This is one of the best-located properties in Athens. The simple, modern design of this home makes for a relaxed, carefree stay. Unique windows and room design provide glorious light while providing privacy from the street. A kitchen where you can really enjoy cooking. Off-street parking accommodates 4 cars (up to 6 cars if you want to pack them in on game days) with additional parking available on the street. The house has three spacious bedrooms. The Master Suite on the main level has a queen bed with Leesa mattress, walk-in shower, and antique claw-foot soaking tub. Upstairs bedrooms are separated by a wide landing, providing privacy and sound isolation. Upstairs, the King Room has a memory foam king bed with tub/shower and walk-in closet. The Queen Room has a queen bed with Leesa mattress, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings that add to the feeling of spaciousness. In addition, there is a queen inflatable mattress and a full-size futon if needed. There is also a half bath on the main level. Dudley Park is directly across the street, with the Oconee River Greenway just around the corner. Make the 3-minute walk to Mama's Boy for the best (and most fun) breakfast or lunch in Athens, then stroll downtown or walk back along Trail Creek and the Oconee River to the house via the beautiful greenway. Downtown Athens has a well deserved reputation for food, music, and fun, while greater Athens provides concerts, museums, markets, the state botanical gardens, hiking, biking, water sports on the French Broad River and, of course, all things UGA!

Stayed at this property for a wedding at the Botanical Gardens. Close to downtown, super clean, and a fully fenced yard for our two small dogs made this place a perfect place to stay. An easy walk to Mama’s Boy for brunch!

What a special weekend we had in this beautiful home. It was our daughter’s wedding weekend in Athens. We had the bride and 5 bridesmaids get ready in the home on the day of. There was plenty of room for everyone due to the spaciousness of the home. The day after we hosted a family breakfast and every guest commented on what a beautiful home this is. Even our dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. The owners were so gracious and accommodating to us so we could enjoy this special occasion. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend in Athens at the end of September visiting our daughter. This property was absolutely everything we needed and wanted it to be. We walked everywhere we went downtown and on campus. We cannot wait to book another weekend in this lovely home!

Absolutely wonderful property. Well stocked, well maintained, and comfortable. Directions were clear, recommendations were spot on. Had a quick question, and the property manager responded immediately. Easy walk to the stadium, nearby park and restaurants. Loved the fire pit area. Can't wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our kids and grandkids as we attended the Georgia-Ball State football game. Everything was just as advertised. We all enjoyed the proximity to the stadium and downtown Athens. We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean, check-in was easy, house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. And has a very cool architectural vibe. We didn’t use it, but it has a really neat back patio area with a fire pit. Hosts were excellent to deal with. We are already looking at dates that we can book this home again.

This property offered all that We needed and expected for our stay. It was very clean, neat and well provided for with linens dishes, utensils, and cookware. Everything was in great condition. The AC did not disappoint. The property was quite and feels very private. The owner reached out shortly after we arrived to see if we needed anything. They also checked on us during a storm one night. I thought both times were very nice and thoughtful of them. Should we ever need to visit Athens for an extended stay again we would definitely book this property! Thankyou Stephen and Jill!!

What a unique property to visit. Our 7 year French Bulldog fell in love with the fenced in hilly back yard. The yard could be used for family fire pit fun. The cement downstair floors were beautiful with a huge stone step to the raised fully equipped kitchen. Loved the the whole unique design. Would definitely recommend a place to stay.

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect true 3 bed/ 3.5 bath house with futon for extra sleeping space in between the two bedrooms upstairs. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our two dogs who stayed with us for the weekend.

We rented this house to attend a wedding in Athens. We also wanted to bring our dogs and this house was perfect for us. The first night we enjoyed some fire pit time on the patio. The next day, we walked the dogs in the park right across the street, stopped at Mama’s Boy and put our name on the list, dropped dogs off, and returned in time to have a delicious brunch there. Then we walked the dogs downtown where the Twilight cycling event was going on. Enjoyed a visit to Classic City brewery and got back to the house in plenty of time to get ready for the wedding. The vibe of the house is really cool and everything was very clean. The owners are very considerate and left us water bottles and snacks. They let us know we could check in earlier and leave later. We would definitely seek out this house if we needed to stay in Athens again. The location is very convenient.

Great house very conveniently located near campus and many restaurants and other locations. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Check-in was extremely easy and the owners were proactive in offering an early check-in and late check-out as needed.

This house was great! We stayed in Athens while visiting Georgia for the Masters. We wanted a house in a fun town close to restaurants and golf and got it all with this house. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. If we get lucky enough to attend the Masters again, we'll stay here for sure! 5 stars all around!!!

Enjoyed staying at Mulberry St with another family for parents weekend. So much better than a hotel…our uga students were able to hang out and stay over if they wanted. The house is fully stocked and set up nicely.

So happy we stumbled upon this listing. First off, the owners are incredibly nice and their response time for communications is second to none. The house is very cool with a great vibe, love the architecture and setup. House was super clean and it is a very relaxing place to hang out. On a quiet street in cool neighborhood that is across from a park and really close to UGA. I would give 6 stars across all categories if that was an option!

This was our third time staying at this lovely home. It has almost become a second home for us! We had four adults, and we all had so much space. The home is clean and modern, and the back yard with the fire pit became our go-to spot for wine and conversation. The owners are wonderful to work with, always responded quickly, and provided lots of information. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Will be back! :)

We had the best time and everything was absolutely perect!! We were in town for our kids' travel soccer tournament. We were a party of 7 (18, 18, 16. 16, and 11 yrs olds in addition to my husband and I). We had plenty of room. The house is conveniently located to everything. We will definitely rent again the next time we are in Athens.
