Situated in South Jordan, this attractive condo for $150 per night is a great choice for your next break. This is a roomy basement level apartment with plenty of natural light , and a a private entrance situated in a beautiful South Jordan, Utah neighborhood. It has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of relaxing space, and comfortable dining and seating areas. There is a new washer and dryer, new toilet, in a room by itself, and now, another toilet also in a room separate from the bathing facilities. These toilets, separate from the two bathing rooms (one with a sit down shower and sink, and one with a tub/shower and sink,) are especially convenient for large groups where showering, bathing, and toileting can all be accomplished privately and simultaneously .This is a wonderful bonus for large groups with places to go, and many to get ready in a hurry. Photos of the additional toilet area are forthcoming. Our large, roomy apartment is less than ten minutes away from restaurants, malls and theaters, as well as the Jordan Rier, Draper, and Oquirhh Mountain temples. Nearby TRAX, I-15 and Bangerter Highway, easy access to Temple Square, The Gateway and City Creek malls, Lagoon and the Hoogle Zoo to the north To the south, the Aquarium, Thanksgiving Point. The mountains and ski resorts of the Wasatch Range are thirty minutes to the east. There is easy access to Salt Lake Intl. airport. Enjoy preparing your own meals with a fully equipped kitchen and ample dining area. Skip the hassle of laundromats, there is an on sight washer and dryer. Parking is available for up to four vehicles. Comfortably sleeps up to 15 people, with an additional safe space for baby. Wifi available.

Laurie's basement rental is our first choice to stay when visiting UT as a family. It's clean and spacious. Lighting is well done in every room. It does not feel like you're in a basement.
I enjoy the large kitchen and room for us all to visit. The house is well stocked with pots/pans and spices, sheets, towels, soap, etc. Just about everything you'd need is provided. There is a roomy wall pantry to store all your food.
The bathroom arrangement may seem odd at first but it is perfect for a large group. There are 2 toilet rooms and 2 shower/sink rooms. Full length mirrors in the bedrooms also help everyone to get ready for an event.
It's located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Laurie is easy to contact if you need anything. Otherwise, she leaves you alone to enjoy your stay.
I look forward to our next stay to make more family memories!

This is a perfect place to stay. It was clean, matched the pictures, and conveniently located for my purposes and for Salt Lake. It is really spacious and can fit a ton (my family is 7). What impressed me the most was how well stocked it was with everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. and the owner left us cookies when we arrived-so cute!! It was a very nice week!

There was plenty of room in the kitchen for all of us to eat together. And the owners left a plate of cookies for us, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We've stayed here twice now, and we have had no issues whatsoever. It's spacious. Easy check in and check out process. The host was gracious enough to let us have a babysitter for my kids so we could attend my sister's graduation ceremony. The property was great for our needs. Thank you!

We used this basement apartment as a place to sleep and shower- we weren’t there during the day. We had a family of 13 and all had a place to sleep. The layout is unique, but we liked it. The large bunk room had lots of additional floor space for playing or sleeping. The kitchen is very accessible for a large family. The separate toilets and showers are also nice for a large family.
If we were staying at home all day, we may have felt differently, but for our needs, it was extremely functional and we all loved it. We also loved the well-placed children’s toys and art supplies.
The host was helpful and kind when we needed her.

Everything was great. Access and parking was easy. Very spacious and clean, easy to move around. Our 1 year old liked the room to crawl around. It suited our needs perfectly. Reasonably priced for the amount of space you get access to.

SO MUCH SPACE!!
Traveling with a youth rugby team in the summer heat is STRESSFUL but being able to stay here made a world of difference. We worried about everyone feeling on top of each other or squished but it was so roomy! General consensus was "WOOOOW! This is NIIIICE!" This was our first Vrbo experience. I read some horror stories and was nervous but we were far from disappointed! 10/10 would recommend!

Quilting Retreat
We had four of us staying to work on quilting projects and didn't want to cook, so brought a cook. The kitchen was well-stocked, even with quality knives (rare!), nicely laid out and spacious. It's a really cute space with so many beds! And toilets and sink/bathing space nicely separated. Our hostess was eager and willing to help us feel comfortable. Huge fenced patio for children to play on.

Weekend coaching.
Several of us come together at different locations in our region to work with coaches. When we meet in Salt Lake, several of us stay at this VRBO. We have stayed here 3 times now and it is perfect for us! The place is well stocked with everything we need; cooking utensils, beds and bedding, towels, blow dryer, etc. and the hostess is very nice and accommodating! Has even come to see us perform!

New Year's Eve Fun
We have made a tradition with my kids on New Year's Eve we stay somewhere, go out to eat, play games and bring in the New Year. This started in a hotel as the grandkids come we get a little bigger. So this VRBO was a great spot this year too stay for the weekend. Plenty of comfy beds for everyone. Clean and roomy for all. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at this property while my son recovered from surgery in Salt Lake. It was absolutely perfect for our needs! The kitchen had everything we could possibly want or need (even items that helped us make special food for his restricted diet). The beds were so comfortable and the entire place had a peaceful, quiet ambience. It was exactly what we needed- a place full of everything we needed but also comfortable, peaceful, and quiet.
The location is perfect, with many stores close by, and the interstate and Bangerter Highway are just a few minutes away. It's a great location when you have other places around the valley to go to.
Our family is large, so I especially loved the bathroom configuration. No waiting or fighting to get into the bathrooms! This really was the best place to stay and our host was so accommodating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
