Fantasia in Pacific City is located in the beachfront community of Tierra Del Mar. This three bedroom, one and a half bath home has room for eight or less guests. On the lower entry level of this vacation home is a bedroom with a king bed and TV. In the hallway is an alcove with a twin bed for sleeping or to snuggle up on and read a book. There is a half bath on the entry level of the home that also doubles as the laundry room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with both a twin-twin bunk bed and a full bed. There is a tub and shower combination bath on this floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open for the family to move freely about. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or a nice family dinner. The living room has cable TV and a DVD player with a selection of movies. Wi-Fi is also available for its guests at this rental. There is a nice sized deck overlooking the enclosed yard below, and beach access is only one block from the home. This area of the coast is great for beachcombing and is a favorite spot for surfers. There is a fire pit in the backyard to make s'mores with the family and talk about the days adventures. House had everything we needed, looked great and in the perfect location. Tierra del Mar is the second best beach on the Oregon coast.

We had a great time despite dog poop everywhere outside including urine by the front door, there were a few jets in the hot tub that didn’t work, the tv had no remote, dog hair on the pool table, several of the games were broken or needed new accessories. They have lots of board games. I was thankful that we caught the cleaning crew because they left dog food in the dog dishes and the high chair was dirty. It was very spacious and it has a beautiful view!

Clean and nicely located. Only issue is that VRBO advertised it and charged for services and then let me know a local vacation rental company actually managed it. Paid twice for management and listing services. Crappy way to do business.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Wonderful property just north of Pacific City with great access to the beach. Dog-friendly house that has a nice fenced yard. No beach view, but the short access to a long stretch of beach definitely made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay here for a much-needed winter weekend vacation. No cell coverage here but that was kind of a blessing. Had issues with the wi-fi at first but the property company was easy to work with helped us get it working.
