Located in Seaside Heights, this lovely house for $735 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Frank's Beach Joint, a piece of Heaven at the Jersey Shore! This modern, coastal home was built in 2019 with 4/5 bedrooms, 4 baths and is located within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Perfectly situated between Ortley Beach and Seaside Heights. A block from the quaint town of Ortley Beach, if that's what you seek, or a block from the entertaining Seaside boardwalk fun! This is a corner home with more privacy than most and natural light throughout. This rental is for families only. No large groups or parties including prom parties. Must be 25+ years old to rent. The ground level has garage space for 2 cars plus driveway parking for 2 cars. The entryway has storage benches & hooks. The gym is equipped with light weights perfect for that workout while on vacation! The first floor has a spacious open floor plan, great for entertaining. There is a queen bedroom on this floor with a full bathroom en suite with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, double oven, top-of-the-line appliances, and kitchen essentials. Counter seating for 4 and table seating for 6. There is a large living room with a TV that goes out to a balcony with views. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has Bunk Beds; twin bed over a full bed with a twin trundle. Sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. Laundry is located on this floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with spacious walk-in closets. The en suite is top of the line with a shower and bidet. There is a balcony off of this room. The third-floor Sunroom is perfect for entertaining inside and outside. It can be used as a den or 5th bedroom with a queen futon. This space has a refrigerator and wet bar! There is a full bathroom with a shower. Views of bayside sunsets and ocean sunrises from the rooftop. 1 electric grill provided - Must be electric as per township guidelines on rooftops. 6 Seaside Heights Beach Badges included. 2-3 minute walk to CVS, Acme, and the liquor store. Pillows and comforters are provided. Please bring sheets, towels, and linens.. Rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day are from Saturday to Saturday. Week rentals only. Inquire for rates for shorter rentals in June.

We rented this beautiful beach house due to a passing in our family. This home had plenty of space and had just the right atmosphere for the weekend. We loved it, family loved it. Beautiful home. The only note, there are a lot of stairs, which made getting our 92 year old mom up and down, a tough time..but again, it was a great set up for 12 of us.

We loved Frank's Beach Joint. This property is beautifully decorated just as you see in the pictures. It is a great location - some places still open on the boardwalk in October. We had plenty of space for eight adults to gather together and also to have separate space when we needed. Lindsay was very responsive when we needed help with WiFi, and we needed it for our rainy day.
If anything, because we had 1 rainy day we needed maybe two more comfy chairs in living area for all of us.
All of our guests thought this place was truly perfect, and we can't wait to go again. Two of us have already referred it to a couple of our friends and family. Thank you, again, Lindsay.

Our stay at Frank’s Beach Joint was amazing! The property was exactly as described and the host was super responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The house was clean and maintained very well. The house is spacious and comfortably fit 10 adults. Would recommend!

We rented this property for Labor Day weekend. The home was beautiful and very clean and accommodated our large family get together. Lindsay is very responsive with any questions you may have. Would highly recommend renting this property.

We had a great stay - the space in the house was great for our three-generation family; everyone had plenty of room and the common areas were so welcoming. The location was an easy walk to the north end of the boardwalk, and we could also walk a few blocks to a playground and to the swimming beach on the bay side. I was a little sad that the outdoor shower was cold water only, my young kids would not use it unfortunately!

I feel the house is really beautiful and my family enjoyed staying there. The only things that I would say would have made our stay even nicer is if the rocking chairs on the front porch were more stable to use and the beds could be more comfortable. Also, the rooftop deck is really nice but an umbrella that offers some shade would be really helpful! Thanks for a great stay at your beach house.

We had a beautiful relaxing stay at this lovely well appointed home . We were 11 people, 5 children under 9 and everyone had enough space to move around , get some solitude if we chose and truly relax . The ocean & boardwalk were within 2 blocks .

Very clean and beautiful property. Quick walk to the north end of the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Casino Pier is a short walk but all worth it. The house itself was plenty of room for 8 of us. Nice rooftop to chill out on too. Nice to be able to park a car in the garage as well. Owners were super responsive with any questions.
We enjoyed our entire 5 day stay.

My cousins and I had a small family get together here. It was beautiful! Very spacious and the couch was very comfortable. Even the neighbors were nice! It is a beautiful property and I would definitely stay again.

The house is great - really spacious, it was a great fit for my family of 8 for the weekend. The rooftop deck is awesome, the patios are great. No complaints about the actual house. *Using* the house was a little tricky -- it was hard to figure out in advance what the house did and didn't have there. For example, the host said there would be at least one roll of toilet paper to start. Per bathroom? They didn't know - the cleaning company had already come. There were conflicting and confusing instructions around the house about how we had to do checkout - one of them made it sound like we could only leave one bag of trash in the bin and had to take the rest with us. Luckily the host clarified we didn't have to do that. It would also be nice to not have to bring linens--we had to borrow a set of king sheets and do a lot of coordination to make sure we had the right sheets for all the beds we were going to use. So I recommend the house, I just would hope the host can go a little further to make things clear to the guests -- what it does and doesn't have and their responsibilities.

Beautiful property. Very clean and enjoyed the open concept. We also loved the location. A little confused by the new policy for many properties of not providing linens. It’s makes it difficult if you are flying in. It is also interesting that in the write up it says it’s perfect for entertaining…….but then it says it doesn’t want you to entertain. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and we would love to come again!

Lindsey‘s property was everything advertised—and then some. The house was spacious, simply and beautifully decorated, the colors calming, the information binder helpful, and Lindsay readily responsive to my questions before renting. Entering was easy, and it seemed as if anything you might need was already taken care of—right down to an orange juice squeezer and a meat thermometer! We stayed during my grandsons’ spring break, so it was cold some days, but we had a few sunny days to enjoy eating and relaxing on the spacious rooftop deck. CVS was a block away, and ACME nearby. The beach was just a short two blocks, and the boardwalk began at that point. This house was even better than the pictures and our stay was so relaxing! I’d give it more than 5 stars!

My family and I had such a wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful house. Such a nice open Kitchen/Dining/livingroom area. The kitchen was very well stocked with every necessary thing you could possibly need. Very nice bedrooms. We would definitely reserve another stay at this property.

This house is gorgeous! We rented it for a wedding weekend for the bridal party to stay and get ready in and it was perfect. The girls were on one level and the guys on another. I will say, there are a TON of stairs so be prepared. The property manager is extremely responsive and the check in process is so easy. I gave a 4/5 for cleanliness because there were dust bunnies in every room it seemed, so that would be the only area of improvement. Otherwise great time and PLENTY of room for a large group. The roof top view is also amazing!

We had an awesome stay. The home was very nice and worked very well for 12 of us. Plenty of bathrooms and the rooms were large and spread out. Close to the beach which you can walk to with little children. Will definitely stay again and recommend others do as well.

The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice the home is. The space was clean and more than we expected. Perfect amount of space for our family to have time together, as well as have access to spaces for moments of quiet. The Communication with the host was wonderful and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

The house was amazing. Beautifully furnished, plenty of space and the perfect layout for our Girls'Weekend. Only a short walk to the beach. Rooftop deck was the highlight -- best place to relax and enjoy good food, great friends and beautiful weather. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

House was great with lots of space to spread out for a group of 7. It was a rainy weekend so we appreciated all the room. Check-in was easy! Only complaint is that we had to purchase sponges, trash bags, and toilet paper for our two day stay.

We were in town for a kids regatta and Frank's place was perfect! It was close to the TR yacht club, one block from the Boardwalk and walking distance to the grocery and package store. Very clean, all of the amenities we could need and the hostess was very helpful to out of towner's navigating the area.
My only advice, don't block the sidewalk with your car. We had SUVs and got ticketed.

We had a wonderful September weekend stay at Frank's Beach Joint! We were in town for a small music festival in Seaside Heights and this was a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk, CVS was down the street and Acme was super close to pick up a few things we needed. The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 10 (7 adults, 2 elementary age kids, and 1 infant). We also appreciated that house rules and guidelines were posted throughout the house for easy reference. The rooftop deck was a favorite spot and we love the open concept first floor. We could all hang out together but not feel like we were on top of one another. Such a fun weekend!

We couldn’t have loved this home and our stay anymore. The home itself was beautiful, super clean, very spacious, and stocked with anything you could need. The home is fully updated and beautifully decorated. We stayed with our 3 young kids and another family for my husbands 40th birthday and it was the perfect space for our mini union. Everyone was super impressed with the amount of space we had. The location to the beach and boardwalk made it convenient for a day at the beach. During our stay, we had a few quick questions and Lindsay got back to us in minutes. They have signage all over the house answering all your questions about how to use the different amenities and how to dispose of trash. It made for an easy and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this vacation home. We can’t wait to stay again!

The house was beautiful, comfy and so enjoyable. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Loved all the decks, which our timing was perfect for a full moon siting. Both adults and kids enjoyed hanging out.

Property is very nice. TV was unusual for us, being 100% internet TV, so we were not used to that, but we are not at the shore to watch TV are we? Same with the internet. It dropped all the time, frequently reporting "connection without internet", but then why are we on our devices when we have a beach to get to? And only 2 blocks was a quick walk or drive to drop stuff off. Plenty of parking at the property, which was VERY MUCH appreciated. So nice to have an outside "shower." It is not enclosed, so keep your suit on, but best to wash off even so. Oh, before you use any dishes, run them through the dishwasher since the previous tenants may not have washed them (must not leave dishes in dishwasher when leaving, so who knows if the tenant before you hand-washed them or not?). The owner is very responsive if you have any issues at all, which is very comforting. Have a good time!!!!

Fabulous 4th at the shore
Our family of 6 and 6 of our kid’s friends joined us for a wonderful week at the beach. We had gorgeous weather and the house couldn’t have been better for our large group. The location was great with a quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the shops in Lavallette or the rides on the boardwalk! Will definitely return!!

The house itself was marvelous. We were all thoroughly impressed with the property and couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for our stay. The house was modern and had a lot of spaces for relaxing and sleeping. The beds and couch were comfortable, and there is a lot of space for parking. It is situated very close to the beach and boardwalk, which made day trips to the boardwalk very accessible.
