This property is clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. The location of sunset Island is perfect, close enough to the action but secluded enough that you feel you are in a quiet beach town. A perfect spot for our 3 day weekend.

We love staying at Sunset Island. We come to Ocean City with our children and grandchildren. The townhouse is the perfect size for us. Definitely room enough that we could spread out doing different activities.
All of us were able to enjoy cooking and eating in the large kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, where you can watch the kids run through the fountains.
The pools are a treat after a day at the beach, and we did enjoy the oceanside and bayside beaches, both an easy walk.
The added bonus was the Corner store right next to us, serving our favorite Starbucks coffees and chai tea latte!
The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had.

After finding the home in disrepair we spent hours on the phone with VRBO, mysteriously disconnected multiple times but in the end they put us up in a hotel, at least they say they will reimburse us but as of yet we have not been contacted by anyone.

My family enjoyed their time in this home as it seemed to be a home away from home. It was clean and accommodating. The
living and dining room furniture could use some updating as the furniture was not very sturdy for the average person. It's a little risky sitting in the dining room chairs if you are more than 150 pounds. The bedrooms were good and size of the property was good.

Sunset Island is such a treasure. The location is perfect, quiet and proximal to everything. The house was well equipped and perfectly situated on a quiet street, close to the fountains and the store. The second story balcony was a favorite for all.

MDW family vacation
This place was perfect for my family vacation. The condo had plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was fully equipped which was a huge help for preparing meals. The location was great, it was a safe community with club pool and small beach area. Within walking distance to a few shops and cafe's. Would definitely come back! The only reason for not giving a 5 star review is the garage door did not work upon arrival and the day they fixed it was just noisy listening to the garage open and close all day. But other than that highly recommend.

Memorial Weekend 2021
We were all looking forward to finally being able to take our yearly family trip after COVID brought our trip to a stop in 2020. The house was wonderful and as described, which was great because it rained pretty much all weekend except for the Monday when we were leaving.
The house had a fully equipped kitchen and enough TV’s that there wasn’t any conflict with the kids and what they wanted to watch.
Definitely a great trip and would book again if traveling to Ocean City, MD.

Great stay by the bay.
Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhouse in a lovely bayside community. The house is very nicely decorated; the kitchen had every appliance and gadget you might need. It was clean and bright. We loved the 3 sandy bay beaches, the fishing pier and the walking trail. And it was only 2 blocks from the ocean.

We had an amazing family vacation here! The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked with kitchenware, etc. Owner was very prompt in response and professional. Very close walking distance to pool and beach. Very quiet and safe gated neighborhood. Also close proximity to coastal highway eateries and restaurants for nights you didn’t feel like cooking. We hope to come again!

We understood that this is a rental but the marks throughout the home and lack of cleanliness was really a turnoff - especially on the 4th floor.We did reach out to the cleaners upon arrival and again a few days later - they were quick to respond and come out.Overall, we were very disappointed with the amount of money paid and the quality of the home. But, the owner was great to work with and was very responsive when concerns were addressed.

Great rental!
My family and I (6 adults/4 children) stayed here for a week and it was a great rental. William was so nice and easy to work with. Check-in was a breeze and the 10 of us had so much room. This home is in a wonderful location. We're now BIG fans of the Sunset Island community and look forward to going back!

Amazing condo and resort!!
My family and I had a mini family reunion at this spacious and beautiful condo! It had everything we could have needed! The rooms were huge and perfect for family game nights. We woke up each day and had coffee on the porches, walked to the adorable market and played in the interactive fountain. The bay,Pool tiki bar and restaurant were just steps away. We could walk to the ocean and to all of the great shops at the corner. We rented jetskis,Paddleboards and kayaks. I would recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a great getaway. We would absolutely book again it was a fantastic vacation!

We have stayed at a lot of places in Sunset Island and Ocean City generally, and this TH is one of our favorites. The owner was great to deal with too. Nice guy and very helpful. We will be back.
