About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $423 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. If you are looking for a comfortable, casual, and clean place for your family to enjoy, please take a look! If you are looking for a glitzy, high rise condominium this might not be the place for you–however if a well maintained and decorated, very large, direct oceanfront, family-friendly place is appealing, this should more than suit your needs! We are the end unit on the first floor of a five-story condo in mid-town Ocean City, Maryland. There is a sizable oceanfront wraparound deck with chaise lounges and other seating provided with wonderful views of the beach and the ocean. The mid-town location gives you easy access to all restaurants, the boardwalk, amusement parks, Convention Center, and plenty of tennis, golf, and tons of water activities within easy reach–lots in walking distance. We provide high speed Wi-Fi for your use. We have a big screen, flat-panel Smart HDTV (Netflix streaming, etc.) in the living room and flat-panel TVs in each of the bedrooms, all equipped with Comcast/xfinity cable. There is a nice dining area within the open living room area with additional seating around the breakfast bar, so plenty of room for all to gather around to enjoy meals together. Our kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware, cutlery, coffee maker, and toaster. Don't want to bring linens, bath towels, or beach towels? No worries–we have plenty of them available for your use at no additional charge. We have two assigned parking spots with one being the best location in the building (leave your beach "stuff" in trunk and grab as needed). There are just a few steps up from your car to the first level so no need for the elevator or significant stair climbing if you are able. There is an elevator from the garage for those unable to walk the steps. (Please note: the parking lots and garages are being worked on Fall 2023 through Spring 2023. Through the end of May 2023, there will be no assigned parking at the building; guests will need to find parking on 46th or 45th street.) A very nice guarded (in season) beach just a few steps from the front door (no streets to cross) plus there is an outdoor shower. When requesting to book, please let us know a little about who you're traveling with and the purpose of your stay. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message. Sorry but no pets and no smoking. We rent only to families--minimum rental age is 25. (Sorry, we do not make exceptions for senior week guests or other groups.) Great location; everywhere you want to go is within walking distance. The beach is steps away. Restaurants and activities are all close by. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, the linens and towels are all provided. You really only need to bring your suitcase. It is the perfect place for a getaway.

The owners could not make this place more perfect in terms of every Beach need that a four generation family could have -beach chairs and sand toys for the kids and grown-ups, a boogie board, great, cooking utensils, and games have the most delightful breeze coming through the wraparound beech front porch. The owner was responsive when we had an issue with a smoke detector and promptly had a repair man in.

Wonderful family vacation
My family had a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed, the host was a pleasure to work with and the location was great. We particularly loved the easy access to the beach and spending hours on the deck watching the ocean, dolphins and sunrises. We plan to be back next year. Thank you!

Family vacation
This is our second year staying in OCMD but first time here. This condo was a great find! Exactly as described on VRBO. Location, location, location. Very spacious and comfortable. Loved watching dolphins from the bedroom or living area and the sun rises were amazing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we plan to try and book again next year!

Wonder Stay for Multi-Generation Family
We had 3 generations of our family stay for a week, and were very happy with the property. Kelly was very easy to communicate with and made sure all of our questions were answered. The set up was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was nice and easy for my parents, We enjoyed long days on the beach, and the short walk made it easy for my young children to be able to go back to the condo to use the bathroom. We love the wrap around balcony and the cool breeze it provided at night. We already plan to rerun next year.

The location of the condo was great. Easy walk to the beach. The beds were pretty firm which is okay if you don’t prefer a soft mattress. Some of the pots and pans could be replaced. There were plenty of other dishes and utensils availed though.

View can't be beat!
We just returned home from our stay and wish we had booked another week! The property is right on the beach and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The unit is clean, well appointed and immediately felt like home. Kelly is amazingly responsive and a pleasure to work with. We're already thinking about booking another week in the spring.

Lovely adorable condo on the beach
Adorable welcome basket! Fantastic beach condo that helped us keep all the kids contained. The enclosed wrap around balcony was amazing and the sand dunes helped block the view of the people on the beach. In order to be truly kid friendly we recommend moving or removing alot of the knick knack and do a bit more kid proofing. Small issue of a water leak during the crazy intense rain storm but didnt hinder the stay at all. Overall, we would love to come back.

Excellent location. Quiet, but close to everything. Condo is very clean and spacious. It has everything you may need during your stay. Owner is extremely helpful and attentive to all of your needs. You can't ask for a better place!!

I love everything about this Condo. I look forward to my annual trip every year here and the welcome basket (I feel like they know exactly what I like twizlers lol) . I have made so many memories from late night chats on the wrap around balcony, waking up to the amazing views and being able to walk right on to the beach. I can not express how nice and accomadating the owners are. If you get a chance to stay here don't pass it up you will not be disappointed!! This place is so spacious and feels like home!

Everything about this condo is 5 stars. Mike (the owner) is extremely friendly and helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things about him. The location is perfect. The view is incredible. The space is roomy. I would highly recommend this condo!!!
Mike needs to update his photos in the VRBO listing. The pictures don't show all the upgrades and furniture changes and don't do the condo justice. In other words, it is even better than the pictures show it to be. :)

Simply Amazing
This place was absolutely amazing. I came down with a few coworkers and we had a wonderful time. Perfect location for the restaurants and bars and exactly on the beach with perfect views. The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities you need. And the owner was so helpful with everything and was accessible with anything we needed. Can't wait to stay down there again this summer!!!

our first trip to Ocean City
this was our first family vacation in 5 years and it was our first trip to Ocean City. Mike was very good to work with. gave me everything i needed to know to rent a rental in OC. On our drive down it was a wash out my kids were upset due to the rain. After finding our way in to the beautiful, clean, spacious, house the kids located their rooms and noticed the welcome basket on the counter. Nice touch by the way, I opened the patio shades and seen the most beautiful view ever. no only was the ocean in a hop distance from the door. Just feet off the beach were about 3 playful dolphins. The kids went from sad and disappointed by the rain to excited to be here rain or not. Mind you my wife and i have never seen wild live dolphins. The house has almost everything you wont think to bring with you. Also a nice touch mike. ;-) I WILL BE A CUSTOMER OF MIKES FOR YEARS TO COME. AS LONG AS HE RENTS I WILL COME BACK.... THANK YOU MIKE

It just keeps getting better...
This was our second stay, and we will DEFINITELY be back again next year. The changes made by Mike in the off season were great. There is more space overall with the removal of extra furniture, a new floor in the living room, and a new modern internet connected large screen TV (with Netflix, etc) which is a nice touch. The new coffee table made from old boardwalk wood is absolutely awesome. It definitely feels like our home away from home. We only brought a couple of days worth of clothes as we used the condo's washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything we needed. There was a nice supply of beach towels and beach chairs. Certainly there were plenty of nice comfy beds.
My wife and I did enjoyed our early morning time together watching the beautiful sunrises before the kids got up. The whole family spent the day on the beach. My son and I walked out on the beach and surf fished in the evening. All good. The location is perfect to be the right distance from everything and right on the beach. Just fantastic!!!
Mike is awesome to work with as the property owner. He is very friendly and makes sure that everything is taken care of. I honestly can't not say enough good things about him or the condo. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo as the place to stay in Ocean City.

This was our second year renting this unit and will stay nowhere else in Ocean City. We travel with three families and all are perfectly happy here. So close to the beach and the deck is PERFECT. I travel with my family but a health condition prohibits me from being in the sun. This is the PERFECT compromise. They can go to the beach and the wrap around porch always has a spot where it is shady. Location is PERFECT for all. We never move our car once we get there! Mike is very attentive to all our needs and quick to respond to any questions we may have. Updates were done this year and the unit looked great. Cant say enough to praise Mike and his lovely unit. Can't wait till NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Fantastic family condo!
We've stayed in all sorts of places in OC over the last ten years, and this was a great find. Very roomy condo, super easy beach access, fantastic views from the family room/kitchen due to the wraparound balcony. Parking spot right next to the entrance (like another reviewer, we also stored our beach stuff in our car...which made it easier to pop back and forth to the beach). Very close to good restaurants and Jolly Roger, and a short drive to the boardwalk. Personable and responsive owners, and loved that linens/towels/beach towels were included. Definitely recommend and hope to be back again soon!

This condo is the perfect place to stay. It has plenty of room. It is easily accessible. The proximity of this condo to the beach, shopping and food is PERFECT! This is a very cozy place to stay with plenty of room for everyone. We wanted to for nothing while we were there. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone that wants to get a real feel for Ocean City without being right on the boardwalk. It is perfectly located to all things Ocean City!

Honestly, we truly couldn't have asked for anything better. A corner condo overlooking the beach, easy parking, great family atmosphere, plenty of room, lots of beds...just fantastic! We are definitely are planning to come back again next year. :)
Communication with Mike was easy and quick. He very readily answered all of our questions and made sure we were ready for the trip. Very accommodating. I can't thank him enough!
