The rooms were clean and comfy

They must check the rooms that will be occupied that night and do the dusting try open windows or aircon for fresh air . And take out spider webs on the ceiling. Dust off the bedding cos find some ants and millipede under the pillows. But all in all it’s a good and beautiful establishment, it has a beautiful view especially at night. Staff very friendly. Facilities good. The location defines privacy. Ohh the security guards know their work. Always in the move insuring that you and your cars you’re safe. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend others to visit this establishment. Thank you

Mosquitos in the bedroom

The bed, mattress and pillow was very comfortable, has some good amenities and the view from the swimming pool.
Worst staff and check-in process ever. After we had a 7 hours flight, 360 km driving, 15 minutes to find the building because its bad location plus 20 minutes looking for someone in the late night to check us in and nobody was there. During the reservation I specifically asked for a late check-in and an early check-out (so we obviously would had a very short sleeping time), sent a message that we was going to arrive about midnight (and we arrived 30 minutes before) and had a confirmation response. When we got there, completely exhausted, the reception desk was closed, there was only a security guard and he obviously didn't have the keys for the rooms and couldn't check us in, he didn't have credits on his mobile (not his fault bcuz the hotel should allow him to make phone calls from the hotel telephone), he couldn't call the manager so we had to stay there for a while in the late and cold night until we find a way to call the manager.
About the room, it is tight, could be cleaner and was weird have a shower with a transparent glass door right in front of the bed.
