There is no better stretch of sand and activities than Ocean City, Maryland!! When you come to the beach, it's best to stay right ON the beach. Enjoy your Ocean City stay at this clean, well-appointed, family-oriented oceanfront 3 bedroom condo! Kitchen: fully-stocked with dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, serving pieces, and bakeware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a table seating 6, full-sized appliances, 10 cup drip coffee maker and Kuerig K-cup coffee brewer, toaster oven, crockpot, and blender. Living Room: Queen sleep sofa, comfortable seating, and smart TV for internet streaming. The wall of sliding glass doors showcases the ocean. Balcony: 3rd-floor level looks out over the dunes to see clear views of the beach and ocean. Table for 4 and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Bedroom 1: two twin beds, dresser, and closet Bedroom 2: twin over full bunk, dresser, and wall pegs Bedroom 3: Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser, 2 closets, smart tv, and a private bathroom Linens: Bed coverings, extra blankets, mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors, bath rugs, and kitchen dishtowels remain in the unit. Linens for beds and bathroom towels are switched for each rental. Renters must bring or rent beach towels, additional bath towels, and any other desired linens. Hallway: Bathroom #2 and washer/dryer closet Our unit is a great place to stay for summer family vacations, a ladies or guys weekend get-away, golf trips, Convention Center activities, Spring and Winter Fests, and tax-free outlet shopping in Delaware. No smoking or pets are allowed by condominium rules. If it is discovered you have a pet, the condo association evicts and rental and deposit are not refunded. Parking: There is 1 parking space assigned to the unit. Due to the age of the building and what cars used to be like, note that there is not enough clearance for an SUV. The space for this unit is very tight, width-wise to swing in and out of. This would be frustrating if you were not aware of it ahead of time. We have an SUV and park either on the street (whenever it's available--morning and dinnertime) or across the street (which always has spots). You cannot park in any of the other spots as each is assigned to a particular unit. Families and adult renters only please. WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS--PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT EXCEPTIONS. Cost is the rental rate plus MD State (6%) and Worcester County Local Taxes (5%), Cleaning Fee ($195), Linen Fee ($155), Damage Protection ($59 non-refundable premium for $1500 of VRBO third party insurance protection plan).

Beautiful views from 3rd floor. Nice restaurants nearby, but very noisy during Bike Week! Only complaint is the smokers next to us on their balcony- we had to keep our door shut.

Jennifer was most responsive. We had no problems with the location, condo, access to the beach or any amenities. It was as described. The parking is very tight with a low ceiling. We had a minivan that barely fit. It is a walkup condo on the third floor, so you will get your exercise. The beachfront view is wonderful! The rooms are sizable and for our family of 5, we had more than enough space and beds. We enjoyed our time in Ocean City and had a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect location. Well appointed kitchen. Great balcony. We really appreciated Jennifer’s suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc. We were only sad to discover beach chairs and an umbrella in one of the bedrooms on our last day!

Stayed for 3 nights. My wife & I plus two kids, each with friend. Right size for 6 people. The Midtown location was perfect to give kids the freedom to walk for food and activities. Beach was full but not crowded. Oceanfront location was perfect for the stormy day we had - played board games and hung out while looking out at the ocean.

A beautiful beachfront property and location. Unbeatable ocean and beach views with colorful sunrises! 3rd floor neighbors rented to high school kids during our visit and were loud 2 nights even after midnight which was not enjoyable. Condo has everything needed for easy beach access and in the heart of all your vacation needs.

Could not have found a more perfect location to celebrate a birthday milestone with my best friends. This condo is perfect for a small group of 3-5 with a view that is to die for...and the balcony is much bigger than looks in the photos!! The owner was so helpful and made the experience seemless... I would totally come back again!

My friend and I loved our stay! The unit was very clean and the host was responsive to all of our questions. The balcony was amazing and the location is great! The only negative is the full-sized bedroom isn't super comfortable. It was only me in there so it was okay, but two people in that bed wouldn't be comfortable in my opinion. It felt more like a cot, and there's no closet in that room. Having said that, we'd still love to return next year!

The property is exactly as advertised, but better than we expected, with the primary living area/kitchen, master bedroom and ocean front balcony all being larger than we have seen at some other ocean condo rentals. There was plenty of room for our family - including two teenage boys and our 9-year-old daughter - to spread out over the course of the week. Jennifer was great to work with and very responsive, but I didn't really even need to reach out because there were no issues with the place all week. The five of us ate dinner together on the balcony most nights, the view was great. Beach access is as easy as it gets. Plenty of shops and stores in the immediate vicinity for adults and kids (we let the teenagers wander when they got bored, as teenagers inevitably do). As the listing warns, while you get a private parking spot, it has a very low ceiling, so our car didn't fit. But there was plenty of street parking all week, we never had an issue finding a space. If that's a concern, drive a sedan to the beach and not a SUV.

We had a wonderful beach getaway at this condo, 2nd time back. Beach access is easy, the living space is bright and airy and comfortable with a real easygoing vibe. Balcony is spacious and beach views are beautiful. Jen (I think owner) is super nice and responsive.

The condo was a wonderful place to spend a week. Updated bathrooms, very nice primary bedroom, lovely view of the ocean. Everything we needed to cook and serve food was in the kitchen. The location is great, we walked to a lot of places for dinner and other activities. Very quiet at night, no loud neighbors. Thanks for the lovely stay!

This was our first time staying in a condo when visiting OCMD, so we didn’t quite know what to expect. From the second I booked the condo to checking out, the host was responsive and made checking in very easy. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our view from the balcony was incredible, and made it truly hard to say goodbye. The short walk to the beach came in handy with an 8 year old who LOVES the beach so much. We will definitely be coming back next year and stay longer!

This apartment is incredible! We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette weekend and had the best time. All of the girls kept commenting on how cool the apartment was. The beds were super comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the location was amazing! We were a short walk to most places that we went to and we enjoyed playing board games on the balcony at night. Jennifer was very responsive and an excellent host!

This adorable condo comfortably fit our family of 6. Outfitted with bright colors and overlooking the ocean it had everything we needed. An information binder was left on the counter with recommendations for activities and restaurants. You could tell the owner put a lot of thought into guests comfort.

Great owner/ Jennifer; also manager of property. Ver supportive and helpful. Lovely 3bdrm unit. The steps to the 3rd floor were difficult in the heat, for folks over 60. The individual AC units were loud and ran on and off constantly; hopefully, central air will be considered. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation.

Had a wonderful time at this property. The owner is extremely sweet. We had a great time. The weather was wonderful. My only regret was to not bring my surf fishing gear. I do not think I would have caught anything as I did notice a few surf fishermen coming up empty. We were so lucky to see dolphins a couple of times. This might be our new go-to place when we need some ocean breeze.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the property. Plenty of room and a gorgeous view of the beach. Loved it! Our only issue was that our van wouldn’t but in the parking spot - but the owner warned us about that prior to the visit so we were aware. If you drive a car you would be fine!

Cute, cozy condo with an incredible view of the ocean. The location was perfect, lots of places to visit close by. The beach was wonderful and just a very short walk over the dunes. The owner is a perfect sweetheart. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
