Located in Leesville, this attractive house for $329 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This elegantly upgraded home with a private dock on Lake Murray is exactly what you need to relax and have fun! The home sits in a quiet cove but is near big water with easy access to Acapulco, Dreher Island, and short boat ride to good eats! This home includes a dock, full kitchen, wet bar for late night drinks, 2 screen porches, grill, 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, life jackets, fire pit, 2 arcades (featuring pac man and rampage) ping pong table, and more! Come visit and enjoy a relaxing getaway! When you walk into the home you enter to an open floor plan. You will see the dining area straight ahead, with views of the lake, and then to your right is the spacious kitchen. The family room is to the left equipped with a bar and plenty of glassware for late night cocktails. The top floor has two glass sliding doors that open to the top screened in deck. The kitchen has easy access to the grilling deck, (propane is provided) as well as great cove views! Down stairs you will find the spacious master bedroom with access to the lower screened-in porch, and a luxurious spa-like ensuite to relax in with air jet tub and huge shower with double heads and hand sprayer. You'll also find the bunk room with two bunk beds, and a guest room with a queen bed, all with lake views. also a laundry room and secondary bath room with a tub/shower combo! Outside we are actively working to improve our walk path and fire pit areas. The private dock has a ladder for easy swimming and a fish cleaning area! Water around dock is 7' deep during spring and summer. You'll have exclusive access to the entire property and private dock. You can walk to Acapulco USA and rent a pontoon from Lake Murray Boat Rentals! This house is set on a quiet walkable circle with wonderful neighbors! Park in driveway! Road to get to house is gravel. Residence comes with Carolina Connect fiber internet (700 Mbps) which is great for Zoom calls. Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. This property is a no smoking no vaping property and this is strictly enforced. Pet friendly with paid pet fee. You are responsible for your pet while on the property! *During winter months the lake is down. The view is the same, however the water at the dock may not be as deep.

This home was clean and spacious and had so many things for the family of many ages to do, the home owners have covered everything, great location.what a great place to go and do as much or as little as you want to do, and who doesn’t enjoy coffee in a screened in porch overlooking the lake!!!

We stayed here between our daughter’s orientation and move in at USC. House was clean and well stocked - full of fun - kayaks, SUP, games and fire pit. (S’mores kit was an added bonus!) Loved the peacefulness of the cove. We fished, rented a boat, and explored nearby. Great communication with owner. Thanks for a great extended family weekend!

The only complaint was the visit was too short. Great spaces for mixing and sharing...cove was private, and all the "toys" were appreciated. Loved the firepit and screen porch. Highly recommended

I was delighted to find this property when another booking fell through at a different location. Lauren was extremely helpful and responsive when needed and had a beautiful property. The home was beautifully updated and felt like a home away from home. Having a personal dock for use was a wonderful attribute.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this little getaway My teenagers loved the water sports and fishing- as well as the big screen tv late at night. Mom and Dad loved the calm of the screened porch in the mornings. Our dog loved jumping off the dock for her frisbee! Nice getaway for sure!!

The home was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Loved using the kayaks and learned how to paddle board. Very spacious and beautiful view of the water.

This was a last minute get away, the house was perfect, the lake was amazing, we may be back! so much to do and keep entertained! The steps are steep and many, not for anyone with knee issues just a heads up!

This is a great property. Beautiful views of the lake. Peaceful cove. Our family really enjoyed our week long vacation at Lauren's property. We brought our boat and everything worked out great with the dock. The outside seating was a favorite spot. Lauren was very helpful with information about the lake and very responsive during our stay. We had no problems the entire week. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks Lauren!

Our family loved staying at Lauren’s! It has everything you need to have a relaxing stay at the lake. Our daughter played with the toys in the kids room, we enjoyed mornings on the stand up paddle boards, and at night we enjoyed the cool air on the screened in porch. The home is very private with a great view of the water. We will definitely be staying again.

I had a great stay while at this property. I loved the kitchen for cooking and the wet bar for hanging out at night. The two screened in porches were also a great touch for relaxing and enjoying lake views. I will definitely be back during the summer!

Everything has been updated; kItchen, bathrooms etc. Love all the light fixtures. Very comfortable beds, couches, and outdoor seating. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Everything was perfect! We were so thankful for this last minute booking. Our small family had plenty of space and everything felt private as well. Our boys enjoyed the layout of the house and the little gifts that were left for us were an extra special treat! Don't hesitate to book here!
