Two Queen Beds In Bedroom, Murphy Bed and Sleeping Sofa in Living Room (Sleeps 8). A beautiful unit with breathtaking oceanfront views on 12th floor. Spectacular and spacious, Professionally Decorated DELUXE one bedroom/one bathroom oceanfront condo! This resort is one of the newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, opening its doors in 2006. It is only about one mile to Family Kingdom and water park, and two miles to Broardwalk, 4 miles to Broadway. This unit is located on 12th floor in Paradise Resort. You enter the condo in a hallway which leads to the kitchen. The bedroom is completely separated on the right and has two Queen Beds. The new updated kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with extra appliances, blender, coffee pot and toaster and service for 8 guests. The designer decorated living room contains a full size sleeper sofa, a pull-down murphy bed, a single-size chair, table with four chairs, FLAT SCREEN HD TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 8, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The linens are replaced annually. The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee. Amenities to make your Oceanfront condo feel like home away from home include: • Kitchen with Refrigerator • Dishwasher • Stove • Oven • Microwave • Coffeemaker • Cookware and Dishes • Dining Area • Washer and Dryer • Full Baths • TVs in Living Room and Bedrooms • DVD Player • Iron and Ironing ALL RESORT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED: Amenities on site include an enclosed indoor heated pool, OUTDOOR POOL, a lazy river, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Paradise Resort is directly south of the downtown Myrtle Beach area where all the happening events are located. Only about 3 minutes driving from Family Kingdom and water park and 5 minutes driving from amusement park and the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Market Commons. We can accommodate last minute guests. We hope to build long term friendships with our guests and hope you will give us and our unit an opportunity to impress you! ** THIS IS A RENT DIRECTLY BY OWNER PROPERTY - (Not the Hotel Property Mgt Co.) -Booking from a direct Owner will make all the difference in your vacation stay! We also have multiple 2-and 3-bedroom cottages located in a new neighborhood (only 1 block to the beach and located in the south area), 5 direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condos in Atlantica Resort in the Broadwalk. Please contact the owner before you book if you have service animals. $300 refundable deposit will be required to cover the deep cleaning cost if the service animals make the property messy and smelly.

Unit has terrific ocean views, away from all of the boardwalk chaos. Kids LOVED the lazy River. Unit was sufficient. More than enough towels, and it was very clean. Only complaint was a musty- mildew scent when we first entered the unit. The smell went away after buying candles, air freshener and putting in fireplace to get some dry air in the unit. (I think it’s because there’s carpeting in a unit on the beach-tons of humidity in the air.) The owner was very responsive. Overall a good stay - to the point we extended a day.

I booked a stay for my family July 16-23 from Vrbo There was black mold all over the bedroom ceiling and in the refrigerator. Very hot in the condo and AC wouldn’t cool. There also was a strong odor. We have pictures of the mold. We were not able to stay there. Will probably never use Vrbo again haven’t been able to get a refund yet.

The view from this room was fantastic. though I only used the refrigerator, this unit has a full working kitchen. the apartment size washer was nice as we could do the laundry throughout the week so we didn't have it to do when returning home. Frank was great and very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would note is that this is an owner property so services that are usually provided by the resort such as cleaning and supplies are responsibilities of the renting party. I would rent this condo again.

This property was as shown in listing. Everything was good except for the noise the AC makes and the refrigerator makes when they come on. Refrigerator is loud enough that we needed to turn the TV volume up at times. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property for a super great view and nice place to relax.

We stayed with our 4 kids! The condo was perfect for us! The location was great! Kids loved the lazy river and pool! Karaoke on the pool deck was lots of fun! We would return to this property when visiting Myrtle beach again!

I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo this past week. It was my Birthday week and my husband, mother and I stayed for the entire week. We had perfect weather. Accommodations were great. Ocean views were great. This was the perfect condo for us. I have no complaints, I only wish we could stay longer. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We truly had a wonderful time.

Our family stayed in this oceanfront condo for 2 days. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see how clean and fresh the condo was. The condo is right on the ocean and has a heated pool, heated lazy river and two Jacuzzi's. The condo was quiet and perfect for our family to sit out on the balcony and read a book, while listening to the ocean. There are only about 8 condos on each floor, so there is not a lot of traffic. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be back. Thanks, Frank for being such a friendly and helpful person to rent from!!! I'll be back!!!

This condo is in perfect location. It is only about one mile to Broadwalk. The condo had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property owners go above and beyond to ensure the rental is everything expected and to help if the need arises. This was our best vacation to date. Not only would we highly recommend renting this property but we are inclined to return in the future ourselves. Thank you Frank for a wonderful experience in Myrtle Beach.
