Located in Anaheim, this attractive house for $324 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Lovely Pool Home perfect for two families. Two master suites, one with Cal King Bed and private bath, one with a Queen bed and private bath. Two children's bedrooms with Full over Full Bunk beds share a bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms have 43' plasmas TVs. All bedrooms have upgraded carpets. Laminate wood and tile floors throughout the rest of the home. Open concept kitchen with custom cherry wood paneled cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Breakfast nook at the granite bar countertop seats four. The dining room seats eight comfortably. Main Living Room cable TV and blue-ray/DVD player. The sofa has a queen-sized sleeper. The home has wireless high-speed internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The game room is off of the living room in the garage. The game room has toys, ping pong, a full-size billiard table, air hockey, and a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, there are strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers to use. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, with natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool, pool heated to 82. *All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We had an action packed stay, Expo, California Adventure, Half Marathon and Disneyland. It was nice being close to everything and not driving too far. We had some down time at the house also for some awesome R & R.

The house itself was great, and in an awesome location. We enjoyed the Disney fireworks each night, and were pleased with the size of the house for our family.
Unfortunately it is a little beat up, and quite ‘lived in.’ It was just a resting place for us between Disney days, so we were not too disappointed- but the drywall and baseboards are in need of repair and it could use a deep clean. Lots of dust on fixtures and bed frames. And the pool/back door alarm is outrageous. No disarm button outside- so that thing is going off every single time you come in. Definitely needs some adjusting.

We stayed at this home during our Disneyland & Universal Studios trip. There were 8 family members that stayed here. We enjoyed our stay the kitchen was fully stocked, bath towels for each of us plus pool towels. Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable but the house itself made up for it. We were able to see the fireworks from the front yard of the house. There is a local neighborhood Walmart close by. Disneyland is a very close drive but not close enough to walk to and from, after walking Disneyland the entire day. There is a Shakeys pizza close by that we also enjoyed. We did take advantage of the pool and grill. The pool alarm is a little annoying but understandable for guests with small children. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again for our next family vacation.

This was the perfect house to stay at for our family vacation. There was 9 of us and it met all of our needs and we loved that we had our own pool! Very short distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. We even were able to see the fireworks at night from the house!! A lot of people in reviews complained about the pool alarm, however, having a 1 & 3 year old I appreciated the alarm. It eased my mind knowing it was there! I would recommend this house and would stay again if we ever went back.

This rental is perfectly located near to everything we needed for a magical Disney family vacation. It was nice to decompress here as well between Disney stints.

As soon as you drive up to the house, it is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool was used all the time. The kitchen had everything you needed. The games garage saw some family battles to last a lifetime.
Areas for improvement
-installing a bypass for the alarmed doors going to the pool deck
-fire pit for roasting mellows
-cushions for outdoor patio chairs. There was a stray cat that was sleeping on them and gave house cats flee bites

Had to jump thru hoops to rent this property to begin with. Then when we finally got the code and got in, we left within 30 minutes of entering the property. There was a very strong smell in the house, almost like a lot of disinfectant was used to mask other odors- very overwhelming! Decided to go in backyard and use pool. Backyard has dead bird in landscaping and dead lizard in yard. Cushions in back seat covered in animal hair. Fake fingernails on cement under patio table. Garbage cans on curb for trash collection and men shuffling thru the trash, collecting and plastic bottles for returnables. After being robbed in Anaheim the night prior, this property did not feel safe, especially in the given neighborhood. I didn’t bother contacting management, we would not have felt comfortable sleeping here

We spend a few days visiting colleges nearby and going to Disney. It is close enough that you can walk to Disney, but if you are going to spend the whole day walking from one attraction to the next, it will be very tiring. The house has everything you need and everything works fine. Weather was not very good, so we did not use the pool, but it looked really nice. 5 stars.

The house is nice but there were quite a few issues that we encountered. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, the pool was not heated to the right temperature, the kitchen utensils and cookware were not properly cleaned and the pots/pans and dishes were quite outdated and old. Most windows were unlocked upon arrival and the refrigerator light was out. The air hockey game in the garage did not work properly and had dead spots where air did not come out of. The pin pong balls were broken and my kids were unable to play with them. We also have a family member in a wheelchair and there are a lot of steps throughout the home that were not mentioned in the listing nor are they prominent in any of the photos. the bathrooms are super small and not more than one person can shower at the same time because the water gets too cold. The house was super hot at night even after turning off the heater. Kept turning on automatically.

We have stayed at this vacation home before and we can tell there has been some upgrades - new flooring in the kitchen appliances all done very well. The layout of the home was perfect for our multi family needs, and with little ones we appreciated the door alarms into the backyard with the pool, which we enjoyed, including the barbecue after a fun day at Disneyland .

We stayed here for my daughters 6th birthday trip to Disneyland and it was perfect. There was 6 adults and 2 children and we fit very comfortably. The check in process was very easy. Communication with LaDonna and their staff was excellent, I had all the information I needed before entering the home. I had two questions while in the home and I received a reply within minutes which was so helpful. The property is so close to Disneyland it was easy to be able to come back and rest in the middle of day! My husband is currently deployed so he was worried about safety but I felt 100% safe inside the home and neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be booking with this company again!

The property was good it wasn’t as new as the pictures showed and some of the appliances didn’t work… smaller than pictures show as well and awkward lost of different levels and steps throughout the house. We had a great time though

Our experience at the property was overall good. Our first this has nothing to do with the house or management company, it rained for 5 out of the 6 days we were there. We did find the house as advertised but a little more used than what we expected. Pool was nice even if we could only use it one day because of the weather (cold & rain). We found some issues with the cleanliness of the home, HVAC filter had not been chance for a while, was plugged and requested them to change it and they did right away. The interaction I had with the management company was great, she responded right away to all my requests. Our overall experience was fine, and we enjoyed our time at the home and in Disney even with the bad weather.

This property was clean, easy, check in and close to Disneyland! My only complaint was the tile in the bathroom was loose and tile was cracked throughout the house. It’s an expensive property for having those issues in my opinion. Otherwise it was great!

My family & I stayed for Thanksgiving & the weekend after. The property was everything I expected from the advertisement. Definitely a plus! Everything was clean & very comfortable. My only complaint with the property itself would be not having the option to change the thermostat. There were ceiling fans in only 2 rooms. You can imagine with the weather being 82° & cooking Thanksgiving dinner, it got really hot inside & took quite some time to cool down.
On the other hand, I have 1 complaint about the property management company..... After booking & leading up to our arrival, communication was absolutely TERRIBLE! For months I was unable to speak with anyone to answer any questions I had prior to arrival. Emails were unanswered, phone calls to the number listed on Google were to a disconnected number & emails that were answered DAYS later were promises of return calls that never happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As a business owner myself, I know how important customer service is. It can make or break your business. There definitely has to be some changes made on that end.
All in all..... I enjoyed this property & without the terrible communication, I would recommend to others.

A good place to stay for visiting the Disney parks in Anaheim. The house is fully equipped and in a quiet neighborhood very close to the parks, just a few minutes with a car.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms give you enough space. There is one point which is less satisfying and that is the pool area. The doors to the pool area are equipped with an alarm, which you can bypass, but only from the inside! This means that one person always needs to stay inside as you cannot leave the door open or the alarm will go off when you open the door from the outside to go back in. There should be a way added to avoid this, because you cannot fully enjoy the pool at this moment.

There was 9 of us staying on the property and we were all very comfortable. Lots of space for us all. It's a 23 minute walk to Disney which was great. The property is very well maintained for the most part.

Cons: As other reviews mentioned the alarm to the pool area, it is really annoying and loud. The cracks on the tile floor in the kitchen are getting worse. I have a 7 month old that loves to be moving and we have to be careful when both of the kids are around that area. The master restroom has a bad mildew smell. The toilet really needs to be fixed so that the water is not running down the toilet forever. I have to lift the flush handle after I flush every time.
Pros: Really close to Disneyland as advertised. You can sort of see the fireworks from the driveway in front of the house. The pool and the A/C in the house really make it really nice to come back to after a long day at the park around 100 degrees. The game room in the garage is a plus as well.

3 moms, 6 kids ranging from 11-20 years old and we fit wonderfully in the house! It was really clean and exactly as explained on the website. The management team communicated really well leading up to our trip and the tablet with checkin, instructions, and local info was wonderful! We loved having the space to hangout and recap from our days at Disney. It was an easy uber ride to and from the park.

Overall location was awesome. Disney, our family in Tustin, huntingdon and even the beach was super easy for us. The age of the property showed through. Multiple tiles in the kitchen broken and moving. Issues with 2 of 3 toilets. 1 resolved very quickly, same day, and the other couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Dropping us from 3 toilets to 2. Luckily we had 4 family members not come or this would have been a much bigger issue. Queen mattress in 2nd suite was so old and uncomfortable. Old pillows. Just outdated old feeling. Pool was nice to have. Multiple cats on the back yard. Some family is very allergic. So they didn’t use the chairs that were covered in cat hair. TV in main suite had lines through it and bad cable connection. Last thing all the shower heads of course had hard mineral build up. This may be a California thing but soaking them or replacing them would be nice.

We loved the location and the pool. Loved the closeness to Disneyland and highways to get around town. It definitely needs some updates and new carpets. We had one maintenance concern that was quickly taken care of. The many pages of rules are a bit overwhelming.

This is a nice place close to Disneyland. It's a little over a mile which is fine to walk in the cool weather but it's a bit much when it's really hot or after you have been at the park all day. Taking a Lyft is pretty easy and not that much.
The house itself worked out really well for our group of 8. Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms helped as 7 of us were girls. The only warning is that unlike most rental houses there is no food or continents left behind such as cooking oil, coffee. sugar, etc. So either bring it with you or make sure you grab it from the store. There is an El Super, Walmart and other grocery stores close by to pick up whatever you need.

I loved everything about the property. You will be required to fill out paperwork unlike most other VRBO’s but be patient, it’s worth it. Anaheim has a strict law on short term rentals so the owner is required to abide by these requirements. So a little painful up front but we’ll worth it. Had a great vacation and will come again soon.

Nice location thought did not appreciate the surveillance aspect and the back door alarm.
We did not bring children and would have had a better experience without the strict rules about not being able to go outside after 10 PM. Toilet in middle bathroom wobbles.

Great property with a nice size pool in the backyard and it is only .9 miles to the gates of Disneyland. You can Uber for 7 bucks and you don’t have to pay to park.
