Nestled in Historic Montford, this charming condo for $159 per night is a great choice for your next break. Asheville is awesome, and it's even better when you make our Montford condo your home base! Enjoy quiet neighborhood living, with downtown Asheville just around the corner. Renovated in 2017, with clean, modern finishes throughout. Enjoy 1,632 square feet of living space, with an open floor plan, lovely hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite in the kitchen. Fully outfitted with everything you need for a great extended stay! About a 10 minute walk to downtown, with easy access to highways. 25% off your stay of 30 nights or longer * Sleeps up to 8 adults, up to 10 if you're traveling with kids: 1 King; 1 Queen; 2 Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds. * Off-street parking. ** We love pets, and yours are welcome! $100 pet fee per booking applies. ** 6% North Carolina occupancy tax applies to all bookings fewer than 90 days. Stays of 90 or more days are not subject to occupancy tax.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it. The location is also ideal to get around the area.

We travel full time, all over the country, and this place is one of the best we’ve stayed. It’s walking distance to downtown and the River Arts District. There are plenty of essentials (plates, bowls, TP) and amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher). The house is modern and pretty.
The one downside is the occasional upstairs wifi hiccup. It is great downstairs and at the provided desk, but if you have multiple people working and need different rooms to take meetings the person upstairs may temporarily lose connectivity. We worked around it fine, especially with tethering on our phones.
The host was super responsive and generous. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful home close to Downtown Asheville
This house was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. Close to downtown. Also convenient to activities outside of Downtown. The house provided everything we needed while on vacation. Will definitely look at this house if we come back for a lengthy stay in Asheville with our kids!

Right at home in the best neighborhood in Asheville!
This condo is so beautiful we wanted to buy one of our own! Brand new, extremely clean, fully stocked with great extra's. This owner really took the time to make people feel right at home. Libby is the best! I asked if she had a blender, she had one shipped from Amazon & it was waiting at the front door the day of our check in. She gets right back to you if you need anything & is so genuinely caring & helpful. I hate to recommend this place because I want it to be available at all times for me & my family! Very close to everything in Asheville; shopping, restaurants, hiking, climbing, biking, golf..the list is endless. This is a true gem...!
