and walk in closet. Second bedroom features queen bed, fun and bright design, on suite bath, and closet. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds. Although a ground level condo, bedrooms feel like they are on a second floor due to the slope in the back of the property. While typically not needed, two portable A/C units are provided in the home for hot summer days. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with Direct TV including HBO and Showtime. Free Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer in unit. Street parking available in front of unit. Self-check in with code available after 3pm. Check out at 10am. Maximum of 8 guests allowed in unit. 15 day minimum. Reservations shorter than 30 days subject to City of Newport Beach 10% Lodging Tax and $49 Reservation fee. Tenant to reimburse movie/show purchases. Long term occupants welcome. We stayed in this property while our home nearby was undergoing a remodel. The home is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Dane was very accommodating and the neighborhood is beautiful.

I can’t imagine a better place to escape the Las Vegas heat! The neighborhood is lined with beautiful quaint homes, landscaped beautifully with lots of blooming flowers adorning the homes. This house was beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and comfy beds. The great room had two very comfortable sofas and plenty of seating. The outdoor patio area, was a great place to have coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. There is a beautiful park 1/2 block from the house with an amazing view of the ocean that was the perfect spot to walk my pup and enjoy the beautiful weather.
I look forward to staying here again soon !!

We stayed at the Carnation home for 3 weeks while relocating to Newport. It was a perfect base for exploring the area. So many beautiful beaches within a 20 min drive. An easy 15 min walk to the main beach in CDM. Yacht harbor 10 min walk. Countless restaurants and grocery store within 10 min walk on the PCH. The house itself is very spacious and private. Quality furniture and kitchen very well equipped. Our dog jack was very happy outside on the walled patio enjoying the cool air each day. We loved barbecues and sitting at the gas fire pit as a family. There is also an interior courtyard great for a dog. Everything worked well. Dane was exceptionally responsive. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The flower streets are so beautiful.

Loved our visit for the month of May at this wonderful spot. House very clean and furnishings made for a relaxing stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and flexible. We hope to spend our visit next May in this lovely home!

We had a magical month. The home was very roomy with three bedrooms, a large kitchen and large living room. We loved walking down to the beach every morning, only a few blocks away. Parking was really easy and plentiful. Very comfortable bed. Tons of closet space. Everything about it was great, including the owner, who was very quick to respond and address a few issues that we had. Thank you Dane. Was just what we needed and hoped for.

The location is ideal for beach walks and close to shops and restaurants. The privacy of the front terrace is ideal for evening glasses of wine. We were only two people with a baby but the apartment could easily accommodate more.

Clean and spacious with all the amenities. You can’t beat the location. Close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with, we had a seamless stay. Would highly recommend!

Could recommend this place high enough, we had the best time and didn’t want to leave. We stayed for a month and will be recommending to family and friends who come to town. Great work guys!

We stayed for about 3 weeks while our house was being renovated. The property was clean and inviting and perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as the restaurants in PCH. We ended up having to stay for an extra 2 days, due to a construction delay, and Dane was great about giving us the extra time. The only complaint we have is that the streets are narrow and parking can be problematic, but this is in no way reflective of the property or the manager.

We loved our visit here. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable. The landlord was very responsive although we had no problems, just needed information. Easy walk to beach, shops, grocery and restaurants. Lovely park a block away.

We had an amazing 3 week visit in Corona Del Mar. The house was as advertised; clean, spacious, well equipped, and a short walk from the beach. We loved going to the nearby park with our kids and the short walk into town to go to dinner, coffee, or ice cream. Dane was very responsive and checked in with us frequently. All in all, a perfect stay and we'd love to come back.

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to everything. Walk to the beach or into town. The house has a nice outdoor space with a fire pit and gas grill. The master bedroom was a tempurpedic type of mattress which was different than what I was used to, but comfortable. Kitchen was fairly good sized with a nice adjacent dining area. Even though this area is pretty densely populated I was amazed at how quiet the neighborhood was. Would definitely recommend and return.

The house itself is very nice and more spacious than photos would suggest. Dane the owner is very friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. No problem with street parking.

We spent a week in CDM with a family of six and had a great time at this awesome house. Hosts were available when needed but completely invisible the rest of the time. Beds were great; house was well decorated and very clean. Great experience. Would definitely stay here upon return.
