About this house rental
Located in Leesville, this attractive house for $250 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Atlas Pointe Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. This lakefront and dog-friendly home has all you need to make your vacation great, including a dock and lakeside firepit. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs with a four-burner gas grill out on the deck. Rounding out the upstairs is the family room with an HD LED Smart TV and DVD Player. The game room is a place to go for watching TV, playing Foosball or having a friendly game of shuffleboard on the nine-foot table. Outside you can enjoy the views of the lake from the deck or just lay out on the expansive lawn. Swim right off the shore or off the dock. The dock has deep water always, so you have no worries about bringing a boat. This home is located on a quiet street just 15 minutes from a grocery store and just minutes from Lake Murray Resort where marine gas can be purchased and you can launch a boat. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Dogs allowed with an additional fee Sleeper sofa in game room Do not attempt to use ramp on property. It will destroy the lawn. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Please note that there are two active security cameras installed, on the front of the home and one on the back overlooking the dock and backyard. They are two-way but do not record sound. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Forogt to review! We stayed into the 1st week of May 2023. Awesome place. Very quiet. Absolutely gorgeous property and peaceful. Rented a boat from close by. Although the weather wasnt in our favor we had a great time. Would recommend. Hope to stay again next year!

Forogt to review! We stayed into the 1st week of May 2023. Awesome place. Very quiet. Absolutely gorgeous property and peaceful. Rented a boat from close by. Although the weather wasnt in our favor we had a great time. Would recommend. Hope to stay again next year!

Other reviews described long drive to store. Wal Mart only 20 min(forgot tooth brushes!!). Best equipped kitchen utensils compared to our multiple rentals. Overall great stay and would rent again.

Wonderful location and property. The house was better than expected and had everything we needed for a brief vacation and family get together on the 4th. Best part are the lake views and access, with so many seating options. My favorites were the screen porch overlooking the dock and lake and the firepit area. We enjoyed the kayaks. House is in a very friendly neighborhood and had a chance to talk with several neighbors while out walking my dog.

The house is great for family and they allow pets. The place is not the newest, but it is well renovated and furnished. We liked the back deck, dock and Kayaks to enjoy the outside. It is a long way out of town but we knew that going in. I don't recommend the rental agency Vacasa. They use an automated system with no way to get in touch with a human. Their 800 number was "unavailable" the 3 times I called. Good thing we didn't have bid problems. NO SUPPORT

The location is great. I rented this property because it is down the street from Dads house and our entire family needed a place to stay for my dads 80th birthday week celebration. The house is nice but definitely needs some work. Upon arrival the outdoor trash was over flowing. Trash pick up was not for 4 more days. No place to empty trash for us. The other thing was the musty smell and damp Carpert in the basement rooms. This house needs a dehumidifier and the carpet needs to replaced. The house is advertised for families but a small child or animal could fall through the railings. I am not sure about code for SC but I know they would not pass where I live if you are renting.

Exactly what we needed! Beautiful and peaceful. The house and location were perfect. Only wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back.

We had one person that multiple spider bites and this was communicated to the servicing company. The home could have been cleaner. We found alot of spider webs in a couple of the bed rooms. One of the twin beds was in rough shape. Would have been okay for young kids, but not for mature people. Had one family member sleep on the pull out couch and it had missing springs. So rough night sleep for that young adult. Over all the property was good. Would just recommend getting a new twin mattress, replacing the missing springs in the pull out couch. And make sure the home is cleaned well. On both levels.

Amazing place to have our family stay. Several of us rented house on the street. Even met some neighbors with their dogs. Super nice people. The place has a beautiful view of the lake. Amazing porch space for everyone to hang out and a firepit.

I am a home inspector by trade.
So I allowed to be picky on structure issues. The deck was big, and the layout was great. The wood to the steps are rotted. Replace the deck steps before someone gets hurt.
We had a great time at atlas point.

The house was nice, clean, and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Located in nice, quiet neighborhood. And we enjoyed a few relaxing days on the lake. We even tried the provided kayak -our first time. Perfect stay. no issues at all.
