Cute and comfortable home. Plenty of room to relax when we were not exploring Miami, Homestead and the Keys. It was a great central location for our first time visit to the area. The front porch is a welcoming area to enjoy morning coffee. The backyard had ample seating, an amazing hot tub and beautiful trees and plants.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Our host took care of everything and the location was perfect to explore the Everglades. The outside amenities really make this a special place - perfect for our large group - giving everyone space to relax.

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! We were a large group traveling for a wedding, and this location was ideal for us, but the real gem was the owner, Madgreen, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating. I would love to stay at this property again for an extended time, the house was very comfortable and well equipped. We highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

The host was amazing. She was very responsive and sweet, helpful, and communicative. But... the house was not everything we thought it was, especially with the pictures. Heres our HONEST feedback. The dishwasher needs to be anchored in the cabinet, it isn't, so it definitely scares you when it almost falls out of the wall when you're loading dishes. Easy fix, just not done. There's too many appliances on the counter, so there's no place to actually cook. If you're going to host a place that houses 12 people you definitely need more space. The small table in the kitchen is cute, but you just don't use it, more counter space, or cabinets to keep stuff would be better. There's no place to put groceries either. There's definitely a need for more essentials as well, like measuring cups and mixing bowls. Hard to cook without essentials. The beds are SOOOO loud. They are very squeaky. Hard to sleep when they make so much noise if you move at all. Also, if you are a big person, the 4x4 showers are VERY difficult to take showers in. The downstairs bathroom faucet is hard to turn on. The chickens that run the property are cute, but very annoying sounding their alarms at 5am. The neighborhood is not the best. We had no problems, but its definitely not in the best neighborhood and it would have been nice to read that in one of the reviews. The house is very eclectic and old, very cute. The yard is great, but you will be COVERED in bugs so be prepared.
