About this house rental
Spacious and bright two-story house ( 2,500 square-foot home ) with plenty of room for family and friends, can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room.
The home is designed with an open floor plan that provides a comfortable flow between the family room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 4—the dining room table seats 6. Also on the first floor there is an office that can be used as a bedroom using a roll up bed. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms.
A roomy master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub, and windows overlooking the lake.
Also located upstairs is a second bathroom with a shower, and there are three charming bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds, and the other two bedrooms each have a Queen bed.
The backyard is equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ, propane fire pit. providing another beautiful space for friends and family to enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, a book, a sunset, or a conversation by the lake.
We provide linens, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, picnic supplies, and lots of other resources to make your stay at my Florida lake house hassle-free and fun!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was nice and the view overlooking the lake was pretty. It was close to the highway so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted. Only 40 min to Miami or Key Largo. We had four small issues while there: 1) we had to unplug the washer to reset it each time we wanted to use it otherwise it wouldn’t start the cycle. 2) the dryer took a cycle and a half to dry our clothes even on high heat and 3) the closet labeled “pool towels” only had one towel in it. We assumed pool/beach towels would be provided since the listing included linens. There were plenty of bath and hand towels, wash clothes, bed linens and dish towels. 4) Friday night the neighbors had a gathering that was quite loud and lasted until almost 2:30 in the morning. Like I said the issues we had were small and it was an overall good house for the money.

Well maintained, clean, spacious. Easy access to main highways. We visited the Keys while here. Traffic is a nightmare but manageable with patience.

We were seeking a clean, comfortable home very near Homestead Miami International Raceway. This home met our needs very well....just a quick 15 to 20 minutes to the track. We found our host to be very responsive and hospitable.
