Nestled in Keystone, this lovely house for $207 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed with trundle. The vaulted ceilings lend an open feel and the updated kitchen is perfect for making home-cooked meals. The spacious patio offers beautiful views. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby, you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and area festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. The entryway has a closet, bench and mounted hooks for the storage of vacation gear. There are also large cubbies as well. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful gas fireplace and a flat screen TV with a sound bar and a Blu-ray player. There is also a brand-new leather sectional in the living room -- new photos coming soon! Just off the living area you can access the spacious patio that offers beautiful views. The quiet location is great for enjoying the outdoors and the private grill allows for additional cooking options. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and beautiful butcher block and stone countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There are three full bathrooms. The guest bathroom on the main level has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom is upstairs and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. There is also a seating area. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy. There are also two guest bedrooms upstairs. Both feature queen-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. At the top of the stairs is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. Back on the main level is the third guest bedroom. It has a twin-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a twin trundle. It has its own access to the guest bathroom and to the spacious patio. **Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. **Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. This is the perfect place to stay when you want to get away into the mountains! Easy to check in and out and the management is very available, although everything was great and we didn't need anything during our stay. Gorgeous views, spacious, comfortable condo and just steps from a toasty hot tub. Highly recommend!

Ski Tip #8710 is amazing!! The place is very quiet and close to beautiful nature, it couldn’t be better. The kitchen is stacked with everything you need to prepare a meal, just need to bring your grocery. The maintenance responded quickly when we needed them. We also like the self check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this place for gateway from the busy like of the city.

Ski Tip 8710 was an excellent selection for our 5-night stay with 5-7 people (7 over the weekend; 5 for the remaining 3 days). The property was very accurately described, and the management company had excellent communication! It was very clean and available promptly at 4:30 p.m. The linens felt so nice on the beds, and the kitchen had nearly everything you'd need to make a gourmet meal. The spacious dining area became the hub for our families and friends to congregate, play games (quite a few available under the main TV) and enjoy meals together. The garage can be a little tricky to navigate with a lot of snow, but we managed just fine. The storage in the front entry is fantastic, and there are places to hang skis in the garage. The huge hot tub was just behind the townhome, with warm bathrooms and showers. We love the location and appreciate being slightly away from the bustling River Run Village. Shuttle stop is very close; everything was extremely convenient! So many details were thought of when they built and equipped this townhome; we highly recommend it!

SCMR staff was really disappointing. They had the hardest time getting our rental reservation straight, telling us many times that our rental was already taken, confusing it with another unit, arguing there were no area discounts when the posting clearly stated such. Inflexible and snarky re: early arrival time that I had requested weeks in advance. Unit ended up being available early when we checked, but SCMR was too lazy to notify us. Refused to identify themselves when I asked whom I was speaking with 3 times. Hard pass on lazy management companies. Much better to deal with AirBnB host directly!

Due to limited cell service, people needing to work could not. The venting system over the oven became so hot that we elected not to use the oven at all. The grill was in bypass, never getting the temperature over 250F, and the master bathtub also had problems. One guest room bed frame needed to be tightened. We did not convey all of these problems to the mgmt company as I learned about some of them after we left, so perhaps they could have sent in a plumber for the bathtub. But the point is, every person staying in the house had multiple varying problems and that isn't acceptable in a five star property.

Stayed here for ski trip. Easy access to slopes with shuttle running every 20 minutes. Townhome was well stocked and maintained. Plenty of room for a large group. It was a very cold week so we enjoyed the gas fireplace

The townhome had everything that we needed and so much more. Everything you could think if needing in the kitchen was there. Towels and linens were high quality. Garage surprisingly held our Ford Expedition. We were sad the hot tub was closed, but figured it might be so with Covid.

We found the condo to be lovely, comfortable and well-stocked in every way! The perfect place for a fall getaway, as a base for hiking trips and for see the beautiful mountain colors. Thanks to the family that hosted us, and kudos to the management company for taking such good care of the place.
