Nestled in Seaside Heights, this attractive condo for $450 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a brand new condo. Listing first time for 2016 vacation rental. On the first floor two bedrooms. One day bed sleeps two, hd TV four chairs gaming table. Two bunk beds sleeps four in the second bedroom. One full bath. Two bedrooms with queen size beds with dressers sleeps four two full baths. Full size kitchen good for 10 guests, all utensils. Large living room with 55" hd tv. 2 balconys

The place is tastefully decorated. The pictures dont do justice to just how nice the place is. Would definitely rent again if we decide to go to Seaside.
Property agent very prompt with communication and easy to deal with.

Condo is in great location, close to bay and beach. We used our bikes to get around everything is in close proximity of the condo. We loved the condo.
Only complaint would be lack of pots and pans for cooking
and the beds were not comfortable at all. We had to buy an air mattress for our room

Pros: The property was perfect for our large family. We had a great time. The house was in a perfect location with plenty of space and amenities. The wifi was great. We loved that there were plenty of beach badges for our family to use.
Cons: Check-in was a bit difficult since we received the wrong house code and was not able to enter for a few hours after arrival. It took a while to get a response on how to enter the house. There was no linen, which wouldn't have been an issue, but we weren't told there was no linen until the day we arrived, so we had to purchase our own sheets.
Definitely would stay again. The cons weren't a huge issue, and our family still had a wonderful time. 🙂

The house is beautifully appointed, close to the beach and bay, in the quiet part of town. It had everything we needed but bring all of your own linnens and towels (we did)... what is there is due for replacement. Of note, the listing showed 4 queens, but the property had 6 twins (4 in a bunk room and 2 in a trundle bed) and 2 queen bedrooms with an air mattress as a 3rd queen. The little extras such as beach cart, crab cages and fishing poles are a nice touch and we definitely used those beach badges! The property manager was friendly and responsive!

The house was clean and very well-maintained. It's only steps away from the public dock where the kids can go crabbing (the owners have a few cages but unfortunately we lost one. Really sorry Gita), and the boardwalk is on the other direction, about 10 mins' walk. Despite the popular amusement park and water park nearby, the beach wasn't crowded. There are two sandbars where the kids went "surfing" and had great fun. The only downside is the you can't use your seaside heights badges in the quieter Seaside Park any more (we could in the past but not this year), but we could always still find parking so it wasn't really a big deal. Gita is a really nice owner and the property manager Laurie is so pleasant to work with. The people are decent, and the place is great.

Our family and close friends enjoyed the facilities. It was a great week. It was a little cold for the beach but we enjoyed the Boardwalk. Every thing worked fine. The bunk beds were not ideal for adults. We did use the air mattress in the bed room with the day bed. The location was ideal. It was a short walk to the Boardwalk, pier, drug store and market..
Great week and we would do it again.

The house is beautiful, great set up and very clean. The location was great, easy walk to the boardwalk and even shorter walk to the bay for sunsets. Quiet street and easy free street parking.

Loved the master with the private bathroom. A lot of stairs lol ugh but all homes in this area have this. The home is beautiful. Bring your big pot if your cooking for a crowd. I always bring mine and a large griddle. Other than that this place was amazing!!! Quiet And family orientated. ❤️❤️❤️

Great House
The house is very nice and well stocked. Close to the bay and also walkable to the beach and boardwalk. The only thing we were looking for was some cookware. Specifically a large frying pan, mixing bowls, and serving dishes. A grill would have been helpful especially when cooking for a large group. Also, we never found the information sheet that goes with the house stating when garbage and recycling pickups were. We figured it out though by watching the neighbors and texting the property manager. Gita is very sweet and accommodating, I would highly recommend this property, overall a great house for a family vacation!

We had such a wonderful time. Plenty of room for the entire family! Roomy and beautifully decorated. We could walk everywhere! Beach, bay, water park and boardwalk. Hoping to come back next year!!!

Well kept and great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 minute walk to the Bay and 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Such a great location and well kept condo - was perfect for all 3 families. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Seaside Heights.

Beautiful, convenient, clean and overall an amazing place!
My family and I (group of 10) stayed here for Fourth of July week and had an amazing time. The house was clean, very spacious, 4 blocks to the boardwalk, 7/11 and there's also a small deli a few blocks up. The street is quiet and parking is not an issue.
I will definitely be back!
Gita and her husband were so easy to work with and very accommodating! We had a small issue with the water pressure and Gita stopped by (she was further down the shore in Wildwood) and she drove up to the house to take a look for us! Not to mentioned she gave us a nice bottle of wine :)

The house is roomy and very comfortably accommodated our family of seven.
The house is very comfortable. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our trip with seven family members from three generations had privacy. It includes a full kitchen and laundry room, great for families! The location is just a few blocks from the beach and pier. It's an easy walk. Beach passes for 8 are included! During our stay the water pressure limited us to only one individual shower (or use of any water source) at a time. Recommend you work with the property manager in advance to confirm a meeting time for check in, we had to wait for over an hour. Be sure you are prepared to bring linens or set up rental well in advance. The property owners were great to work with and quickly responded to our questions.

Lovely new vacation home
Beautiful brand new home with plenty of parking and loads of space! The second balcony from the master bedroom was a pleasant surprise. 10 minute tops walk to the beach and plenty of other places within walking distance.

Usually we get together at my house in Rhode Island and plan day trips to Cape Cod, Block Island, etc. After searching through what VRBO had to offer we came across this house. The house exceeded our expectations being new construction and the opportunity of being the first renters!!! After I booked, the owner of the home contacted me about our vacation. She was very nice and sounded just as excited as I was. The house is only 3 blocks from the beach on a quiet street and free parking. It is very spacious with the living room and kitchen being separated from the bedrooms. We met all the neighbors (yearlong residents) and all were friendly. We spent quite a bit of time on front deck watching the planes fly over the beach (unless we were on the beach). Growing up I’ve spent my fair share of time in the Seaside area. If you have not been to Seaside, I highly recommend renting this house and having a relaxing (or not so relaxing) week with your family.
