Wonderful stay at this house! Literally sits right on the beach, ideal location in terms of beach and also getting to Pier 60 area which is about 6-8 minute drive. Walk down to the ocean is a minute or less! Gorgeous beach and water which for most of the days was like bath water temperature! We lucked out with 85-90 degrees everyday we were there. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 4), and it was perfect for our group! The kids shared a bedroom with 2 double beds, my husband and I slept in a king bed next door to them, and had 1 bathroom for us 4; and my sister slept on the other side of the house in her own bedroom with her own bathroom which was awesome for her! House layout is great. Host was very responsive about any question via text. Pool is a little small but was great for our 2 young kids and to just sit in/cool down. Had no issues at all with anything in the house itself (appliances, AC, etc). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a smaller group like ours!

Back patio was very dirty full of sand and leaves pool full of sand and leaves and the bathroom. Definitely need to be updated. Otherwise the place is absolutely gorgeous.

We loved the location and understood there was a rush to get house ready and repaired, but there were too many things not renovated correctly. Fridge door popped open when it shut, breaker tripped a few times causing cold showers, glass found by edge of beach on the property.Flies in bathroom because it wasnt sealed properly. We still had to paid full price even though it wasn't up to standards. It was a great spot.and worked fine, but just not quite worth price.
