This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8-11* with a brand new King Size, Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress, queen bed, full-sized bunk bed with trundle, and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private one car garage and private laundry. New owners have redone this condo giving it a sleek, retro mountain vibe. Each reservation is welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine from the property owners. The spacious deck offers beautiful treed and mountain views, and with the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench. The living area features an entire wall of windows with beautiful views. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel, and there is a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The homeowners have provided a selection of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment. Comfy furniture offers plenty of seating, and the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. Just off the living area is access to the wraparound deck with beautiful mountain views. Take advantage of the patio table that seats eight and the gas grill for additional cooking options. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area features a reclaimed wood table that can seat 10 with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with toilet and pedestal sink. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a new King Size, Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress, Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and a window seat with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom features two pedestal sinks, built-in cabinetry, a jetted tub and a separate shower with glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a twin-sized trundle. The homeowners have named this room "A Kids' Paradise" as it features a mounted flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and a selection of movies. The second guest bedroom is next door and has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding. The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Also upstairs is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. The homeowners have provided a pack 'n play and a high chair for those traveling with children. And the home is just a 10-minute drive from the locals' favorite mountain A-basin. *If your reservation has more than 8 guests, each extra guest has an added cost of $25 per guest, per night. The overall stay went well okay. We usually book through Summit County Mountain Retreats, but this time the staff was very unresponsive. This is definitely new because we've never had a problem with this in the past. We had a few issues that nobody ever called us back on. The property itself was not very stocked and there were quite a few things broken that we took pictures of just to be safe. The location was convenient to go skiing and the layout of the property worked well for our party.

We love this area of Keystone and enjoyed riding our bikes to the village. The garage makes storing bikes convenient. Three bedrooms was also a plus and the home was very clean. The hot tub is also very close to the home. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

This property was just as described and pictured. We loved our stay and would book again. The only suggestion would be some sort of sun filtering coverings over the living room area as the afternoon sun is both blinding and hot.

We had a great stay- the home was comfortable, and in good condition. I had thought the master suite was on the main level (must have gotten confused while I was shopping places) but all the bedrooms are upstairs. Good storage, amenities in the kitchen were useful, back deck overlooks the hot tub area with trees and birds- it was relaxing and enjoyable.

Very nice property. The only suggestion would be shades in the den as sunshine is intense in the late afternoons. Overall a very nice place I would consider again. Just down the street to the lifts and bus stop is close if you don't want to use auto's.

My family of four, including my 2 teenage children, spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed every minute of it. House was roomy and exactly as pictured. Property Management was very responsive to my needs. City Market and other stores are about a 10 minute drive from the home. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and think it could be even better if:
1) The kitchen supplies/utensils were more robust. While the house does come stocked with the usual pots, plates, and flatware, it is limited in the number of pots and matching lids, could benefit from a toaster oven (has a toaster) and additional flatware.
2) Also would like to have had a swifter wet/dry mop made available, especially for those with extended stay. The front of the house is gravel and while we removed our shoes once inside the house, the floors tend to get dusty fast, especially since we kept our windows opens during the day.
3) renters could control the heating system. While we turned the heat down to as low as it could go, invariably, the heat somehow always run at night.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. If we return to Keystone, we would rent this place again.

Hi, 8 of us stayed in this condo and it was a very comfortable amount of space with great access to the mountain as well as hot tub etc. The biggest issues we had were related to the kitchen. The fridge would only keep things at room temperature no matter what setting we put it on and the oven was smoking extensively when it was on. Maintenance came out and told us the whole oven would need to be replaced so we definltey had to change our meal plans around. Once those things are fixed i would definitely stay here again!

This property has all the latest updates. It is lovely and comfortable. What really made things exceptional was the high level of service and attentiveness of the management staff. We have stayed in Keystone many times and for the most part we don’t have any interactions with management. However, this company uses some cool tools like a mobile app and a texting system which allowed us to interact with them quickly and easily. We were surprised that even at 10 pm a staff member responded to our text.

I waited a few weeks to write my review to see if we could resolve the issues we encountered while staying at this property, but ultimately we were not able to come to a resolution. My parents, husband, and infant baby booked this property to stay to have a "nice" place to stay for my sister's wedding weekend. Unfortunately, upon our Friday evening arrival, the master bed was completely sunken and unusable, so my elderly parents had to sleep in the bunk beds (the night before their daughter's wedding). We emailed maintenance team that evening, but it was late so we did not get a response that evening. They responded the next day and had the maintenance team come over and identify that the issue was that the bed needed to be inflated (an inflatable bed is not exactly what we perceived as "nice"). Once that was resolved, we noticed there was a gas smell, and we were unable to use the kitchen oven for the remainder of the weekend. This was highly inconvenient as we were planning to use the oven to make breakfast for the wedding party the morning after the wedding. It was also very concerning having our infant baby sleep with a gas leak. When trying to resolve the issue and get a refund, the company insisted that a refund of $75 (of our over $800 booking) would be fair and they wanted me to sign a waiver saying that by accepting the $75 was acknowledging that this was fair compensation (they also said it would take up to 30 days to receive the $75). This obviously did not compensate us for the large inconveniences, so I declined the offer. We will not be rebooking with this company ever again.
