Conveniently situated in a small private Douglas Fir forest, the home affords a peaceful setting while providing protection from the ocean wind and fog. The Bandon House's tastefully designed 4650 square feet will exceed expectations with the quality and space that only higher end hotels have to offer. A low allergen facility that features heated stained concrete floors with low nap area rugs, leather furnishings, an outdoor fire place stocked with wood, patio warmer, baby grand piano and then of course our private HD Theater! The fully equipped professional kitchen and covered outdoor grilling area makes meal prep a breeze. You can enjoy the use of the outdoor kitchen for that perfect steak or rotisserie all under cover and just a few steps from the main kitchen. In addition we have a 25lb wet ice-maker plus 4 wet bars and 5 beverage coolers. Relax in the spacious great room overlooking the pond and forest or in front of the outdoor fireplace. The house features rich Douglas-Fir accents, quality leather furnishings whirlpool tubs and a steam shower. For your entertainment we offer a private theater featuring a HD 110' screen, billiard table, computers, Enterprise Wi-Fi, flat screen HD televisions, with whole house audio and a delightful 100 yr. old baby grand piano. We had been looking for a while for a place to stay for Christmas and nothing caught our eye until we saw this marvelous home.
Got in touch with Brett who is very professional and attentive. Brett welcomed us into his home and made us feel like we were at home.
This home has absolutely everything you could possibly need from kitchen needs to family activities.
Anything we ever needed Brett was available at all times and just an overall great host and person.
The home is luxurious and still feels homey. Plenty of space and things to do. We will for sure be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at this clean and fully stocked property during our golf trip. The house has soo much to offer it's hard to use all the amenities in one trip. The host was great and easily reachable to answer any questions, highly recommend this house for your next family or golf trip in Bandon.

We were 8 friends playing golf at Bandon Dunes for 4 days. House is close to course (10 min), and even closer to the town of Bandon. I would highly recommend staying here if you are playing golf at Bandon (or just in town to enjoy the beauty of the area). The house has everything you need and more, including fully stocked espresso machine, ice maker, spices and kitchen gear you can actually cook with, and much more. The house has many gathering places and seating areas, as well as many beds (super comfortable I might add). You could easily have more people in the house than we did and not feel crowded at all.
Brett was amazing, and we had Jen come in and cook for us one night. Ask Brett for her contact. She also said she can make breakfast, or breakfast burritos if you like.
In short, if you are going to Bandon, this is the place to stay.

This was an incredible place. We had 8 of us staying there for Golf. The place was incredible and fit us with plenty of room to spare. Brett had a completely stocked house with tons of extras. We enjoyed every bit it. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

A great little gem just outside of Bandon, OR and it had all the bells and whistles one could ever ask for in a rental!!! Nice to meet Brett and have a walk through the property as well.

Fantastic house that easily hosted 12 adults with comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house has everything you need plus some. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun weekend with a larger group. Brett was very communicative and was ready to help with any questions/needs.

Brett did a fantastic job stocking the Bandon house with top of the line appliances, cookware, pizza oven, sound system and many other essentials. We had a group of 8 and we all decided this was the best house we have ever stayed in for that reason. We mentioned that he could use more wine glasses and he had more there within a half an hour! He takes great pride in his house and it shows! Thanks for a great stay!

Great extended family getaway
We rented the property for a mini family reunion. Each family unit was able to have their own bedroom/space to get away if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils and some pantry items. We all enjoyed sitting in front of the outdoor fireplace every night and there was plenty of firewood ready to go. Also the owner, Brett, was communicative and very helpful.
Would definitely rent the house again!

Incredible home for a large group
We had a group of 16 stay at the Bandon House for a bachelor party. The property was close to the Bandon Dunes golf courses making shuttling easy. Brett was great in helping us get settled and had everything ready for our arrival. This house was the cherry on top of a bucket list golf trip that we will remember forever!

We brought in a chef to the well appointed kitchen, we enjoyed the hot tub to soak our tired muscles and we could all hang out together very comfortably in the evening. Brett is amazing. He went out and bought a shoe dryer when we asked about the best strategy to dry out after some rainy golf. Very well outfitted, including an espresso maker for good coffee in the mornings.

Great Buddies Trip to Bandon
The Bandon House was perfect for our golf trip. There were enough beds spread throughout the house to sleep 8 grown men comfortably in their own space. The house is immaculate and Brett has thought of everything, and nothing beat a long day on the golf course like the hot tub. From the highest quality finishes throughout to plenty of areas for gathering and entertainment, this was the perfect home base for the trip. Brett's communication was amazing and he's close by to help with anything you need. He even went to town to buy us extra dice. The location is great; easy to find and close to Bandon. I would highly recommend the Bandon House to anyone.

This house was titled by my grandchildren as a “mansion”, and that it is…..Beautiful location and very quiet and private. Short ride into downtown Bandon. Brett, the owner, was a great host.
We had 12 people and lots and lots of room. This home is furnished beyond what one can expect. We watched movies with great popcorn, had steamers and lattes. The music system was the greatest even outside as we played horseshoes and cornhole. Hot tub was crystal clear and clean. COVID protocol was excellent. This home had it all and more! We will be back!

Very happy with our Bandon house experience
This was our first trip to Oregon coast and so happy we decided to stay in the Bandon house. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. All together there was 12 of us, 8 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids. We also rented the little cabin next to the house which I highly recommend, it is adorable! The owner was very nice and when we texted him with a question he got back to us very promptly. Also the town of Bandon is adorable, lots of little shops and good fish and chips shacks. I highly recommend this place.
