Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo Fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen Cable TV in 2 Rooms Ceiling Fans Throughout (4) [STVR-19-363811] • Oceanfront Location• Sunset Views Year Round• Quiet, Residential Location• Walk to restaurants & stores• Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Surfing Nearby• Three pools, including one that is oceanfront• 2 Lighted Tennis Courts with stripes for pickle ball• 3 Hot Tubs & 3 BBQ Stations• Tropical Gardens & Flowers• Activities Desk & On-site Security Starting September 3rd 2024 the Kanaloa parking lot will be re-paved. The project will be done in sections from Sept 3rd through the end of November. Work will usually be performed between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm but work may be needed on Saturday and Sunday to maintain the schedule. I liked the home overall. Good location, stores close by, oceanfront- beautiful sunsets. Went to the pool one day- it was OK.
Only recommendation would be to update the couch. It looks pretty dirty- not sure if the color makes it look that way but I couldn’t make myself sit on it.

Amazing view! Spacious condo that came with beach accessories and all the kitchen supplies you need. Loved the location, the complex has 3 beautiful pools, one over looking the ocean. A beautiful short walk to the local grocery store with friendly people and reasonable prices.

Loved everything, perfect location, deck was wonderful. Loved the big shower, kitchen was just right. The stairs at the entry were a lot for an older person. Other than that, it was great!

We rented this unit for a family vacation, and it was perfect! With some of us coming from Japan and some of us from the US mainland, Hawaii is an easy choice for our time together. This condo has everything you could want: an amazing oceanfront view from the lanai, enough space for everyone to spread out, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, extremely well-stocked kitchen, and assigned parking nearby. There are also things you don't often find in rental condos, but really made a difference in our enjoyment: stuff for the beach (coolers, snorkel gear, noodles, mats, towels), supplies like dishwashing detergent and shampoo and body wash in the showers. Anyway, it may not sound like a big deal, but staying in a place where everything you need is already there vs. staying in a place where the first thing you have to do is go buy paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, and bath stuff (when you're only going to use a little bit) makes a huge difference in the quality of your stay, and the feeling of welcome. We ate everything in the welcome gift basket, too! I would be very happy to have a chance to stay here again, and highly recommend #2003 to anyone else visiting Big Island.

This bit of Kona paradise will not disappoint you. The home is lovely, spacious, well appointed, very clean and very comfortable. The sights and sounds of the ocean just envelop you and create a feeling of peacefulness and calm. You won’t want to leave the large deck facing the ocean….and watch the play of light and sky on the ocean…a perfect condo in every way.

The accommodations had an incredible ocean view. We enjoyed just sitting on the veranda watching the tide come in. The condo itself was beautiful. Plenty of room, and everything you could have asked for. Great stay!

We had the best stay!! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. You are on the water...every night the sounds of the ocean were fantastic. The condo had everything you could need! Lots of great information on how to use everything! Would stay again!

This property is very gorgeous. The lanai is large and the view is amazing. There are three pools and lots of BBQ grills in the resort. The downside is the check-out requirements are a little too much (we have to wash sheets and towels, run dishwasher, and remove garbage).

Beautiful views and location
The views from this condo are breathtaking. This is beautiful property inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen and all the other amenities (coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc.). Would highly recommend staying here for your time on the Big Island.

This lovely condo is perfectly located to explore the Big Island of Hawaii. The grounds are well kept, and pool and spa just close enough to use daily but not so close as to be noisy.
I was delighted to see the green granite in the kitchen is even more gorgeous than the photos show and the lighting shows it off beautifully. The well stocked book collection is DELIGHTFUL! There are books about fishes you'll see, books on Hawaiian cooking, history, mysteries, etc.
The condo itself does have a good flight of stairs to climb once you enter so you might want to be aware of that, but it is worthwhile to be on the top floor, the view is amazing.
The kitchen has everything you need just in case you decide to cook. Also, there is a grocery store just a minute or two , with a decent deli. Oh- be on the lookout for GIANT avocados the size of ostrich eggs. And if you are there on a Saturday morning be sure to take in the Farmer's Market in the Longs Drugs parking lot by the grocery store. Nice!
One thing, dear visitors, if you want to snorkel, use a mineral based sunscreen so you don't kill coral. And be sure everyone in your group has practiced using mask, snorkel, AND FINS in the pool FIRST. If you cannot keep your feet up, or if you won't use a snorkel, do not venture near coral. It is sickening to see folks trample coral because they are inexperienced or just oblivious to what they are doing. Hawaii has a beautiful asset in it's coral reef, it is worth protecting and preserving so it will be there to enjoy in the future.

This is a beautiful furnished condo. The view from the linai is as beautiful as the pictures show. We spent our evening listening to the waves crash against the rocks. The kitchen has condiments and a few spices. There is a grocery store near by. There is a walking path along the ocean. The pools are beautiful. We stayed here the first week in April and the pools were never crowded. The condo is very clean and spacious. We hope to return. Mahalo!

Walking area in neighborhood is nice. Drive to snorkel beaches. Walking distance to a resort where there are many vendors for activities ie Manta-ray snorkel tours, kayak/canoe rentals. Plenty of books to read if you just want some quiet time in the condo. The Hawaii guide books in the condo were also very useful. Wasn’t able to contact any of the property management staff listed on the website but was able to reach the owner who got back to me within a few hours. I was caught off guard with the extra VRBO charge which is no fault of the owner( it is supposedly charged to provide 24/7 service which clearly they didn’t provide when I attempted to contact the listed number day before my trip and while checking out- no answer and some automated text that made no sense as it applied to someone who might be looking to book not someone who has already paid the entire cost of stay) . Overall a great stay. If it’s available, book it!!!

The Lanai has beautiful views of the ocean, and we spent most mornings and evenings there. The condo is conveniently located to several beaches, grocery store, and restaurants. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

Condo is on the 2nd floor. A big flight of steps inside door. It was difficult to get our luggage up to condo. . Washer didn’t work on day before we left so had to go to a laundromat.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, had everything we needed and more, and was in a beautiful community with pools and a great walking path by the ocean. The view from the lanai was stunning and we loved listening to the crashing waves!

Indulging in an oceanfront condo during whale season is the ultimate reward after staying close to home for so long due to Covid. The unit was very clean and felt perfectly safe. Appreciated the beach supplies, well-equipped kitchen and excellent information provided about the unit, the property and local attractions.

Location and complex were nice, but the condo is lacking in upkeep and is tired and was a little dirty (hair in the shower, walls dirty, scuffed) and the equipment falling apart- tennis racquets old and balls so flat, beach chairs literally falling apart, fins torn, umbrella shoddy, and changing extra for air conditioning a little ridiculous. Location was nice, appliances were also nice, but really the condo needs to be painted, water comes out of the shower since there is no door, condo needs a thoroughly cleaning, de-cluttering of used games and toys, and all beach and sports equipment needs to be replaced besides the towels.
